We happened to be there while it was raining, and sitting underneath the beautiful glass ceiling was honestly one of my favorite parts. Watching the rain while enjoying a drink in such a gorgeous setting felt like such a quintessential Palm Beach moment. And the drinks were spectacular! Everything we ordered was beautifully made and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the evening. Between the amazing service, beautiful atmosphere, and fantastic drinks, we had such a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back the next time we're at The Breakers!

I reported it immediately, took photos on the spot, and the valet manager even acknowledged the car had been parked near bushes -- consistent with the damage. Towne Park still denied the claim. That's the part that really matters: They had custody of the car. It came back damaged. And they took no responsibility. And neither did the hotel. I tried to resolve it directly and spent months chasing this -- and got nowhere. If you use this valet, just know: If something happens to your car, don't expect accountability. I also reached out to the hotel multiple times and got not response or accountability from the Hilton.

The hotel is always spotless, and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and genuinely friendly. There's a lovely café and restaurant on the property, perfect for a coffee break or a meal. If you visit during the holidays, don't miss their Christmas decorations. The pink-themed Christmas tree is stunning and fits the hotel's style perfectly. I also love that if you're celebrating a birthday, the café can write a personalized birthday message right on top of your drink--such a thoughtful little touch. I called several times asking for an upgrade if there were a cancellations. However, when we arrived and room choices were still a bit limited, the Colony made a wonderful and significant upgrade for us and we could not be more appreciative. To say above and beyond would be understating. So...what about everything else? From the time you're greeted by the bellmen, to the check-in process, the employees could not be more friendly and accomodating. The bartenders are long time employees, and very nice folks. The servers too are great. Management has done a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where one feels right at home. The restaurant, Swifty's, is excellent. Breakfast poolside is always nice. Early riser? Coffee and a choice of newspapers are alway waiting for you. Take it outside by the pool and have a quiet morning before starting the day. Their rooms are so clean and they have some restaurant options upstairs along with a pool overlooking the waterfront. What is awesome is that they also have a complementary shuttle, which is so helpful in the area since parking is a little bit difficult and walking is not always the best option. The range of the shuttle is also pretty far, including dropping you off at the beach for some relaxation. What really stood out to me was the hospitality and Customer Service. I have a couple of names to call out. The Bellman, KEVIN was amazing at recommendations. He spoke to us with a tone of authenticity as if we were genuine friends. He provided a list of suggested restaurants based on our interests and always offered us refreshments. Likewise at the front desk, we spoke with Jacob & Velouse who were able to accommodate us with a room with a great view. They were very helpful. And one more callout is the driver of the complementary shuttle, who was also very friendly and even helped us out when we left a shoe at our last location and did a U-turn for us The pool has limited seating space. Get there early or be OK with not having a pool chair after a dip.

It's a great location, just a couple blocks from the water which I could see from my room. The staff were all super nice and took a moment to chat with me which I always appreciate. The room was awesome! I love they there was bathrobes and slippers. It was large, had all the updates, and very clean. I really loved the art throughout the hotel. And very important to me, there was great water pressure and the water could get very hot. I ordered room service for breakfast that was delivered very quickly. And my favorite was the bike rentals. They have beach cruiser type bikes with baskets on the front you can borrow. I borrowed one to pick up dinner and eat at the park a few blocks away near the water. It made for a really lovely evening. I stay at a different Hilton every week, and this one has certainly been my favorite. Can't wait to go back!

We wanted a nice, clean place to stay after a long day of travel. We booked our room online, planning to stay one night and then find something else for the rest of the week. As soon as we walked in, I was in love with this place. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful, and the lobby was spotless. When we got to our room, I was genuinely shocked at how clean it was. I'm very particular about hotels and like to double-check the cleanliness before settling in, but I could tell right away this place had been cleaned very well. It didn't take long for us to decide to stay here for the week. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby every morning, and sat in the courtyard by the pool most evenings. The valets were amazing; we almost never had to wait for our car, and they remembered us by name. This was the first time I've had housekeeping come during a hotel stay. I usually just put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but I decided I wanted to really enjoy this vacation. Housekeeping did a remarkable job freshening up the room, and it felt like magic to come back to a clean room after being out all day! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
