We just purchased our first RV here. A 18 foot K-Z Sportsmen classic. It was such an easy and pleasant buying experience. Our salesman, Ron, was low pressure and allowed us to go back and forth between two models what seemed like 20 times. We ended up with the lower priced model and never felt an ounce of pressure either way. It was Mothers Day and had family coming over so we let them know our lowest price, that we were serious, and that we didn't want to negotiate back and forth. They met the price we wanted and we left with an order for the camper! Pickup went just as smooth with an extremely knowledgeable walk through with Trevor. And when we didn't have the correct hitch setup (after closing hours at this point), they helped us out so we could leave with our camper :) Best experience ever - looking forward to many more years of happy camping (now in our new home away from home) with an unbelievably fun buying experience at Vacationland. first time buyer.met Joel at a rv show talked about a trailer he had there.no pressure at all. i said i would bring my wife to big rock to show her the trailer Joel said to see Ron..we did.we got there and the roads and parking lot was just covered with ice..Ron had mark from service bring it in because of the ice and safety. once in side my wife and i were able to take our time and make the right purchase for us. Ron was always with us to help when needed.on closing day we met again with mark in service,gone thew every little detail.very happy with the service dept mark and rick run a happy shop.while doing paper work we were walked threw the parts area by Ed.and the finance guy David was quick to make sure we got back to see our trailer being finished for delivery .just can't believe i never found this place before.if i did this would not of been my first. great people ,great place. one more benefit open 7 days a week.now thats service. read more

We have been thinking about buying a camper and decided to visit Vacationland at their 50th Anniversary open house. We walked around and were able to talk to so many people and go through the campers at our leisure. Never being pressured to buy. We went home and thought about it and on Mother's Day we went back and bought our first camper. Everyone was so helpful and understanding with all the questions that we had. When we went to pick it up they walked us through and showed us everything about the camper. We took it home and the first weekend we went "yard camping". We have been so happy with the camper and have been sharing our story with anyone that is interested. Purchased a Palomino backpack 550 yesterday from Ron, during this pandemic for 2 months him & talked back and forth through email 98 times. I had my mind set on a Travel lite Rayzr & came across this Palomino with the electric roof system, so glad I did. Ron went above & beyond with all the questions I had and being patient with me the entire time, much appreciated knowing I have never had a camper before, always loved camping and always wanted a camper, finally got it & extremely happy with the whole experience. Nice to have all the amenities coming from a truck tent camper lol. It was nice to look at the campers in the yard too and not getting hassled to purchase while waiting. My husband and I looked at trailers at several places, but we found our best place was Vacationland. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to me has to what I was looking for. They did not waste our time by taking us from trailer to trailer. They took me to one they thought would meet my needs and boy did it. It was love at first sight. They took time to answer all our questions. Our walk through was very informative, and then took us through their store area to explain some things that we are going to need to for our site, hoses, toilet tablets, toilet paper, etc. great information for first time buyers. Vacationland stored our Jayco pop-up for over 20 years and were great people to work with during that time. When we decided to move up to a trailer, all the staff were very helpful and very patient in helping us search for and decide on our next purchase... a 17 ft. KZ. Bought a new camper last week, and picked up today 2/11/17. The sales staff and service were very attentive to my needs and made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone I encountered was outstanding and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the camping world. We bought our KZ Sportsman Classic travel trailer in 2015 from Vacationland. Since then we have used Vacationland for all our service needs, including winterization and summarization every year. They have advised us throughout the years of any extra service that was needed. I.e. wheel bearings, new tires, and roof seam repairs. Vacation land service Dept is the best in the area. I have had my breaks worked on at General RV four times and they were not correct. I took my rig to Vacation land and mark fixed the break problem the first time . Breaks have never worked better! I have had an RV for twenty years . Every time mark works on anything its correct the first time and its always complete in A timely manor. When you purchase an RV .... you work with sales staff once, You will work with the service Dept many times after . never had a bad experience at vacation land !!!! read more

We bought a 32 foot travel trailer a few years ago. We had a great experience with Vacationland from the beginning. We had met them at the big Rosemont RV show and while other dealers were HIGH pressure, Vacationland gave us time to think about our purchase before purchasing. Thee nicest staff. They went above and beyond to have our RV clean and ready on very short notice and while having a very busy schedule. This was my first visit to Vacation land as my husband and I are looking to purchase a hard bodied camper. We met with Joel and he answered our questions and let us review 3 campers on the lot at our leisure. We ended up staying for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
