We took our refrigerator to Bill Thomas camper sales for repair. After having it for eight days,…read morethey said there was nothing wrong with it, but they agreed to go ahead and put a new thermostat in it and said again that it worked and nothing was wrong with our refrigerator. The refrigerator still didn't work and we paid Bill Thomas Camper Sales almost $500. Three days later we were at a airstream rally where Bill Thomas camper sales was at showing their airstreams. We spoke with Bradley Eubank, the general manager, and told him about our complaint with service at his business not fixing the refrigerator. He sent two technicians to check our refrigerator and after running tests they said it was broken and we needed a new refrigerator. We ordered a new refrigerator from Bill Thomas camper sales. When we picked it up we immediately noticed the two front panels on front of the refrigerator were cut too short with one having approximately a 1 inch gap and very noticeable. The parts manager promised to mail out new ones to us the next business day. They never came. We emailed the general manager twice asking about getting our panels fixed. He never responded and he never returned our phone calls. There wasn't any communication from anyone at Bill Thomas camper sales to us in reference to our defective panels on the refrigerator or any communication from them while they had the refrigerator for eight days even though we called several times checking on it Also on our first trip using the new refrigerator we were having some water leakage on the floor under the refrigerator. We discovered when Bill Thomas Camper Sales installed it they never took the zip ties off the drain tube from shipping and it was tied straight up in the air from the drain so no water could drain out and it poured out on our floor. Buyer beware there is no quality control from Bill Thomas camper sales. Follow up- we disputed the price of new door panels on our credit card and won. We also contacted the Airstream Factory and made a complaint against Bill Thomas Camper Sales. The Airstream Factory sent us new door panels. We never have heard back from Bill Thomas Camper Sales

Stopped into AutoZone on Ronald Reagan Drive in Lake St. Louis on Halloween to buy a new battery…read more It was a little after 5 pm, about 58 degrees, and the store was completely empty. The manager was behind the counter doing something, and the only other employee, Nick, was literally asleep on the counter until the door sound woke him up. I asked about a new battery and if they did installs. He said "yea maybe." Once he heard it was a Mazda, he came outside, looked at the battery, and told me "well, it's kinda dark." It was not dark. When I questioned it, he changed to "well, it's kinda cold," even though it was nowhere near cold enough to justify refusing an install. At that point I was done. If someone is sleeping on the counter and looking for excuses not to help, I am not trusting them under my hood. Went straight to Advance Auto instead, and they installed the battery with no issue. Friendly team, quick service, no nonsense. I will never buy anything from this AutoZone again. Letting an employee sleep on the desk and brush off customers is unacceptable.

Here was my experience and why I will not buy ANY vehicle from this dealership…read more I went in to look at a new corvette and a top of the line Ram 2500. I explained I'm in the decision making process and plan to purchase by the fall. Pete (salesman) helped me and was very nice. He showed me both vehicles and when I asked to test drive them he replied "let me go get the keys". This is where the good experience ended. Brian (the owner) came out and talked to me about both vehicles. Seemed polite but he explained he doesn't let anyone test drive them until we sit and talk numbers, finalize them, then test drive to make sure the vehicle is satisfactory to what we talked about. So I come in looking to purchase a vehicle thats upwards of 100K and you wont allow me to test drive the vehicles to help my decision making until we finalize numbers?! This seemed very untrustworthy and disrespectful. Because of this owner I will not be giving this dealership my business. I highly encourage everyone to be cognizant of who you're giving your business too.
