So I went into this place today from a promotion they had in the mail. I took my coupon in for this place for the purchase of a lemonade I get a free small bowl. So when I first walk in it's super clean and the ambiance is nice very trendy. The service was fast and friendly. They are competing bolay and fresh kitchen my two favorite bowl places so I was very excited to come here. But right off the bat I noticed that their small bowl is like $12 plus tax so compared to the bowls I get from those other places I feel like this place doesn't give enough food. My bowl was very small and still felt hungry afterwards not worth it in my opinion when I can get more food and be full somewhere else but the food was good I give them that. My sweet potato noodles were nice and spicy and the mushroom and the vegan buffalo chicken was good even though they only give you 3 little strips. Also they really really need to work on the food presentation the proteins look like they have been sitting there and not stirred to make them look nice the fact they don't stir the food made the food look dry and the veggies looked over cooked and welted and there was barely anything left with only 3 choices of veggies... semi disappointing. You only get 1 choice of veggies when other bowl places give you two choices with a small bowl for the same price or less. I really really wanted to like this place because it's so close to my home and I love healthy options but I'm not fully impressed. I might give this place another try sometime or use my second coupon for something else. But as of now I would not go out of my way for this place read more

This was our third try with Vale in Boca Town Center....and our last. This visit we ordered three hours ahead online for pickup rather than eat onsite. When we arrived, our order had not been started. There was a difficult woman in front of us that took nearly 15 minutes to micro-manage the very patient and kind young woman who was attempting to accommodate her demands. However, this young staff member was the only one on duty. We got a quick glance at one kitchen staff. Finally, I interrupted to ask if we could pick up the prepaid online order and was told that she would prepare it as soon as she was done (with the ongoing task of dealing with the woman in front of us). After a 20-minute wait, she quickly prepared our bowls and generously offered a free cookie for our wait time. This young woman's patience and kindness is the ONLY reason that we gave two stars instead of one star. The bowls were totally inedible!! The cauliflower rice in my bowl was the consistency of slop and the broccoli in my husband's bowl had obviously been sitting for hours. The sweet potato noodles were mushy and overly abundant. $35 later, we ended up throwing out our dinner and raided the refrigerator for ANY thing that would be better than VALE. Nice place, horrible food. Everything is so tasteless. My child didn't finish Mac and cheese. How possible to ruin such a simple dish. The steak was non chewable, salmon was undercooked, Brussels sprouts hard. Had to ask for extra dressing to be able to finish the salad.Dirty table on the top of overpriced mediocre food. The food is fine but overpriced. They don't label the cauliflower rice spicy but it is, which for someone who doesn't like spicy, ruined it. But most importantly, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even took my order. Two extremely slow girls were working, and one was in the back, not doing anything. They finally took my order and made my bowl, but when I asked who is making my coffee, they seemed to have forgotten. I am still currently waiting for my coffee for like 10 minutes. So all in I've been here for 30 minutes for a quick bowl place, just trying to do some takeout. read more

Absolutely agree with the first reviewer. Food did not look appetizing nor did it taste good but I used the promotional coupon and wanted to give the place a try. But there are other places as mentioned where the food is better and you get more bang for your buck so I would say PASS. Vegetarian options are lacking. The only option for a vegetarian option was a vegan buffalo chicken thing, wish they had tofu. They did have avocado but with the other options, it didn't seem good for avocado. The noodle bowls had a LOT of noodles which was good but overwhelming. Price was kinda expensive for what you get.
