They do great work. I have an older Citizen ECO drive with radio controlled time calibration. I needed to replace the band. Of course it was no longer available. They found a better replacement band that is actually nicer and more comfortable than the original. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them. read more

We took our daughter's G-shock watch for a battery change. It worked before the battery died, and after we changed the battery it worked till my daughter took a shower, which she had done a million times before the battery died. After the battery change and after the shower the watch died. It's a G-shock you can shower and swim and do all kinds of things underwater, I took it back to Valencia time center but big shocker they don't know why the watch doesn't work anymore. Stopped in to get a face screw replaced on my Swiss Nixon Automatic ll. $35 and thirty minutes later watch was fixed. Service was friendly fast and professional. Thank you guys for your quick. Returned a week or two after because the pin came out and was hoping they would replace it. To my delight they went above and beyond. They apologized for the inconvenience and were more than happy to help and fix the watch and make a custom pin again to fit. Didn't stop there, cleaned the dust from inside the watch face of as well and took time and care in making sure it looked like it was brand new. Didn't charge me anything for the fix and cleaning and it has been almost two months and the new pin is holding together perfectly. Just The Best jewelry repair place in Los Angeles County. I brought my grandma's 40 year old Cartier watch to a couple other places to fix a broken strap link, the 1st store refused it and recommended I bring it to a Cartier store, and the 2nd store wanted their "expert jeweler" to solder the link. But Duane of Valencia Time Center fixed it, and he didn't even charge me an arm and a leg for it. In January I paid, as a surprise for my husband, for an antique mantel clock that has been in his family for years, to be fixed. Then in March, because of my husband's job, we had to relocate to Northern California. During that time due to the virus outbreak Valencia Time Center was closed. I left voice messages and sent an email but I did not hear back from anyone. Finally, I got ahold of Raffi who was very attentive and said that the clock was fixed but that I would have to pay to have it shipped to me. It arrived, however it is not working, the pendulum will not swing properly or continually. It did not come with a key. Raffi sent me, at his expense, several keys to try and one did work however the clock was already wound and it still will not run. I returned the keys with a note explaining that while there were outside circumstances that prevented proper attention to the clock, bottom line is that I paid for a clock to work and it is not working, I wanted to receive a partial refund. I received a call from Duane Miller who explained that he is the new owner. He said he would discuss with the others to understand fully what the issue is and then would give me a call back. That was September 2nd and I have not received a call nor email. Now I understand that I am out of the area and no longer a customer but in my book that shouldn't be a measure of good customer service. I'm pretty sure that if I was still there we would have worked something out, that is why I gave them three stars, however, my clock is still broken and I have to see it every day and feel cheated. read more
