When our server came by to ask how everything was, we answered honestly that the fish was very dry. We added that we had had much better fish dishes there before but it was fine. Our server went to his manager to share our answer to his question of how everything was. The manager came to our table and said "I understand that there is a problem here". We showed him our plates so he could see for himself. He asked if we wanted the kitchen to redo our entree and we said no. When we were presented with the bill our server apologized because his manager said there would be no adjustment. We never requested an adjustment! We never asked to speak with a manager! My wife and I are not con artists looking to get freebees. We simply gave an honest answer to the question asked of us.
