Looking at these reviews I'm stunned. Yall obviously never had half decent Chinese food. For one, it's so bland. I just ordered for me and my gf. We got dumplings, Beef lomein and Beef and broccoli. Here is how I would rate it. Dumplings: CRAZY SMALL. is that chicken? Who tf is doing chicken dumplings? Tasteless. It almost made me sad. Beef and Broccoli: Cooked in sugar syrup. Bits of meat, 90% broccoli. The meat is the size of your thumb nail. Unflavored. It's mostly partially cooked broccoli in syrup. Beef lomein. Again barely any Beef. It's like tiny, tiny pieces of beef. It barely filled up 2 tablespoons worth of meat. SO BLAND. I've never had to add salt to Chinese food before. Huge waste of money. No way this is real life. Lol. Ordered on Uber Eats twice now - such good, comforting, American-Chinese food. If you order delivery - they pack it so well...both times they put the food in a box and tape it down (literally with packing tape) so that it doesn't spill. Remember, this is American-Chinese - fried and delicious. Favorites include the house egg rolls, wonton soup (with the fried noodles!), and the fried wontons. This place is your typical fast food Chinese food the place doesn't look like much but the food is good. I wouldn't recommend the fried rice but I've liked everything else that we've eaten there. The LoMein is good, Sesame chicken is good, Orange Chicken is good, Mongolian beef is good so yeah, it's pretty solid for what it is. It was terrible. I ordered Chicken chow mein and it was a watery bowl of cabbage with some chip-like things in it, no noodles, and pale white strips of boiled chicken. I'm not kidding, do yourself a favor Dallas and look up a picture of chow mein on google, then compare it with the abomination-of-a-picture I'm attaching to this post. The rest of the food was okay, but not enough to make up for the $14+ dollar "chow mein". At least my puppy liked it. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I tried this place for the second time even though the service wasn't very good the first time. This time it was worse. I walked in looking like I worked in construction because my wife and I have been remodeling our business. Which is not my normal attire because I'm a nurse and my wife is an esthetician. I purchased $25 worth of food and asked for some extra soy sauce and duck sauce. The lady at the register told me that they only give 2 of each. When I looked at her in disbelief, she reluctantly gave me 2 more soy sauces and 1 more duck sauce. I didn't say anything, took it, and just left. When I got home, I made plates for me and my kids. While we were watching TV and eating I notice that I bit into something with a strange texture. I reached into my mouth and pulled out a clump of hair that looked like it came from someone's hairbrush. I almost vomited. I took my kids' food and went to take it back. When I arrived and explained what happened, the same lady looked at me like I was lying and tried to say it didn't come from them. I took off my hat and showed her that I was almost bald and the hair was straight while the little that I have is curly. She attempted to debate with me. I explained that I was a business owner and would never treat my customers in this manner. She then reluctantly gave me $26 and I went to my car to write this review. While I was sitting in my car she came out in the rain and said that she my food was $24 and she gave me $26, so I owe her $2. I looked at her like she was crazy and told her the $2 was for my time and trouble, and I rolled up the window. This place is a perfect example of a restaurant that opens in an area that is less affluent and thinks that they can provide horrible customer service and people will continue to come. Avoid!!!! The first thing the Uber drive said was "They didn't pack the food well." That was an understatement. Most of the sauces had leaked out of the containers and soiled his car seat. We took the bags and the sauces had leaked through the bags. One of the rice containers was open and all three rice containers were saturated in sauce. The Orange Beef sauce was at the bottom of the bag and the utensils, napkins, and fortune cookies were soaking in the sauce. The Orange Beef was and chewy. The Chicken with Cashews sauce had also leaked and there was very little chicken. The Beef with Broccoli was dry and had very little beef. The Chicken Chow Mein was just ok. When I called the restaurant to complain, the Manager/Owner tried to blame the problem on the Uber driver! SHAME on you!!!! read more

When you call to place a to-go or delivery order, they have regular or large portions, but the lady taking your order will say "Big One?" as in the large portion. I wasn't really sure the first time she said it, like she was asking me if I had a big one? Um, not really sure where this is going....anychopstix.... Their broccoli beef is good as is their sweet and sour shrimp. Mmmmm....My BF loves their szechuan chicken and egg rolls (which are girthy if you will...) Their Combination plates are so big you will be begging for Tums afterwards. You have your choice of two entrees with rice and then wonton soup and an egg rolls. Seriously, its sooooo much food. The crab rangoon is sad and lonely...they are practically hollow in the inside...*tear*. I also LOVE their egg drop soup with the enormous bag of fried wontons they give you. Valentino has good prices for the amount of food you get. The large size is way big enough for at least two people. The hot and sour soup is so spicy and good. We order it every time. This is your standard Americanized Chinese food. The beef with broccoli has a nice sauce to it. The chicken in the sesame chicken can sometimes be a bit fatty and I wish the cashew chicken came with a brown sauce. The fried wontons were way greasy and light on the filling, so I won't order them again. I'll order the crab rangoon instead. I like the dinner special, where you get a nice portion of your entree plus an egg roll. It's not fancy Chinese food here, but the value and the overall quality has proven to be worth the money. read more

I happen to know they are 2 mi away. my mistake) After a 5 minute conversation about how to locate me the nice phone lady asked some male voice and he said "$3". They wanted to charge $3 to deliver a minimum of $12 of so so food. EPIC FAIL. I won't be calling them back or trying to recommend them to anyone. In OC, go to Hong Kong Garden. Great food. One word: amazing. Never posted a Yelp review before but I was hosting an event for 90 people, and needed an affordable place to cater in Dallas. This restaurant was close in proximity to my AirBNB. Not being a resident in Dallas, I had to make many phone calls to ensure there was food for my event. The owner always picked up the phone, and was very good on communication. She made sure we were both clear on the sizes of the order & pricing. The day of the event, the food delivery came just on time and with more food than we expected! All 90 people devoured the food we ordered, and even got seconds! In all honesty, I chose this restaurant above other higher rated restaurants due to proximity, but this restaurant exceeded far beyond my expectations! I, personally enjoyed their service and their food. If I am hosting another event in Dallas, I know who to go to! :) read more
