This is so wrong , never coming back she just apologized but can't even give me my money back .... Never coming back

Bad bad bad never coming back I paid almost 20 for the food and look what was inside my meat is not even fair like , she just apologized but what !!! What about my money ???

    Crispy Sesame Beef

Definitely don't come here for the ambience, decor, or service because there isn't any. But if you want some pretty good Chinese food cheap this bare bones hole in the wall works for me! As usual I chose old standards for my first visit. The spring roll was a little over done but a nice balance of ingredients. The Crispy Sesame Beef was served right from the open kitchen hot and crispy. Best presentation I've ever seen on a paper plate! Can't beat it for the price. I shall return.

The star rating is for the atmosphere and decor of the establishment. I ordered the Triple delight with white rice takeout. The service was quick and friendly. My meal was the second best Chinese I've had since moving to Texas.

All this for $21! chicken with broccoli, spicy chicken, and two boxes of veggie fried rice so good!

The seafood here is SO fresh!!! And honestly, we were impressed by every single dish we tried. Here's everything we ordered: Oysters shooters Premium raw oysters Foie gras Beef tartare Lobster rolls Chargrilled oysters Just WOW. I had one of the best foie gras experiences I've had in years! The pate was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. And the oysters?! Fresh, briny, and flavorful. My most favorite is the oyster shooters, but chargrilled oysters were also excellent, and the lobster rolls were scrumptious as well (like for real we picked a random restaurant, choosing random dishes from their menu and didn't expect it would surprise us in a good way like this). Honestly, who knew Texas could do seafood like this?! Every dish we ordered was a hit, and there wasn't a single thing we wouldn't order again. We're so glad we found this hidden gem in Bishop Arts. Definitely adding this to our Dallas favorites next time we're back!

The ambiance is intimate as it is a smallish room but so inviting and comfortable with comfy chairs and tables, attentive service, nothing pretentious but the food and drinks were five star flavors and presentation. So glad this spot is in our neighborhood - just what North Oak Cliff and Bishop Arts needed. We will be back many many times!

However, when the food came out, about half of the shrimp still had the heads on. I brought this to the manager's attention (her name was Tay) because I simply wanted to understand why I was charged for head-off shrimp but didn't receive what I ordered. Instead of looking into it or trying to resolve the issue, she immediately told me that I was wrong and that she knew what I ordered. When I showed her the receipt confirming it said head-off shrimp, she became very passive-aggressive and mentioned that "she was tired and had a very long day". The conversation never led to a solution, apology, or any effort to correct the mistake. Instead I am stuck with food that I did NOT order. To make matters worse, once I got home and actually went through the bags, I realized one of the bags was completely wrong and contained something I didn't even order clams. For a $195 bill, I expected much better customer service and at least a willingness to address a simple concern. The way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. These kids running this place need some real people skills all of them there are useless and lack basic customer service skills. Take your money elsewhere where. He's had great success in the Dallas area with Tacos Mariachi, Milagro Taco, and Chimichurri. Pesca features classic seafood entrees with a twist. I've been to Pesca a few times and I'm very impressed. The space is very open and consists of a few booths plus several table/chair combos. On all of my visits, the staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable of the standard menu plus any specials. Add to it, they have a full bar with several custom drinks which the staff recommend. On my most recent visit, I went for dinner and throughly enjoyed the Blackened Catfish & Crab entree which has easily become my favorite here. It comes with a catfish filet, crab on top and served in a lemon butter sauce. It comes with both asparagus and a garlic mash...simply delicious!! That said, every thing I've had here has been super tasty!! Pesca does have a weekend brunch menu which I still need to try. If you have not visited yet, what are you waiting for. Whether it's for a special occasion or just dropping in for a great meal, Pesca Coastal Classics should be on your list.

We had the Jumbo Shrimp Seafood Boil, traditional and Mexico City micheladas with Pacifico, and finished with the crème brûlée. Every dish was excellent. Our waiter, Michael, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure our drinks were to our liking and even offered to remake them if needed. Chef Roger also stopped by our table personally to check on us and make sure everything was good. The restaurant was very clean, the ambiance was great, and the service was outstanding. It honestly made me a little sad to see it so quiet because places with good food, great people, and excellent hospitality deserve to be busy. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.
