I brought this to the manager's attention (her name was Tay) because I simply wanted to understand why I was charged for head-off shrimp but didn't receive what I ordered. Instead of looking into it or trying to resolve the issue, she immediately told me that I was wrong and that she knew what I ordered. When I showed her the receipt confirming it said head-off shrimp, she became very passive-aggressive and mentioned that "she was tired and had a very long day". The conversation never led to a solution, apology, or any effort to correct the mistake. Instead I am stuck with food that I did NOT order. To make matters worse, once I got home and actually went through the bags, I realized one of the bags was completely wrong and contained something I didn't even order clams. For a $195 bill, I expected much better customer service and at least a willingness to address a simple concern. The way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. These kids running this place need some real people skills all of them there are useless and lack basic customer service skills. Take your money elsewhere where. On my most recent visit, I went for dinner and throughly enjoyed the Blackened Catfish & Crab entree which has easily become my favorite here. It comes with a catfish filet, crab on top and served in a lemon butter sauce. It comes with both asparagus and a garlic mash...simply delicious!! That said, every thing I've had here has been super tasty!! Pesca does have a weekend brunch menu which I still need to try. If you have not visited yet, what are you waiting for.
