The floors and walls match in color and material giving off an elegant and sophisticated look and feel. The footwear was stunningly beautiful however upon closer inspection I realized The emphasis is on the design qualities and not so much on material quality as the heeled pumps did not feel strong but rather likely to be easily damaged. I can't believe I waited so long to get the infamous Valentino Rockstud heels! I called the store and José assisted me over the phone. I mentioned they didn't have the nude colored grainy/pebble caged Rockstud pump style on their website, and that I didn't want the patent or regular smooth leather material. They only had the black color listed online. He told me although they aren't listed online, they do have the grainy/pebble poudre (nude) color in stores. He reserved a pair for me, so I went into the store to get them. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly woman and man. When José came out, he brought out my shoes and offered me a refreshment. Such a fun shopping experience! I tried the heels on to make sure I got the right size. I have wide feet and usually fit size 7.5, but size 8 did it for me in this style. The shoes are sooo much nicer in person. Pictures do not do justice. And when you wear them, they are incredibly flattering on any body type. You have to see it in person! They're a MUST HAVE in your shoe collection. These can be worn with jeans, leggings and a coat, a cocktail dress, summer dress, and even shorts. I have thousands of outfit ideas - a causal and dressy. Such a versatile shoe, I will definitely get my wear out of these. I shopped around with José for a summer heel too. He's very patient and has a lot of advice and will take the time to see what you like. I will come back next year to get the chunk heel in a seasonal color or maybe even in the color poudre again. Even in 100mm, the chunk heels are so comfortable. I think I'll be able to wear them all day shopping in LA or even a whole day out on the strip in Vegas. Valentino shoes are crazy comfy. Valentino is my brand! I love it. All their shoes are super comfy. Including the heels. I can wear them all day long (compared to others....if you know, you know....LOL). Places like this are hit and miss for me. I try to keep my wife wrapped in nice things, but shopping at fancy boutiques is my Hell. This place wasn't bad at all though. Catherine was super helpful. My wife has several pairs of Louboutins that she rarely wears because the toe box is so uncomfortable. She usually kicks them off in the car on the way home from restaurants. This time she was careful to get something she could actually wear. Catherine patiently brought out about 6 pairs. No attitude, no hurry, just a relaxed helpful kid doing a great job. She ended up with a nude pair that I love and asked Catherine to get her the black. I liked the patent leather, but Catherine explained that the Napa leather would give a little more and as a result be more comfortable down the road. Just what we were looking for. Located at the South Coast Plaza (home of the best mall ever), specifically between Missoni and Diane Von Furstenberg (towards the Macy Men's Store wing). My mother and I decided to walk into this store this past Sunday after I had tried on a few styles and colors of the famous Rockstud shoes at Nordstrom. Nordstrom didn't have too many choices to choose from in my size, so figured why not come to this store and see what they have. This store is divided into 3 areas. The first area are the handbags. The 2nd area are the shoes and the last area is clothing. Upon entering this store, we were immediately greeted by a sales associate in the first room. I am not a big Valentino handbag fan (don't get me wrong, I think their bags are rockin' but I prefer the famous studs to be on their shoes instead of their handbags) and so I proceeded to the next room. My mom and I were greeted by two sales associated in this room. There was a pair of green shoes that I immediately eyed and asked one of the sales associate if that particular shoe came in kitten heels. He said unfortunately they do not and they are a limited edition and also selling out. Sad to find that out because I just refuse to wear high heels (I'm too old to do that now and my feet just can't tolerate being in anything higher than 2 inches anymore). But he did show me which rockstud heels were available in the kitten heel (Valentino makes other shoes beside the rockstud by the way in case you are interested in seeing other shoes in case that isn't your style). After trying on a few pairs of shoes (happy to find they had plenty of shoes in my size), my mom and I had to see what was in the 3rd little room. I didn't really see any of the clothing items that appealed to me (not really a fan of Valentino clothing either, just their shoes but maybe I will need a handbag to match my new shoes). In the end, the service I received was friendly, courteous and exceptional. I would not hesitate to come back here again in the future for my next shopping splurge. read more

And I did receive the refund email , but I still not got the refund. From Jan 18th until now. I confirmed with my credit card department that they never received any refund from Valentino. And I call Valentino customer service for many times. I also apply customer service manager Marcos to call me back and he did not call me back. And customer service told me that she did tell manager Marcos to call me back and he said he well ,but it's been days I still not get his call. By the way customer service email never reply. If Valentino did the-refund and I still not got my refund that should show me the transaction ID or something to prove. Not just a email I refund you and nothing else. The problem is I got the refund email but I did not got my refund. I was very upset with this high end brand and their customer service. I came in for a pair of nude fstudded flat shoes. Very basic and I just really wanted to try them on to be sure of my size. Catherine helped me and was super patient with me when I wanted to just double check and tried on different sizes. Knocking off 1 star because I didn't get my shoes until the following Thursday, I went to the shop on a Friday and they had to order it for me. I was told fI would be able to pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday and that they were going to give me a call when my item arrives. Nocbody called so I called instead. Turns out catherine was off those 2 days. I think the associates at this location should be kickin out for each other's customers to be able to offer them the next service. I am surprised to say that the sales inside here are all very professional and kind. Even if you're not buying anything, they will not give you a hard time or blank face. The sales associate here named Mayu is definitely a sweet, patient gal. When I walked in, she greeted me politely and asked if I needed help. I wanted to try on a pair of their rock stud flats and she immediately went to go look in the back for me. She came back and surprises me with other colors in other sizes. Was lied to for half a year, completely wasted my time, I got in contact with them because my bag need a repair one of the studs that held the bag together went missing so the straps came lose, I got in touch with them the girl was very nice ordered the part from Italy told me it may take most 8 weeks to get here most and then we would ship the part and my bag to New York to get repaired at the repair center there, so I waited and waited emailed them to get updates the girl left the company and her replacement said "oh ya the part is on it's way don't worry we'll email you once it has arrived" 3 months later I call them because at this point I'm like it's half a year what's going on, the I spoke with very nice told me she would get me answer and that's exactly what she did, I was told the next business day being Monday "so the part is no longer being produced, if you want I can send you to a local repair shop at your own cost" ummm my repair was supposed to be free from what the first girl informed me, NEVER ONCE did they try reaching out to me and giving me information I had to keep reaching out to them, and I do understand things go out of production all the time so I wasn't to mad at the fact that I would have to go else were to get my bag repaired, I'm furious at the fact my time was wasted on their lies when I could have had this bag fixed back in early September 2021, Communication skills and truth telling skilled needed, you so much to the girl who got me the answers I need when I called, and thank you so much for nothing Kari Simpson! read more

The associates always greet me with a smile and are very attentive. I recently came here to buy sandals and they were pretty busy, but I had three different associates offer me water, despite how busy they were! They also offer a lot of variety. Came here to check out a purse after seeing Chase Amie's review on YouTube lolz. I was surprised how the boutique is so small, it feel so lost in South Coast plaza compared to other designer brands. They only have 2 bags of the style that I was looking for in the store. Both of the bags' condition was just ok for my liking. I hate paying full price for a bag that look like it already been used or return. Yuming was the SA who helped me. She said the bag and the color combination I'm looking for is popular so they sell pretty quickly. Understandable, bite the bullet and purchase the bag ( I picked the one that with better condition than the other, even thou there's so many scratches on the hardwares and some of the rock studs on the strap already kinda tarnish). After paying, I immediately open it up in my car and was very disappointed with the packaging. I mean there's no packaging, nothing to unbox. There's no box, it just literally the bag inside the dust bag and put inside the shopping bag, no box, no ribbon, no tissue paper. Come on! The bag is already not up to my expectation, then at least give me nice packaging. The price tag is missing, I get no extra Rockstuds (I've seen other videos and this bag come with 2 extra rock studs.) I called the store and asked how come mine doesn't have extra Rockstud and the lady who pick up the phone was not nice. Straight forward telling me none of the bags come with it and if the Rockstuds fall off then bring it in for them to repair... with a freaking rude tone. Well I know that, I'm just asking because I don't feel like I'm paying full price for this shit and not come with all of the original stuffs that should have been. Anyways, 2 stars for Yuming for trying to help me out in the b. Everything else is , small boutique, lack of merchandises. I rather buy online next time. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming sales associates. I walk into the store and there's a woman to my right, doesn't greet me, but she proceeds to follow my every step. I get to the section of the shoe that I am looking for and turn around and there she is standing five feet away just looking at me! I proceeded to ask her for the size I was looking for and she brought it out but it ended up not being the right size. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided to go to Nordstrom to see if they had the same shoe which they did and I ended up purchasing there. The sales rep was very friendly at Nordstrom. I was on vacation and bought sunglasses at the Valentino store in Oahu. They were beautiful but the side arm broke in the case after a few weeks of having them. The arm of the sunglasses was extremely thin. Since I live in Orange County I took them to the Valentino store in South Coast Plaza. The manager told me there was nothing they could do. The glasses were over $600.00. They shouldn't have broke and the boutique should stand behind their products. I will never buy Valentino from the boutique again. So..My friend and I are the type of people that will purposely "dress down" when shopping for designer good. And it's always interesting to see the different attitudes we get from sales associates. It was a Memorial Day weekend, so we decided to take a stroll and walked into this Valentino. Just like some other stores, when we walk in, people didn't even say hi to us lol... But as we were browsing, this one very sweet sales named Shay came over and asked if we needed help, mentioned that they have limited items on sale, and proceeded to show us the cute styles that are on sale. I'm the kind of person that don't normally shop at boutiques bc of the attitudes usually, but once in a while, I get to meet a great sales like Shay, who is friendly and is there to help,regardless of what you are wearing that day. And c'mon, when a bag you like is on sale, you can't say no!- unless... The sales was snooty, in that case, I'd rather just pay more for better service. This review is for Valentino in general. Years ago I purchased a pair of aviator sunglasses for almost $400. After a bit, the rubber nose support broke. I took them to Valentino Costa Mesa, which is where I bought them, and without even finishing my sentence, the sales lady cut me off and told me I need to find my own repair. Haven't been able to wear them since. Also, they just are very bad quality. Obviously, this is the first time I've had the rubber nose piece break on ANY pair, but also, the film on the lenses is peeling, and they've been in their own case since purchase. I will see if Costco can make the replacement for the rubber piece. I won't ever purchase anything from Valentino again. My Oakley aviators are better quality. read more
