Only wanted a gel french manicure, unfortunately the result was really sloppy. I understand I could speak up, but honestly I didn't notice 85% of it until it was over and cured. A few weeks ago, I had a very disappointing experience getting a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon. Despite clearly telling the nail technician that I did not want my nails to be filed too thin, he aggressively drilled them down, leaving me with only nine intact fingernails. My pinky nail was completely gone by the end of the appointment. Keep in mind there was no polish or gel on my nails prior to my appointment. To make matters worse, he then applied gel polish directly onto my skin and the exposed nail bed - then returned the polish bottle to the shelf, which is a clear sanitation concern. Since then, I've had ongoing discomfort and difficulty growing the nail back, which has been incredibly frustrating. At the time, I was so shocked and upset that I paid and left the salon in tears. I called the next day to explain what happened and request a refund. It took speaking with FOUR different people over the course of a week to finally be refunded the $40 for the manicure - after they initially offered only a $30 gift card to their location only (not even covering the full gel manicure). Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience. I won't be returning and unfortunately would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone else. read more

So I went in for a full set coffin shape no polish or even a final finish as I was going home to complete then. I was told that to get coffin shape would be an additional 5 dollars. Run from this place. I had a new set of acrylic nails put on as well as my minor daughter. I got assigned Titi. Very nice lady. I knew the job was mediocre until I sat down to wait for my daughter to finish with her tech. I started looking at my nails and they were horrific to say the least. I arrived as a walk in with two people, and they were able to get us settled right away. They made sure that we got the pedicure that we desired, and then they fulfilled the request. I got a gel manicure on 5/25/24 by Tom. He was rough with my hands the entire appointment, went too far down when using the cuticle remover causing my nail to bleed from beginning to end of this appointment. Afterwards Tom wrote on my slip "$25". I took it to the front, paid $25 and tipped $5 despite the horrible experience I had. My nails were blotchy, uneven and there was polish all over my skin. He also attempted to remove the excess polish on my skin with a cuticle remover. Once I paid and was in my car, Tom came out knocked on my car window telling me that he charged me $25 when it should've been $35 and I needed to go back inside to pay the difference. Tom then attempted to open my car door, (I'm not sure of what his plan was if my door was unlocked). At this time, I was already on FaceTime with my fiancée and I flipped the phone around to show him Tom at my window. Once Tom saw my fiancee, he began going back to the nail salon saying "go home, go home". I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their customer service and poor sanitary practices are going to lead them to cause many health issues with their patrons. My appointment was at 10AM, I went in and the lady at the front wasn't sure that I had an appointment. It was for full set with jewels and a acrylic pedi as well. I didn't get serviced until 10:45AM. The guy who did my pedi didn't put any acrylic on my toes. He didn't cut or file my toes neither. When it to my nails the lady was rude, didn't say hi or a single word, the nails are not the same length or shape. I asked for ballerina and she gave me almond shape. She didn't cut or file my natural nails neither. I asked her to clean up my fingers and cuticles and she didn't. First and last time. It too about 30 minutes to get seen but I was fine with waiting as I could tell they were super busy. A guy did my nails and at first I liked them until I went outside. I immediately noticed that while the design was cute, the actual manicure was meh. It also been a week and a half and almost every nail is chipping. Normally I can go 3-4 weeks with a gel manicure before I start to notice anything. While I liked the price at $35, I probably won't be going back. Atmosphere was nice but the tech I had for my pedicure today on 9/6/25 was HORRIBLE. She scratched up my heel bone while exfoliating my feet and heels (burned when I put my feet back into the water), they didn't have the long foot file that scrapes your foots dead skin (just the small pumice squares), told her I had a sore at my cuticle on one of my toes (from a home incident) and she poured alcohol on all my toes anyway and apologized after doing it, ran hot water to rinse my legs and feet and wet up my chair, my French design she made too thick and had to go back and fix it and it still wasn't the best, she filed the corner of one of my toes with my French design on it already too much so now it looks like the white is already chipped off. Thought this would've been a good business to try since it was close to my home and since I've heard great reviews but it was not to say I paid $73 for such a horrible first time experience. My pedicure took waaaaay to long to finish. So long, I decided to cancel my other services I booked. At 2:15 I was still being serviced and by this time I was already looking up other options. Decided to leave a review while I'm still here, while my feelings and emotions are still fresh. I've been sitting here for not almost, but definitely 40 minutes waiting to be serviced and helped. (Keep in mind I was told I would be helped in 20 minutes.. 30 minutes would've been cool, but 40 is pushing it) As you can see on my pictures attached, 4-5 employees sat next to me during the whole time and proceeded to chill and use their phones, no one cared to ask if I needed any assistance or what I was waiting on... they probably thought I was another chilling employee (joke) LMAO. do not come here, i've gone twice now and am just exhausted. i have a hard enough time speaking up for myself on a day to day, but genuinely these folks don't listen. first time i went the guy said he'd attempt my inspo for my fill in appointment and instead of using brown (which apparently they don't have that color because "nobody likes it. nobody does nails like yours" wtf???) he used pink and it just wasn't what i wanted at all. i switched the inspo and just told him to do frenchies. they came out good. but he overcharged like nobody's business and then got pressured to tip on nails that i didn't even want to begin with. i believe in second chances and went for my next fill in appointment. had super simple inspo, black frenchies. the guy (different from the first one) had no idea how to do french tips. extremely disappointing. the attitudes as well are uncalled for, i'm a paying customer and nails are how i spoil myself!! another thing, these guys take literal ages to complete simple requests. they bullshit around and around and are not gentle either. they started drilling at my natural nails to remove the acrylic to the point where i was sweating, flinching, and every nail was on fire. just take your money elsewhere. this place is not worth it. only one nail tech here is worth it but unfortunately has a great rep and is constantly booked! i think her name is phyoeng, super pretty young girl. she is very quick, and very talented. the rest of em are not. read more

Have been here 3 times in hopes of finding someone good. Had no issues with my nails at the other place I went but it was far & often hard to get to with my schedule. After the 1st time, my edges started lifting. The 2nd time the design/French tip lines were awful & more lifting started happening. Yesterday I decided to just start fresh & get a new set put on. I have NEVER had such a disrespectful experience in my life at a nail salon. I'm not overly picky & didn't really have anything specific I was looking for but I wasn't offered colors, just a suggestion of pink & white ombré. As I got to thinking I pulled up a couple of pictures & showed him what I think I wanted color wise (copper ombré) & asked if he could do that. He huffed & got up to get the colors. As he's putting the tips on I told him I wanted them shorter than what he cut them & huffed when I asked him to go shorter. He kept saying "shorter? That no good" & I said yes, I'm on the computer all day & I don't like long nails. Keep in mind, I CAME IN with short nails & told him I wanted the same length. He then proceeded to use bright white base acrylic as opposed to natural/warmer tone that I asked for. Then he couldn't do the ombré like i wanted (just a a standard ombré - nothing special), so I said ok, let's just do standard French tip with the copper color tip. He started doing it with a narrow brush - the narrow "new school" tip which is not what I wanted. After 1 finger I looked at it & said that's not what I wanted & tried to explain it to him. After some back & forth, the nice lady next to me pulled up a standard French tip picture to show him. He proceeded to tell me how that wouldn't look good & the other way was better. When I looked again at what he tried on 1 finger & decided it wasn't what I wanted, he says "so do you just want plain" - which I thought he meant just plain polish. I said yes & starts putting clear on the bright white acrylic. When Instip him to clarify what he meant, he drops his tools & glasses on the table, starts speaking in his native language to the young lady next to him (who I later learned was his wife) & stormed off. She was very pleasant & tried to fix what he started but I was in shock at how childish this man who looked to be in his 50s acted. At this point even though my nails looked awful, I didn't have time to fuss about it or to start over. I let her finish, told the girl at the desk about my experience & tipped the wife because at least she tried & was pleasant. I figured I can live with it for 2 weeks. After getting home & looking at my nails, I realized how bad they really were. The acrylic was thick & "fat" & overall just poorly shaped. The tip lines are uneven & they were practically glow in the dark white. Even my husband commented on how badly they looked & were probably the worst he had ever seen! I have an appt to get them fixed by the wife in a couple days (our schedules didn't mesh) so hopefully it will be better. To clarify - I've had both ombré & colored tips before (see the blue tip picture). The tech uses a neutral base THEN adds the colored/light acrylic. This guy started with the glow in the dark white so I'll now have to start again by soaking off the brand new set & eating up 2 hours of my day. The sample pictures are what I was thinking for the ombré. I didn't have a preference if the dark was on the base or the ends. But what I ended settled with because I just wanted out of there. So if they give you an older man named Tay, ask for someone different. UPDATE: I went back today to get my nails fixed. She refused to start fresh so I could have the clear/natural acrylic as a base & argued with me about what happened. She ground down the built up acrylic so the overall shape is better but the length difference between the hands (see updated picture). The attitude I got was unlike anything I've personally experienced in 30 years of having my nails done (off & on). In all my years I've never had them look so badly that I had to go back & have my nails fixed. So back to my previous person even if it's super inconvenient. EDIT#2: the day after my repair, the tips of 1 thumb & my index finger started chipping (see pics). Just wow - worst experience ever! read more

I really gave this place a few chances. This was my last visit. I got a gel mani pedi, which cost $103.75 before my tip! My pedicure was great, no complaints there. My manicure in the other hand....I'm truly appalled by how horrible they look. I will say, the day I got it done my nails had already chipped in two places, and I'm unsure how. I decided not to go back to get them fixed and assumed it wouldn't get worse. It got worse. These are my GEL nails after exactly 1 week of having them!! Mind you, the polish quality feels identical to the "gel-like finish" nail polishes you buy at the drug store. I would've been better off doing them myself for free. Don't ever go on a weekend to this place. They have elderly ladies working the pedis and there is a huge language barrier. 3 customers walked out during their pedi because they were not satisfied with how their pedicure was going. I did hear them explain multiple times what they needed but it wasn't taken care of. For me specifically I told the lady doing my pedi that I wanted square, several times, and of course she made the toe nails rounded. I ended up doing my nails (hands) afterwards and they did not clean or take care of the cuticle and my nail tech was in a HUGE rush to get to the next person.
