Staff is very friendly and knows me by now (regular) I ordered the medium pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños and sausage. I also placed an order for 10 piece bbq wings. Small establishment, not loud or busy. We ordered a pizza to go & it was ready in 20 min The cheese they use has so much flavor and the crust is soft. We got the supreme pizza & although it had great flavor and texture I wish they would add more toppings to balance out the cheese. We also ordered some buffalo hot wings (they only have 1 flavor) & I like that they weren't drenched in sauce or dry. I do wish they were crunchier tho. Friends were coming over on New Year's Day and our normal pizza place was closed or just not answering the phone. Saw this place and all the good reviews so decided to give it a try. Ordered over the phone and asked for an XXL pizza with half Hawaiian and half pepperoni and mushroom and a medium cheese pizza. She said it'd be ready in half an hour. I'm always looking for new pizza places to try and this one came with so many overwhelmingly positive reviews, I had to give it a try. And I was not disappointed! I called in an order for an XXL extra cheese pizza ($26) and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and it was just making it's way out of the pizza oven. Perfect timing! The woman working there was super friendly and sweet. My husband said this was one of the better pizzas we have had recently and I have to agree! Legitimately extra cheesy, hot, fresh, delicious! The sauce is a little bit on the herbacious (oregano?) side, but I'm good with that. Will definitely be back! read more

The pizza at Valentino's Pizza in Arleta was exceptional. Ms. Janet was incredibly kind and friendly over the phone when I placed my order, and even more amazing in person. She even gave me a complimentary fresh drink since they were getting ready to close and she didn't want it to go to waste. The quality of their food is unmatched, even compared to some higher-end Italian restaurants in Encino or Sherman Oaks. The cheese tasted genuinely fresh. The crust was comparable to New York pizza crust. Their menu is very simple and to the point, which is nice because you know the ingredients are fresh daily. They also offer pizza by the slice, and they have a nice space for dining in if you want to enjoy your pizza fresh. I will say that even the next morning, when I heated it up in the toaster oven, it tasted just as good as it did fresh. With the quality of ingredients, I don't know how they keep their prices so reasonable. In this economy, restaurants like this are much appreciated, trying to stretch every dollar and still eat good quality food. All in all, please check them out. I will definitely be back. Pizza is acceptable, good sauce and toppings, crust too soft. However - we ordered at 11 and didn't get it until 1, for a total of 2 hours. 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 4 miles delivery distance seems long to me. They use Slice delivery service - and neither Valentino's nor Slice will take any accountability. In summary - don't order delivery from here unless you have lots of time to kill. read more

This is my go-to pizza place that is nearest to my home. The pizza is tasty every time! I appreciate the fact that you can customize your pizza toppings to your liking. My pizza is always made to order. I've also tried the wings which are super flavorful and meaty! They have the options of buffalo or bbq. Because of preference I usually do the BBQ. Service is great, she is very pleasant and welcoming! There is delivery service available as well as an in person dining area. I usually order take out, cannot comment on delivery or dining in experience. The ambience is clean and tidy, I'm not too sure if there are restrooms available. Parking can be hectic as it is located in a small plaza next to a liquor store and a car wash. There are times that it could be tough to find parking. I've seen this place for sometime now and today I decided to try it. I ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 supreme medium pizza and wings. The wings were huge!!! Not those small ones from Lil Ceasars. The pizza was fresh and lots of cheese. I wish the bread was a little thicker but otherwise it was very tasty. If you want something different, fresh and tasty; you cant go wrong with valentinos pizza. The woman was very sweet and she stated they have specials for large pizza and wings. Ask them when u call. Got 2 slices and a coke for $5 for me and the kid the pizza is really good and the price and lady working there are perfect service. The dining room is super clean and tv plays nice music videos perfect to sit and enjoy your pizza . My go to liquor store is right next door to this new pizza place. Hands down best pizza in the valley. Perfect amount of sauce you can definitely tell it's fresh. Finally a place close to my office and home where they sell pizza by the slice! After trying I will definitely order a whole pizza next time. I had the urge for a meatball sandwich. I searched Yelp and found Valentino's Pizza. Their version of meatball sando was more like a meatball submarine with melted cheese, red onions, bell peppers, and homemade marinara sauce. The meatballs were sliced up so I could get my mouth around the huge sando without a problem. If they would put a little extra marinara sauce on it, 5 stars. read more

Got 2 pizzas delivered yesterday. I ordered the veggie pizza. It was pretty skimpy on the toppings and it was so soggy that it stuck to the box. The crust was chewy and over all tasteless. I didn't enjoy their pizza and wouldn't order it again. My boyfriend ordered a pizza with sausage & pepperoni. He did not enjoy it at all. I'm still over priced pizza that looks and tastes cheap. For the main dish, we ordered the spicy pizza because it had two great main ingredients, jalapeños and bacon!. The pizza had an amazing undercarriage and texture overall. The crust was soft, doughy, airy, and fluffy while still holding everything together perfectly with great flavor all around!

Service has alway been good whenever we visited. There's plenty of street parking and some available spot in front and out back. Alcohol is offered. I don't know when they started the change with the sourdough bread. It used to be offered when you sit down. Now it's a fee. But one of the waiters said that is offered with a pasta dish which I've heard else wise. Who knows what the truth is. But we just stick to the pizza and salad. It's a valley spot that pretty much everyone I know has been too.

The cheese was cooked so well done that it the whole pizza just felt dried out. I am usually very forgiving for Pizza because usually even bad pizza can make a nice midnight snack. But we didn't finish half the pizza and threw it out. I can't remember ever throwing away leftover pizza in my life. It was that bad. I think the great reviews is because they offer a vegan option and halal which is hard to find. I kinda wish we would have tried the vegan hoping it would at least be decent. To the owners: I'm so sorry to leave this. But your pizza was just so bad I felt compelled to leave a review.
