This family owned establishment is a hidden gem and I'm so glad my family introduced me to this spot The food tasted so amazing- we got a slice of cheese pizza, slice of pepperoni ($3 each) , 2 grandma style sausage pizza slices ($5 each), and garlic toast ($3.50). Everything was Flavorful in every bite, the grandma style sausage pizza had the perfect crunch and softness in the middle. You can literally taste the home made freshness of everything ordered. The pizza by the slice is always a nice bonus when crunched with time, too. Not to mention everything was reasonably priced and affordable with more than enough portion per slice - my kids ate the individual slices so quick so I was unable to snag a photo of how huge the slices were , but they were so nice when I had to ask to cut the slice in half for my four year old They ran out of cheese pizza for the individual slices and the wait for newly fresh pizza was not long at all. You order at a window and can take your food to an outside seating area - I saw they even had lunch combos for a slice of pizza with a drink I found it even more awesome that they have sugar free options for their canned drinks because not many establishments offer that Ambiance was perfect for a Sunday afternoon, sun shining, fresh air, blue skies, nice wind, and the tables and chairs were clean I came with my in laws and we were a party of 12 and we had enough space for all of us using only two tables since the seats were able to sit 2 small kids together Overall would definitely come back and highly recommend this spot read more

Local pizza parlor in the newly renovated strip mall corner of PCH and Ximeno between the Sprouts market and the Marina Circle carwash. It is just a walk up window. There is parking out front as well as outdoor seating in a communal space shared by other small restaurants. I was going to get some baguettes at Lee's sandwiches next door. It was a cold day and the sight and thought of a warm cheesy pizza sounded really good. I walked up to the window. I was greeted promptly by friendly staff members. The menu was right there and easy to read. They offer multiple pie sizes from small to extra large. I ordered a 16 " cheese and mushroom pizza. It was about $23 after tax plus tip. It was ready in 15 min. While waiting, I did my grocery shopping next door and picked up some hot baguettes at Lee's sandwiches and when i returned, my pizza was ready. I took it home. The dough was a somewhat thin crust, there was plenty of cheese and the mushrooms gave it a smoky flavor. It was still warm and tasty. Overall i had a good experience. I recommend trying Valentino's Pizza for your next meal or for a cozy brunch at home on a cold day. But really anytime! :) read more

A bit scary upon arrival because of construction, BUT the place is open during construction. Approached the window, there was a lady I greeted her, she looked at me, didn't speak, walked away & answered the phone. I almost walked off at that point BUT I really wanted some Chicago styles pizza. I ordered 4 Corner Chicago Style Pepperoni Pizza, half olives. That was it. It was a 20 minute wait time. When I went to pick up the order she was much more pleasant. The pizza looked delicious, it was tasty. Pepperonis had a spicy kick! Bread had a nice little crunch to it. Valentino's didn't like how DoorDash did my order, and they allowed us to pick up our calzone after work due to all the trouble in drivers being cancelled and order delayed. All in all, my order was cancelled with Door Dash. It wasn't Valentino's fault and they stepped up to the plate to assist with our dinner by allowing us to come thru in a few hours to secure the package! The Detroit style is what you want from here. I order it with a sausage topping. The sauce and the sausage were quite good. As for their plain cheese slice, really bad! The texture of the dough is too soft with a very sweet sauce. This is some of the worst cheese pizza this born and raised New Yorker has had in CA. Stick to the Detroit style! If you really want stellar Detroit pizza...SLICE HOUSE blows away most of the Detroit style I've had in CA. The garlic butter is delicious, it absorbs well into the bread. There's not too much garlic butter so the bread isn't overwhelming. The employees are so nice and helpful! It feels like this is a small family-owned business which is always good to support! There is no indoor seating since you order through a window/door, but there's about 2-3 tables outside where you can sit and eat. The tables and chairs were clean. I was glad to see that I could get pizza by the slice so I could get this opportunity to review the pizza. It's perfectly saucy and New York Style with plenty of pepperoni. Stopped by this location to pick up picnic pies & I was pleased. I'm a pineapple pizza lover soo I love big chunky pieces of pineapple & they layered on plenty. I ordered basil on it as well, and I will say, I prefer the whole leaves of basil over shredded pieces but it didn't detract much. My friend ordered bacon and pepperoni on hers. Just spend 30 bucks, for something I would pay 10 max. Very poor quality and quantity of ingredients, just very so so pizza.

I ordered the Hawaiian pizza from here, and it was good. Everyone reading my review, please don't hate me for ordering Hawaiian pizza, I like pineapple on my pizza lol. The service was really quick, I ordered the pizza and it took 10 minutes for the pizza to be finished. The person in the front was very nice, and they were quick to finish my order. The pizza itself was good pizza, and I will definitely be going back because of the quality and service.
