I thought Pinche's is a great value, especially in today's economy. I hopped on the small 2-topping, can soda deal for $7.49 (unreal price!). I also upgraded to stuffed crust for an additional $3.00. My order was ready right as I was pulling up. Customer service was warm and friendly. My pizza tasted pretty good, especially for the price. My only gripe is that it was a bit soggy and very greasy. I am wondering if it's because of the stuffed crust. I heated up leftovers in the air fryer and that helped with the sogginess issue tremendously. I would definitely go back to Pinche's but I think I may skip the stuffed crust to see if that fixes the issue. $12.49 for a pizza including tax I got two meals out of can't be beat! read more

I ordered directly through Pinches Pizzas' own website -- not through DoorDash or any third-party app -- so this was entirely their order and their delivery driver, not a third-party issue they can point to. I ordered a large pepperoni and olive pizza for delivery. When it arrived, it was olive and cheese only -- no pepperoni. I called the restaurant to get it corrected, and was told that because the receipt only showed "added olives," I'd have to pay an extra $20 (for a new pizza plus another delivery fee) to get what I actually ordered. I declined and told them I wouldn't be ordering again. About 5-10 minutes later, the same delivery driver called saying he was downstairs with my pizza. I live on the 4th floor with no elevator, so I walked all the way down and outside -- he wasn't there. He called again, I confirmed it was pepperoni, and I went back down a second time. Again, no driver in sight. When I got back upstairs, he called a third time, then laughed and hung up on me. A few minutes later I got a text from him saying "come back, I have three more deliveries." I never heard from him again. To be clear, I have a pregnant family member who was also making these trips up and down the stairs with me. This wasn't just a wrong order -- it was genuinely disrespectful treatment on top of it, and no attempt to actually fix the mistake. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I believe they changed me for the Daily Deal for a Large 1 Topping pizza ($9.49) plus 1 topping ($1.75). Regardless of the price, it was a pretty good pizza. Just the right amount of tartness in the sauce. Generous amount of pepperoni. Good tasting dough. Service was very friendly. There is limited street parking in front. Placed an order through Postmates. When I received my order it was all wrong. I paid extra $2 to get jalapeños on my pizza and there was none. Also ordered 8 hot lemon pepper wings and received 7 lemon pepper wings. Whoever is reading their online orders at this establishment is obviously reading half assed. I had always seen this place when I pass but going to work and figured I tired today I would try. I ordered from the Grubhub app around 4pm and about hour and a half goes by and no update or information on whether my order was on its way so I reached out to Grubhub and they stated to call the restaurant. When I called the employee said that the driver was in its way. So 20 minutes go by and still nothing I then reached out to Grubhub and they stated they would refund me my order. I then called the restaurant to get an explanation and all they said was they were in the middle of a shift change. What do you mean!? That is outrageous to handle orders in that manner.
