Still great pizza but now disappointed on the churros. I was really looking forward to the churros (which main menu ends at 10pm) and when i got my order they were nothing like the first time. Now they don't have any ice cream. The churros just come with some cream sauce which is not the best. This is why I give it 3 stars but everything else is great.! read more

Quite suspicious given it's in Hilton lobby, but yelp hasn't led me wrong yet. Quite good and very busy. It's "explore Lompoc" apparently per the signage and specials; so they had unique menu for fixed price. However I wanted pizza. Pizza was quite good; brick oven made. I had the chef special (sausage and jalapeño) and I added pepperoni. Pepperoni were very large, pizza was good. Crust/bread was almost crisp enough to be perfect (excellent on edges but touch soft in center). Still great pizza though. Several on tap beers were quite good as well. read more

I had heard buzz about the eatery and decided to see for myself with my boyfriend. The buzz was correct. We were greeted by a lovely waitress, named Brittany. She was also the bartender. I had an amazing Mai Thai which was well balanced with fresh ingredients. For a meal, my boyfriend had a try tip sandwich which normally I would be not so keen on. However the way it was smoked and thinly sliced with a dab of spicy aioli changed my mind. The pineapple vinaigrette dressing was excellent as well. My fish tacos were especially tasty due to the homemade tortillas. They offer happy hour all day on Sundays which was a nice unexpected surprise. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy.. Last week l shared the surf & turf tacos with a friend and it was very good! So we returned today to share the peach n prosciutto in white sauce pizza. The pizza size was 8 large pieces so very sharable. The pizza was very tasty! The atmosphere was nice. No smoking and every table had an umbrella. Bring a cushion as the outdoor chairs are metal. At night they offer heaters and large Christmas patio lights. To take the chill off. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. read more

Drinks are always very good. Food is slightly on the greasy side, but overall good tasting. We enjoy coming in for a quick lunch.

Came here with a group of friends today and had a great meal. Pork belly tacos with hand made tortillas were outstanding! Beer batter Brussel sprouts were light and crispy and the chorizo potato pizza was delicious . All plates were presented beautifully. Our drinks were kept full and our servers were very attentive. The venue is located inside the lobby of the Hilton and the decor is very modern, light and airy. We will definitely be back to try everything on the menu! read more

During our 3 day visit to Lompoc, we were fortunate to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and find the new hidden gem "Valle Eatery & Bar". The Roasted Chicken Cavetalli, the pork belly tacos were AMAZING, the Valle Burger was true perfection along with the fries. The Chefs take true pride in their food, it certainly is proven in the magnificent food they serve. Happy Hour is from 2pm-5pm and 9pm-11pm. Wonderful place to dine!!! Cheers ~ Until we meet again. Good food. My husband had the special filet. It was excellent, aged, tender, flavorful and an absolutely delicious piece of beef. I had the Margarita pizza. It's prepared and cooked in the outdoor pizza oven on the patio of the restaurant. The crust was perfectly done and tasted as good as the photos on the website look. Yum! read more

When we ate dinner there on Saturday night, you couldn't have known that we were dining with a friend who lives out of state and has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Our dinner at Valle may be the last time we see him. Yet, even though the restaurant was busy, you let us linger at our table for hours and never made us feel rushed. Your staff took a picture of us together and one of them came over to talk to us about the preparation of the tamarind that was in my Tamarind Mexico Mule. My wife and I came here on a Friday, looking for a healthy seafood lunch. We were immediately welcomed and were shown the menu. Our request for grilled fish, instead of fried, in the fish tacos was accommodated and the staff attended to us attentively and promptly. I stopped to eat here with a couple friends, while on a road trip to San Francisco. It was exactly what we were looking for. They have a variety of food and good selection of beers on tap (I got the tri tip tacos and an 805; highly recommend both). Overall: great food, great service, and just an overall great atmosphere. The food is pricey, but definitely worth it! The drinks were delicious, and all of the food that our table ordered was so delicious! This place serves some seriously delicious food. We went for the first time during Lompoc Restaurant Week 2018. Attached to a hotel lobby, the restaurant provides an inviting, chill atmosphere. You can sit at the bar, at a table, outside, or on some lounge chairs surrounding a coffee table. We ordered the Pulpo & Avocado shareable plate, as well as the Restaurant Week special which featured their Battered Brussels (first course), Grilled Striploin (second course), and Hazelnut Brownie (third course). All of the menu items we tried were sooo yummy! I was surprised - brussel sprouts are really not my thing, but the sauce they used made this one of my favorites! I also ordered the Purple Rain cocktail, which was lovely. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. It does get loud in there with all of the restaurant-goers, but what do you expect? It's a popular place for good reasons! Definitely would recommend to others. read more

I was surprised, and initially a little disappointed, that this is part of a hotel. Yelp said it was hot & new with Artisan cocktails. Despite the somewhat sterile hotel lobby lounge vibe I did have a delicious bourbon cocktail. Food looked good. I don't know if they have happy hour because we walked in a few minutes after 6.
