Never received a call, so called them and was informed they couldn't do the job because grips were too old. Isn't that why you get new ones? When to pick them up and found one of the grips butchered and the rest not touched. I asked for a "manager" and I spoke to a rude incompetent person who offered nothing other than interrupt me every time I tried to speak. Overall awful experience.​

I prefer them over EMS because the have a bigger selection, and because when you buy there you're supporting a local business instead of a national chain.

You're rolling the dice here. When I brought it to the shop in Belchertown, he found that the front spokes were way too tight and the wheel was way out of true, the rear skewer was about 30 years older than the bike, so not the same skewer that was on it when I brought it to Valley, got the gear shifting problem solved with a new Acera derailleur and all the adjustments for less than $70.

My family was on vacation so we were forced to buy a used pair for my son so that his trip wasn't ruined.
