I really WANT to like this place but it's just so mediocre. The "Signature" Avocado & Buffalo chicken wrap is a massive pile of lettuce with a single piece of grilled chicken, a dab of tomato and then an avocado kisses it. Take all those ingredients and then have a toddler attempt to wrap it up. The result is a falling apart Lettuce twirl with a grilled piece of chicken in it. It's like what you would make yourself at home when you're drunk and want something really quick. But you don't get it really quick, you have to wait 20 minutes even though you're the only person in the store. Also, the one you made at home drunk is better and it doesn't cost $9. The one decent thing, and probably the only thing you should ever get here, are the wings. I say decent, because they're exactly that. Decent. Not great, but serviceable. I've been here several times. The wait for food is ridiculous. The wait is long even when the establishment is empty. I've also had problem with the same employee each time. She messes up orders and when questioned about it, she is dismissive and rude. I never got her name but she is a caucasion woman with dark hair. When I've placed deliveries my food arrived either luke warm or cold and I live only a few blocks away. When I call to make a complaint with management I'm always told he is not there. I love this place I haven't tried anything else on the menu but their wings are so good. I ordered a bulk for my family and they were almost all gone! I want to try other things on the menu as well. Our family just discovered Valley Fresh and it's so good. The people are friendly, the place is clean and welcoming and the food is great. So far we have really really enjoyed the cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, chicken gyro and the salads. While we were waiting the other night the chef/owner gave us a Greek sweet to try - delicious. I live a couple blocks away and I never ate here until tonight. Ordered the Jack Burger with French and it was great. The burger looked perfect like a commercial you see on tv not going to lie. The meat was really soft and juicy. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside which is what I like. I ask for it medium well and it was accurate. But I see if you ask for it medium they might hit the raw side looking at the comments. My gf got the chipotle chicken wrap and it was toasty. Ordered from here for the first time via the Eat 24 app. Ordered the Veggie burger and chose the option to add $2 for a side of fries. I also typed "no onions" in the special instructions. I ordered the fruit and yogurt parfait which was described as having strawberries and blueberries. When my food arrived, I did not receive the fries and my burger was smothered in onions. They were caramelized and beneath the cheese so picking them out was not an option. On the menu, the burger was described as being topped with a "carrot slaw" which really ended up being dime sized chunks of chopped carrots. The parfait was $6, didn't have blueberries (a few slices of strawberries and 3 banana slices) and the cup was SMALL. It was about the size of maybe 1 1/2 yoplait yogurt cups from the grocery store. I called back to see about getting my order of fries since I did pay for them and I just let them know about the onions on the burger. The delivery driver was super nice & he proved excellent service. The wait time for delivery wasn't bad at all and the quality of the food itself was good, but they didn't pay attention to the instructions and I did feel as though the prices were a bit much for what you actually get. The descriptions for the items I got did not totally match what I received. Good food and good service, but I would call and phone in an order or go in person. read more

RUN AWAY! I ordered at 11:21 am and the notification said the food will be here between 12:20-30pm. I called the restaurant at 12:33 pm, try to get an update and I called at least 5 times before they finally picked up the phone and a girl told me the driver left 30 min ago with my food, she will call the driver and call me back which she never did. I called another 3 times before someone picked up and they said they called the driver and he said he will be here in 8 min, but that was 15 min ago! And finally when they food got here after almost 2 hours, it was wrong! I called, and they said oh we ran out of it. Like WHAT! You don't even have the courtesy to call your customer and let me know?!?! They just assume that it will be fine to substitute with something else?!?!?! WTF! The food weren't even good! And if you are charging me $3 delivering fee, you better got here in God's speed, not two fking hours with the wrong cold soggy food! Walking in, I was happy to find an immaculately clean restaurant. But beyond that, it was well lit and decorated in clean lines. This may sound cheesy, but it felt "fresh" and that set the tone for my experience. 2. Initial service: This is an "order up front" rather than full table service kinda place so the initial service was with with the cashier. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted to get--while the menu wasn't elaborate it was filled with things I wanted to get, and I ended up ordering more than I should have, and I regret nothing! While I was familiar with most of the food, they were excited at the opportunity to explain what the Greek items were with which I wasn't familiar (see (4)) 3. Subsequent Service: After the order, we sat and the food-- delivered quickly--was hot and clearly didn't wait under a heat lamp. 4. Food appearance, quantity, and taste. I got a gyro (sauce on the side) and Greek fries and a small order of wings. My son got a blackened burger and fries. My gyro was great: thinly sliced and piping hot, the meat was moist and flavorful but not greasy; the pita was wonderfully fresh and the fries were super crispy (at the host's suggestion I put fries on my gyro which added a whole new dimension to the "yum"). The wings? There were BIG! And while they were a little heavily sauced for me, I can't remember when I had wings that were that so crispy on the outside but also moist on the inside--best I've had in probably 25 years. My son was raving about his burger all the way home. And then there was dessert. We had store made baklava and what I can best describe as a custard filled phyllo burrito. I can't pronounce it, but that alone was worth the drive! Portion size was certainly generous enough that I left stuffed. 5. Overall Value/Experience. The value here was excellent: value because of the generous portion, and value value because the food was so good. Ordered from them from seemless.com. Got a salad and chips and dip. The email said I would receive my order working 60-70 minutes. First, it took 90 minutes for my order to come. The driver was lost, didn't want to bring my order up at first, but finally did and he was pleasant about it. I open my salad and am missing salad dressing, don't have one of my toppings, and the avocado on the salad still has skin on it. I called the restaurant first and they told me I had to get a refund through seemless. I call seemless, they call the restaurant and the woman is rude to her and refuses to give me a refund. Just had a terrible experience with this place. Placed an order for a burger, fish sandwich and fries. There was no one else in the restaurant. It took them 25 minutes to process the order (i know because the time of the order was on the receipt). When I pointed this out to the cashier, he shrugged and said "I'm aware". No apology. The food was also not good. They burnt buns, fish was undercooked, fries soggy and they got my son's burger order wrong. Its also not cheap.
