(Thing is the dealer won't provide warranty on the item; I just paid labor). Prior to COVID, they used to bring me into the shop for a minute a show me. Now they send you video to your phone with an explanation from the mechanic. How cool is that? I loved the transparency they provided. If there was a part on order, I get a loaner. If they were out of loaners, they paid for my rental for a week while my parts were waiting to arrive from Germany. 10/10 I have since traded in for a newer (used) model, and the sales team seemed like good people. I didn't argue on a price, though. I did find some small minor things wrong with the car after about a month in, and Audi Cascade did me right. They took of every little thing free of charge (whereas total work would've been around $700). No wonder why they're part of the Audi's Magma Society. For those that love and stick with Audi, you should do your research and check out what dealerships were given this award. As a years long customer that has to deal with shady dealerships now (because I moved for work), I will miss this place.

The vehicle was serviced, and I was referred to Mazda's 1-800# to resolve the floor mat issue. The service advisor mentioned "these concerns are usually best solved if the consumer gets involved with Mazda, I have one other option I could try but I'd recommend you call them instead". After speaking with Mazda's customer service line, they couldn't understand why the concern wasn't looked at as the car is under its bumper to bumper warranty. I took the car to another dealership, they've determined the passenger seat rails are defective and the part has been ordered under warranty. The fact that Cascade Mazda could not offer a solution is extremely disappointing.

I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!
