Bryce came out to load a pod for my mom today and arrived right on time. Him and another mover were very considerate and careful with all her furniture and belongings. They used every square inch of space in the POD and worked very quickly. I actually joked that they must be expert Tetris players because they fit things in there like game pieces. I have to say that I contacted a few moving companies and a couple of them honestly just sounded sketchy and greedy with their pricing. Bryce was not like this at all which is why I chose his company combined with the great reviews. Something was speaking to me about his character and boy was I right! I moved from Central Valley to Orange County. Bryce showed up with one other mover and a truck. Did a good job texting me status and showed up on time. They worked quickly but did not have any supplies to wrap furniture like Bryce said he would on the phone when giving me the quote. I appreciate the speed, but not when it comes at the expense of damage. Furniture was damaged during transport. Additionally, they took apart my desk and failed to put it back together correctly. They are better for local, short distance moves where you don't have any expensive furniture to worry about. If not for the damaged furniture and my desk that now rattles because it wasn't put back together properly, I would have rated them higher. read more

When I say they moved non stop and hustled in and out, that would be an understatement. I have no reason to lie. They constantly asked for permission for anything they did or planned to do, they also took extreme care in handling all my belongings especially taking certain consideration for things I noted. It's like the best moving company I ever hired ( and we move a lot). They are very professional. They covered everything so it doesn't get damaged. They were very careful and did not make a mess. They're very friendly and made everything seem very easy and enjoyable. The even did not charge us for the whole hour only half of it, which is rare with moving companies. I moved from Fresno to San Diego. I reached out to this company and was greeted by Mr. Bryce, a young professional. He was very courteous and prompt with responses to all my questions. He took the time to view the storage in order to ensure it would be beneficial for my move. He kept costs low without sacrificing my belongings and it met the company's needs too. It was nice to see such honesty with such a young entrepreneur. He is very hands on and he initially arrived at my storage to assess the situation and check on the best way to transport my items. After the discussion I felt relieved with the decisions made. He and his crew picked up the items, they were quick and efficient. When he left Fresno he gave me an estimated time of arrival. He kept me in loop and he was early, which was awesome. While moving my furniture I received the most careful move as if these items belonged to them personally. I appreciated the care they took. They saw a tiny issue with my entertainment center but worked quickly to find a resolution. I was thankful, because they could have left it. They placed an additional screw and glued the right corner which was about 1 inch loose. Thank you to Mr. Bryce and your team for my smooth transition to San Diego. Although my initial experience was great, after I went through my things I was short some containers. I probably wouldn't have noticed but my mothers possessions I have had since she passed are not anywhere to be found. There were a few other items which were in containers from my father who is also gone. I did reached out to Mr Bryce but no response either way. I'm disappointed. I'm just saying they were packed in the storage and did not arrive here from the move. I'm not going to file a claim because they can never be replaced. read more

We moved this past week and have nothing but positive things to say about Bryce and his team. We booked him several weeks in advance, but he made sure to follow up and make sure nothing changed 1 week out. He and his team were timely, energetic, and professional. We added a fridge and 2 tables at the last minute to which he replied, "no problem, we got it!" We called around to 3 well-known movers in Fresno and Bryce was BY FAR the most reasonable quote. His team took their time to make sure all furniture and boxes were well handled, however, they did not ideal and made the most of the 6 hour move. On top of that, we moved from a quiet neighborhood to a busy new construction neighborhood. He had to navigate the truck around the block amongst several work trucks and a cement truck in a narrow road. It all went so smoothly! Not one article was broken, and no single wall was nicked, scratched, or bruised. AND he brought a washer/dryer up curved stairs. AMAZING! We would use his team again in a heartbeat.
