Usually I'm really uncomfortable with people touching my personal items but James took care of me and really made me feel like I can trust him. I happened to stumble upon this company and they are amazing! I first went looking into Moreno Valley Movers in order to have my mom moved from Hollywood to Moreno Valley. Upon further research, Moreno Valley Movers isn't even located in Moreno Valley but in Los Angeles, which I found speculative! Weird right? I decided to give them a chance and went to their offices listed but I was lead to an empty building!! I was desperate to find a local moving company and a friend suggested Valley Moving as they are local to where my mother would be relocating. Their office staff (yes, they actually have a legit office) are friendly and extremely helpful. They were considerate, quick and efficient and took very great care in moving my mom's things. I am so bummed. I read all of the reviews and was so excited to have movers come and move our things. Most of our things were in storage as we were staying with family while our house was being built. The movers arrived on time (within 15 min of agreed) and I began noticing one of the three movers "robert" was really slow and constantly got off track and was standing around talking. I don't mind if there is conversation going on but Javier a different mover had to keep yelling at Robert to get back to work. Then they were using dollies for everything! They took the dollies up the stairs without protection leaving black marks up their stairs and when they finally arrived at our new home which was less than 10 minutes away they wanted to take the dollies up my brand new cream stairs or they stated they were not moving anything up there. Overall had there been three workers like Javier I would have had an amazing experience but Robert was awful. He watched the other guy install the washer and dryer and stood around and watched him do the same to the refrigerator. He moved one box on a dolly at a time. I will not be recommending this company and will tell anyone who uses thus company not to have Robert on their team. I felt like it was highway robbery and was disappointed with the job that was completed. read more

This company is awesome. I was in the market for professional movers because me and my husband just bought our dream home. I know with professionals there licensed and insured. I called around to JT's relocation and there price was through the roof and I was also surprised to find out that there arent even located in Moreno Valley. I discoved this when I asked if I could come by there store in order to pick up some boxes. My father always told me "if there a legit business they have a place of business" So I always ask businesses that I never dealt with if I can stop by and if they give you a bogus answer you know something is fishy. I finally called Valley Moving and the customer service was phenomenal. I asked if I could stop by to get some boxes and they were more than happy to have my husband and I. We were also was excited to learn they were locate right across the street from March Air Force Base. Upon our arrival I discussed the details of our move with Will the office manager. He gave us various options and helped plan a move that was within our budget. We ordered supplies a week before the move and they even delivered them for free. On move day the Move went so smooth the guys Javier, Will & Maurice were so professional and curteous we were truly amazed. The handled our big bulky furniture like it was nothing and didn't scratch one item. We truly appciated the hard work of our crew and we gave them a fat tip to show them. this company is awesome! the movers (willie, wowo and javier ) were punctual and took the time and care to wrap my furniture from top to bottom with blankets and secure them with tape. they did not scratch or scuff any walls. i have a very narrow & steep stairway & nothing was damaged. i highly recommend these movers! read more

Had a horrible experience with these movers and ended up taking them to court and winning a judgment of approximately 3 times what I paid in services. The movers were unprofessional, cursed and argued at each other during the job, damaged more than $2000 worth of furniture and stole several items. I complained over the phone and in writing and received no response, apology for the way I was treated or even a response to handle my entitled damages. Think twice before using this company as the owner and management are extremely unprofessional and do not follow through on the service guarantee they promise. My court case is public record under "Valley Moving Service" in Riverside Superior Court. read more

Fantastic!! I am a stickler for customer service. And...I love to use local businesses in Moreno Valley when I can since I am a resident. Left a voice mail and received a call back from both James and Willie. Got everything set up to have a packing crew on Friday and moving crew on Saturday. I am also total OCD about being punctual. Never had to worry for a moment. These guys were on point. Pretty clear from watching them at work, they are a well-oiled machine. I was moving my mom from Redlands to Mo Val...she is an expert at moving...but physically it would have been too much. Willie took amazing care packing her curio cabinet items...all fragile and lots of sentimental items...everything made it to Moreno Valley without incident! The cost of the move was a LOT LESS than I thought it would be. I was concerned since the price didn't seem excessive that maybe the service would be less than great. Pfffht. WRONG! Please don't under any circumstances use this company. I used them a month ago and It was one of the worst mistake I ever made. They were suppose to be at my house at 9am but called me at 9:25 saying they were going to be late. They were a hour and a half late. They driver (Maurice) told me at" least they called". After one hour in I caught one the movers (Chris) rolling boxes down the stairs and the other inside the truck stacking and throwing the boxes despite the label glass on it. Once they arrived at my new home they took several breaks and took five more hours to finish. To add more insult, when it was time to pay they tried to over charge me for the hour and a half that they were late. Over charging me by $209. At the end of the day I had dirt marks so over my walls, five broken mikasa vases and a broken table leg. The owner said the contact says I could get .68¢ per lb per broken item. JOKE!!.
