I'm currently watch them chase someone dog for them because the owners let them slip loose. A nice dig thankfully but so nice to see the employees helping.

We had a good experience at Valley Pet Care getting my 10 year old re-homed dog neutered. I was able to get a break on the cost of the neuter so I took advantage of the other services and treatments offered. All costs were disclosed up front. Frequent reminders for my appointment were appreciated and though not everyone can be expected to be warm and fuzzy I got professional treatment by all. The vet explained everything to me after the surgery including how to dose the medications. I was 100% satisfied with our visit. I'll be back for vaccinations in the future. Thank you one and all.

Had my boy neutered here and I was an anxious mess but everyone here made me feel very comfortable. Low cost, easy, and well maintained.

But from the moment we walked into the office, I knew he was in the best hands. First of all, the place is clean (and doesn't smell like a typical vet office, which is a big win already). The entire team, from the receptionists to the vet techs, were kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I called a lot during the surgery (sorry, team ), and not once did anyone make me feel like I was a bother. They were always sweet and thoughtful, and took time to answer all my nervous questions. The doctor was amazing. He explained everything clearly, which helped me go from anxious to confident about the surgery. Harley's procedure went perfectly, and now we're on day five of recovery, his sutures look fantastic, the swelling has gone way down, and the bruising is almost gone too! Also worth mentioning, I had quotes from another vet that were almost double the cost. This team was honest, transparent, and incredibly fair. If you're looking for a vet who treats your fur baby like family (and also doesn't judge when your "baby" weighs 100 pounds and still tries to sit on your lap), this is the place. I can't thank them enough. 10/10 recommend, Harley gives it two paws up (when he's allowed to use both again

Ultrasound showed she had liver tumors and was heavily bleeding into her abdomen. She had to be put down. All the staff members were very kind to me. The vet (unfortunately did not get her name) was super professional, straight forward, and as nice as possible about everything. She has a very difficult job. Nobody wants to put an animal down!! This was at 5am and it's an emergency medicine vet. Of course they charged more than a regular vet. However, they partially refunded what they initially charged me when they realized she had to be put down and no longer needed further workup/treatment. The bill went from $850 to $640. They could have just stuck with the initial charge and said they did x, y, and z to justify it but they did not. I didn't even ask and I was in no position to know any better. So if anyone reads these reviews, know that there are honest people working there. Maybe there's some bad apples I don't know, but this was my experience.

However, once we were placed in a room, we waited for an hour and a half and no technician or veterinarian came in to check on us. No one provided any updates or explained what was going on. We ultimately decided to leave and go somewhere else. This was not how we wanted our little dog's final moments to be handled. It felt like there was very little communication or urgency. It was a very disappointing and upsetting experience during an already difficult time.
