I've established a relationship with Dr Stevie Reichmuth for both of my pugs she gives them the most undivided attention and sits on the ground and greets them and plays with them and truly pays attention to small details that other vets don't . I love her and her staff they treat my fur babies good here! I trust them.

I'd love to leave my Honest Review pertaining to this facility! Its a Cute Small Fast-Paced Office with a multi-trained staff that helps in every direction possible. Front End literally does it all from checking you in, to distributing your Fur-balls Meds! Vaccines are super simple and fast an get you out in a timely manner, Surgery was smooth an I was given through instructions to follow an was made aware about the IMPORTANCE of the CONE! I referred all my family an friends to come to this location because of the friendly staff and fast paced environment this team truly thrives on! Yes it can be hectic some days but that's what's expected in a WALK- IN CLINIC!! I absolutely love the teamwork here as well! Nice Job Ladies & Dr.Gill!

This is the growth exactly where the old one was coming back after the stitches were removed. :(

Sir, I appreciate you finally getting back. However, you have not received correct information from your staff. I did NOT come back months later. I came back to have stitches removed as instructed a few weeks after surgery. At that time I was told everything was fine and that she was having a reaction to the stitches and would go away! I noticed it was not going away but to the contrary getting bigger. I called immediately. They said to bring her back. I did not demand to have it removed, however, I did request that Dr. Wallace see her without charge to explain why it wasn't going away (as she performed surgery and that makes the most sense) and to explain why this growth she highly recommended be removed. She specifically said that in her years of experience they are "common" and continue to grow larger which could be uncomfortable for her. Which is why I chose not to have biopsied. Several rechecks? I had one "recheck" to remove the stitches. They refused to see her again without being paid FIRST. They said you get one free recheck period. Why are you saying several? Banging on the door? Sir, you have a glass door. why would you not respond to my e-Mail? Or my phone call? I even left a note on your car asking you to return my call. You certainly do not care. Perhaps you care now (over a month later) because this is a public forum and you want to make allegations about my behavior to make your business appear correct in not addressing my dogs health? You are interested in making money not relationships or the care of our beloved pets. (And I see why as you drive very expensive cars different days of week --made off of us pet owners hearts. :( I'm so very disappointed in your response. a quick check of her eye by dr. Wallace would have been the professional caring thing to do. Period. That sir, is all I wanted. and now, I would not let you perform anything on my pets. For required vaccines I will go to the Caldrons Pet Choice on Tully/Standiford (where Mr.T's donuts is) that offers shots each Saturday from 10am-11:30 from VIP PET CARE at a lower cost. I truly do not want this to happen to any other pet owner and the reason I left the review. It's a horrible helpless feeling that I paid good money for:(

Proof that I asked them to please keep me informed- I've never had a vet NOT tell me when shots are due.

Ask the Community - Valley Veterinary Hospital

How much is it to spay a 8 month old female kitten with shots?

I think it is around $80.

How much does cremation of a cat cost, & is there any documentation required? My husband told me he paid 10.00 & they wouldn't or didn't give him a receipt. I say he's lying he dumped my poor baby in the GARBAGE!!! :-(

He is probably lying. Even community cremation is more than $10. (We just had our kitty euth'd at Valley Vet last week :'( ). You have to sign a legal permission form and approve the costs. Then you receive a receipt. I'm so sorry for your loss… Read more

Ultrasound showed she had liver tumors and was heavily bleeding into her abdomen. She had to be put down. All the staff members were very kind to me. The vet (unfortunately did not get her name) was super professional, straight forward, and as nice as possible about everything. She has a very difficult job. Nobody wants to put an animal down!! This was at 5am and it's an emergency medicine vet. Of course they charged more than a regular vet. However, they partially refunded what they initially charged me when they realized she had to be put down and no longer needed further workup/treatment. The bill went from $850 to $640. They could have just stuck with the initial charge and said they did x, y, and z to justify it but they did not. I didn't even ask and I was in no position to know any better. So if anyone reads these reviews, know that there are honest people working there. Maybe there's some bad apples I don't know, but this was my experience.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place recently, but the service has really gone downhill. However, once we were placed in a room, we waited for an hour and a half and no technician or veterinarian came in to check on us. No one provided any updates or explained what was going on. We ultimately decided to leave and go somewhere else. This was not how we wanted our little dog's final moments to be handled. It felt like there was very little communication or urgency. It was a very disappointing and upsetting experience during an already difficult time.

Actually the worst vet. We've been going here for years and before they were all about money, they…read moreactually seemed to care. We took our cat here and did a bunch of tests and he was ok but had some sneezes. Took him in for a follow up bloodwork a few months later and his ALT liver enzyme was over 600. We saw doctor Pam who recommended shots and a CT scan as "top line treatment" because immediately they thought it was a congenial issue. Spent money on the Ct scan and it was negative but his liver enzymes were still going up. NOT ONCE did they start any treatment but they sure did run more tests. All negative and NOT ONCE did doctor Pam recommend any type of plan other than a $5000 invasive biopsy on our 1 year old cat. The enzymes went up over 1000 and I went online and found out info about steroids on my own since nothing was being done and asked Doctor Pam, who insisted we HAVE to do a biopsy and she had the nerve to say steroids might inflame his liver and it would be too much to give him steroids...but a full liver biopsy is fine? Ok. We got a second opinion and this new vet who actually cares about animals over money started him on an empirical treatment immediately and now his liver enzymes are back to normal a month and a half later...with a steroid called Prednisolone that bypasses the liver anyway. I feel so frustrated. For one, I'm mad she didn't even try to start him on anything, no treatment plan at all cuz they knew we loved this baby and would pay to help him. They messed with our vulnerability. For two, we paid a ton of money thinking we were trusting someone who actually cared, and for three and maybe the most aggravating and upsetting part, we put our little cat through so much and so many treatments because THIS VET told us it was needed it...and almost put him through a biopsy for no reason. Shame on you and the whole practice for valuing money over animals. Go to a vet who actually cares. Doctor Pam and this horrible place only care about your money and not your babies. Never again. The only thing they did do was help us with insurance because God knows they want their money. Unbelievable. Go to Village Oak or Waterford Vet or Animal Medical instead of this money hungry practice. We are lucky we actually still even have our little baby after this.
