Everything went perfectly, and Dr. Haze even called later that evening just to make sure I was okay. This place overbooks its patients and you are waiting 30-40 minutes before you are brought into the back to be seen. Bedside manner of one of the dentists was horrible to a little boy who was getting 2 of his cavities filled. She was very abrasive, harsh, and condescending. I won't be coming back here. My son and daughters had appointments here this morning. We arrived a little late at 9:45 for our 9:45 appointments. The receptionist was smiling and courteous. We were all called back around 10am and they got right to work on my son and youngest daughter. My girls ages 5 & 8 saw Dr. T. Their dental assistants were Jennifer and Crystal. My 5yr is a selective mute and extremely shy, which makes working on her difficult. However, Dr. T and Jennifer were amazing with her! They were patient, understanding and kind. They took breaks if she needed them and finished her fillings quickly! My daughter loved the fact that she got to watch her favorite movie while she was being worked on. Crystal was also very friendly and worked well with my 8 yr. old. They worked quickly but also took breaks if she needed them. Neither of my girls even realized they got shots until I told them!! My son saw Dr. Kovan and Ashley K. was his assistant. They were both very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely be returning!!! read more

This is the best dentist that I've ever been to. The doctor spent more time with me than any dentist and explained to me every step of the way any issues I had and how to best navigate the insurance. I loved how the financial person met me where I was being treated with the doctor and hygienist in the room so I could ask any questions I needed at the same time. I felt like they actually cared. Dr T. was absolutely fantastic and gave it to me straight plain and simple. The x-ray technologist was amazing and showed me exactly what areas were having issues or not. Best office I've been to. I have been here a couple times for regular cleanings. The staff has always been nice, the office clean, and the waits never long. I feel like they spent a good deal of time cleaning my teeth. (I hate it when dentists have you out of the chair almost as fast as brushing your teeth at home). They haven't been pushy for adds ons, I've always felt well cared for, and the price is right. I can't speak to more extensive dental work as I haven't had it done, but I've always come out with my teeth looking and feeling great. read more

Just call to make an appointment with an Endodontist for a surgery procedure that my daughter needs. I have a referral from her original Dr. Receptionist was not professional had me on hold several times before scheduling the appointment. I am a very concerned patient about the procedure my daughter needs and didn't feel that receptionist had any sympathy. Is a Cash only or PPO office I would had expect a little bit more professionalism on the phone. First impression matters if this is how you treat patients on your first call that tells me what type of office you are and what type of treatment I'm expecting! They don't take your own dentist referral, you have to go for a second opinion with their dentist before you can see endodontist. All they care is about making money not their patients! read more

He continues to be the only one I truly trust to work with me on any dental needs or questions that might come up. Dr. Haze's brother cleans my teeth and is as helpful as all of the employees he has work at his office. I've been a patient of Valleywide Dental for years and usually saw Dr. Guerrero but she left and opened her own practice closer to home. My daughter has seen Dr. Aba in the past and she was super sweet and calming with her. I went in yesterday for an emergency service to my tooth and they all shifted all their schedules around to fit me in and take care of my pain. I could completely feel the sense of urgency and priority they made of my visit. I saw Dr. T and he was fantastic. He understood my nerves and kept reassuring me how wonderful I was doing. The root canal specialist also added me in during his lunch time just to take care of me. I've never felt more special as a patient. Also, the Dental Hygienist Ashley was the sweetest, reassuring person. She made me feel instantly more calm and comes across so caring to her patients. While I had had some good experience with the staff hygienist. Unfortunately, the front office staff is not very knowledgeable. I would like to report how happy I was to receive a call from Daniel at Valley Wide Dental. He heard me out and listened to my concerns about how I was feeling about my treatment. He explained to me how they are going to look into my case more thoroughly. That meant a lot to me as a patient. I have been to many dentists in the past but finally I'm feeling like there is a Dentist's office that cares about the concerns of the patient and in working to see what can be done professionally. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment with Dr.Haze! So it looks like I will not be returning to Valleywide Dental. Dr. Haze seemed to be more concerned about my low scoring on Yelp and not my concerned of my own teeth and what I really wanted from his office. I wanted cosmetic dentistry. My last follow up ended with me being recommended now to go have a cat scan done of my mouth and I was going to have to pay for that out of pocket, estimated 120.00 and up! Well too bad I really thought I was going to get a nice smile especially after a year of coming here. When first visiting Valleywide, I was a patient of Dr.Aba. Her hygienist was wonderful! She made certain that I was comfortable during the cleanings- which were always quick and efficient. A few appointments ago, I decided to make the switch to Dr.Tabankia. And wow, what a dentist! It is abundantly obvious that your comfort during any and all dental procedures is his number ONE concern. I appreciate how thorough he is in explaining the X-ray findings, discussing fillings needed, and teaching preventative maintenance of certain soft spots or sensitive surfaces. He isn't one to force dental procedures on you, like some dentists are prone to do. It's nice to finally have a dentist who truly cares about his patients, and doesn't see them as walking pocketbooks with teeth. :) Thanks, Dr.T! I give Valleywide 4 stars out of 5, only because the wait time in the lobby is usually 30 minutes+. PS: Those fillings can be expensive, friends. Make sure to ask about the In-house secondary dental insurance. I believe we paid $99 for the whole year, and it saved us around $300. Definitely worth it. read more

I have been going to this dentist office for almost 10 years now and have never had a complaint. Dr. T and Dr. Moe are some of the nicest people I have met. They both do quality work and I haven't had any issues after. When I call in pain they are able to get me in right away. I'm so grateful to have such caring group of people there when I need it. I had an incident (which was my fault) where I didn't eat and got super light headed after given the numbing shot, the sweet assistant literally pulled out juice and a snack from her own lunch and had me eat it because I felt like I was going to pass out. She stayed with me and Dr. T checked on me every couple of minutes. They go above and beyond in my opinion. I saw Dr Robert for my initial exam and x-rays, and he politely explained what he saw on the X-rays and what I can do as a preventative measure. They have a tough time keeping there appointment times. I showed 30min early (upon request of the office). Filled out there massive packet of info before my appointment time. Then I still sat around for another hour and half. The office is nice the staff was kinda stand-off ish. I'll be looking for a new dentist. It just shows they don't care about your time.
