We bring our 5 vehicles from Priam Vineyards and personal to this shop all the time, brakes, oil, general maintenance. They are quick to respond easy to work with and do a good job diagnosing and getting the vehicles repaired. Their pricing is in the middle, you can always find deals but they just do good, quick work and we are happy to continue to work with them. Do not go here. I paid over $100 for full synthetic oil change. My dealer charges $80. I'm out of warranty and it was further drive, but now regret not going . Others charge around $70.When I went back to complain the guy talked in circles. When I phoned the next day the owner was rude and laughed. I give it NO STARS ! read more

Yes, this place is creepy! I wanted to check on 4 tires, as well as get a quick oil change. Well, this is not the place for either! It's dark and dirty inside, with piles of tires in every corner. I asked about an oil change and was told "in about a half hour!" There was only one customer waiting and one car in the service bay! I left without checking on tires, or waiting a half hour for a "quick" oil change. I went to Meineke just up the street. This place is terrible! read more

Yeah, I have to admit this place sucks. I pulled in at 8:05 one morning and the guys were getting set up in the work bays, but the manager was on the phone. No one came out to take my order. Bought my car from somebody who told me there was no cabin air filter. Car was 13 years old at time. They found the filter, cleaned up the huge mess which took about an hour and then special ordered the filter. No extra charge for additional time and the cleanup was superb. I have been getting oil changes here for more than a few years. They have never caused any damage to my vehicles. The price for synthetic did not seem out of the realm of normal, but my vehicle doesn't require a greater than than quantity of oil. The wait... always seems to take a long time, but they have free coffee or tea. I would recommend them and plan on continuing to get oil changes here. read more

Do not go to this valvoline!!! In a matter of 1 hr they broke both my husband and my cars while attempting simple oil changes. They did not take responsibility for the damage to my husband's car. Bring it somewhere...meineke is only a mile away and the employees and owners have integrity. read more

They were "established" so I gave them a try. They were local. I was about supporting local. Without exagerating I will simplify my experience. I noticed my coolant levels were constantly low so I went for a repair and an oil change. They "fixed" my coolant problem but "Your oil plug is stripped. You will need a new oil pan. You should do it soon." Since I didn't have $400+ I continued working toward the money for it. One week later I'm sitting with an over heated engine on Rt 2, now late for work. I let it cool down and made it in. "Your oil is bone dry and it's puking coolant." they say. I left it for repairs. 2 days later I get a message on my cell saying that it's no longer running, they don't know why and they need to do more diagnostic work. I can't afford this. It takes me two weeks to tow it. I have to pay $70 for the inconclusive diagnostic that happened after I dropped it off. It now doesn't run. And I was told they were being nice by not charging me storage space during the two weeks. I have had it looked at since. The make and model of my car has an engine cut off sensor if the oil gets too dry in order to prevent seizing. That was why it wouldn't start. But they didn't know that. They wanted to open up the engine and check the heating core. The pan just needed a 16 nut to replace the 14. $5 repair versus $500. But they didn't seem to know that either. (My car seems to be the more knowledgable) and the coolant system? Not fixed. Now I wouldn't let them check the air in my tires. Save yourself. This is a terrible company. I had been a customer for many years. They changed ownership and went down hill from there. They are now in the business of price gouging on simple oil changes. I went there with my Ford E250 5.4L V8 and it took 6 quarts of oil. They charged $7.95 for the extra quart. Yeah, no big deal there. I sent my daughter there for an oil change. She drives a VW Passat 2.5L V6. They charged her extra for her oil filter $7.95 and $10.95 for an extra quart and a half of oil. $60.00 for an oil change. I went there and talked to the owner. He claimed the VW really took 6.5 quarts of oil. Then he said because her filter wasn't a screw in type it cost him extra. When he went to look at his invoices, he claimed it cost him three times more. When I asked to see what he pays for that filter, he refused. I wonder why. It likely only cost him $1.50 to $2.00 at most. Still this would not have been the case when John owned it. I went home and look at my daughter's owners manual. I wanted to see what the oil capacity really is. It is 5.7 quarts. The bottom line is, don't use this company! I guarantee you will see extra charges on your bill. read more
