I've been going here for years, along with my wife and daughter. They have always been fast, efficient and courteous.

Over three months ago, I got an oil change here and immediately I could tell they spilled oil in my engine area. It smelled incredibly strong every time we got in the car and had given many of my passengers and myself headaches. It's been three months and thousands of miles and it still smells like oil when we drive. Car washes including the undercarriage don't clean it. I went to another place and they said there's no leak. It's just a spill! I should have listened to the other reviewers, but I had been there years before with good experiences. read more

I've been here a few times when I don't have time or forget to make an appointment at the dealer Wile Hyundai, where they take great care of my car). They're fast, I'll give them that, and friendly. But I don't know how well they pay attention to what they're doing with all the banter between mechanics. At my last trip they told me there was "no oil" in my car (was it a joke?? - I think I would have noticed either a puddle in the garage or smokey exhaust, plus I'd been to the dealer for a recall issue two weeks before and they reported no problems with the safety check which included oil level). So I brought it back to the dealer and the mechanic told me they hadn't screwed the plug back in all the way. He said I was lucky, they've had people come from Foxy with cracked oil pans because they tightened it too much. So I'll try to plan in advance and just take it to the dealer in the future. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! Three years ago I had an oil change at Foxy Fast Lube and the next day I heard a horrendous noise coming from my car. I went to a mechanic, and it turned out that splash shield had not been attached properly after the oil change and was now dragging on the ground. An extra $20, and some missed work time, and that was fixed. Because of this, I have avoided Foxy Fast Lube the past few years, and I have had a wonderful experience with Hebron Valvoline. Three days ago, I made the terrible mistake of giving Foxy Fast Lube a second chance. Once again, they did not attach the splash shield properly. The day after my oil change, it was creating a loud rattle. I went back, and the owner saw that the splash shield was now dragging and asked me to come back the next day to have it fixed. He also told me the splash shield is an unnecessary "luxury", and that he has taken it off of his own car. I went back yesterday and was told that the splash shield was now properly attached (at this point I have been to Foxy Fast Lube three times for a single oil change). Then today, as I was driving over a busy overpass, the splash shield flew of in traffic. Fortunately, no one was hurt by it flying off, but other cars could not avoid running over it. Clearly it had not been attached correctly. Now I will need to go to a reputable mechanic and purchase a new splash shield and have it properly attached, which apparently costs upwards to $300. It is not worth it, DO NOT GO TO FOXY FAST LUBE! read more

They should simply change oil as asked. "Sir your car specifies synthetic oil blah blah" No it doesn't and please stop trying to up sell me. Showed me my dipstick which had white condensation from the cold morning. Told me my engine needs to be flushed. No, it doesn't. Put the dip stick back and check again. No condensation the second and third check. read more

Mike is the kindest and most helpful service man. Every time I go for my oil change he greets me with a smile. He is so thorough and patient with an old lady like me. When I compliment him he says it's his job, but in today's world, Mike (Mikey?) is a true gem! Give him a raise! read more

Went for emissions on 03/25/24 and someone told me that they were not testing due to machine issues. No problem. Called today to cerify they were open and woman who answered the phone acted surprised I was asking. Drove there on my lunch and was ignored. There were no cars in the bay for emissions. Saw the guy, but he just hid. Went into the office and there was no one at the desk. Stood there a while and saw the lady who works the desk texting in the garage. She eventually looked up quickly to see that I was waiting and continued to text. She ignored me and another customer who had also walked in. I went back to my car and the emissions tester guy walked past me and said nothing too. I went back to my car and waited. He came back a few minutes later with his lunch and proceeded to eat it while three of us waited for testing. I have no issue with the guy eating his lunch, but I pissed away mine waiting for them. No one ever said, "Hey, were on lunch and will help you in a few." The lady whom I called never said they don't test during lunch. They just chose to ignore me. RUDE. I left without getting tested a second time. I won't be buying gas or getting oil changes there anymore either. read more

These guys are a joke! Just spent $2k repairing a failed head gasket on my classic freshly restored BMW, due to Foxy Fast Lube not performing an OBD1 emissions text correctly. The test procedure was recorded on video and they still refuse to do anything to compensate for the damage. Hell the person performing the test almost drove the vehicle off the dyno machine. If you have any type of respect for yourself and your motor vehicle do not do any business with these hacks! read more

When I arrived I asked the man at the counter about how long the wait for emissions inspections would be. He VERY rudely replied "When I get to you!" If it wasn't for the fact that my inspection was overdue I would've walked out of that place. I will never go there again! I will drive 10 miles to another place rather than deal with those people. read more

BAD!!! STAY AWAY!!! Mechanic threatened to punch my friend in the face and then send his sister after her when we came back after an oil change was done wrong. Not even 5 min after the oil change the under plastic piece came flying off on the highway. So we went back to ask what happened. The Mechanic Edmer comes over tries to shove the broken plastic part back on. Wouldn't listen when we said it has to be replaced because it's snapped off. It would fly off again and could hurt someone. Just kept asking do you want it F-ing fixed or not. He started screaming at my friend F you, Go F yourself. She asked to speak to a manager to get this resolved because that's no way to talk to a customer. Then he said he would punch her in the face and send his sister after her. Decided to call he cops to report it. Manager comes over to say he was downstairs and if he could help without cops I said we tried and told him what happened. All while said mechanic was still yelling and swearing at us telling us to shut the F up. Manager did nothing to call him down or help. Walked away and said I tried. He should have fired that employee on the spot. We got refunded for the oil but that wasn't the issue at that point. Cops came took the report. Will never be going back. Found out her mother got her stuff stolen from her car last time she went. STAW AWAY!!! read more

My wife went here for an oil change and it turned into employees trying to offer to buy her car ('91 honda civic low mileage - great little car) which is not for sale. I had just gotten a new car, and it had been sitting a while. I went in today and they showed me the little oil that was in there was sludge. They did a flush, oil change, and they showed me my air filter and they changed that too. Anything they said I needed, they showed me. They were very reasonably priced also. Place is good. They are over priced but one of the few places in town that does emissions. Also I am willing to pay the extra price for the super fast service that they consistently provide. Every time you go there they try to up sell you on other stuff but it's not a big deal. I love that they have popcorn and water in the lobby at all times. read more

What a bunch of morons. If you want to be treated extremely rudely, pay way too much only to have your car's engine destroyed, by all means go to this place. They don't know what kind of oil to use. They don't even know what different oil weights are or when to use which one. My wife took my daughter here and they tried to take advantage of her and upsell her to expensive synthetic oil that her car does not need. When she said no to the synthetic they tried to tell her they don't have the kind of regular oil her car needs. That's either a lie or a really ill-equipped place that only does one thing - oil changes. Either way it's totally unacceptable. Luckily my wife called me and I said forget it, go somewhere else. She tried Walmart but they could not figure out how to get the drain plug out so she just came home. Seriously, that's how stupid the Walmart guys are so skip them too. Well, the Foxy Fast Lube dirtbags didn't tell her that they had already started draining the oil before my wife said forget it and they put the plug back in with practically no oil in the car. Luckily it was a short ride home and I checked the oil and I had to add 3 quarts myself just to get it into the bottom of the safe zone. It's a small 4 cyl engine so it probably only holds 4 quarts so it was almost empty. These brain dead idiots probably thought it was funny that they were trying to ruin my daughter's car. Just go to a local garage. I go to Raymond's Auto in Franklin for repairs and they have been great. Turns out they only charge $35 for an oil change, less than Foxy Fast Lube and I guarantee they will know what kind of oil to use and they will have it in stock. read more

Some of their mechanics know nothing about cars and could potentially damage your car. I went there twice. After the last oil change, oil was leaking from the oil-pan and I noticed this after coming home. I took the car back to them and the mechanic did something to stop the oil leak. After about a month the oil started leaking again. This time I took it to a good mechanic and he told me that Foxy used an over-sized plug to stop the flow of oil. Using an over-sized plug with aluminium oil-pan is dangerous and it will certainly destroy the oil-pan. I had to spend around 550$ to replace the oil-pan. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a good place for basic service. I had been going to my formerly local place for over 20 years but for routine stuff, driving over an hour would be excessive. I read the one review here and was very skeptical to say the least but thought i would at least check it out for an oil change. i brought in a 14 year old minvan and was braced for the "upsell" that is sometimes typical with places like this. I was more than presently surprised with the friendliness of the people there. The oil change was done, fluids topped off, windows cleaned and interior vaccuumed -- for only $40.00. I know there are places that are less but I think the ease and convenience here was well worth it. Plus it is only five minutes from my new house. I would go back here again and will when my 2012 Honda CRV is due for it's next service. I was very glad that I tried this place despite the one bad review. read more

Actually based on another customer's experience, not mine. I was waiting to talk to the guys here, when the gentleman in front of me told them he was there to get an emissions test. They said sure, hold on a sec, and went out to drive his car in to the bay. Came back in 20 seconds later and said no, your car won't pass because your check engine light is on. The customer expressed his appreciation for the tip, and was about to leave, when the worker said "That'll be $20." (or whatever the price was.) He charged him for turning the key in the ignition. This place is trash. I specifically asked the man at the counter if all of my fluids would be topped off while I was getting my oil changed. He assured me that everything would be topped and that it would be out in no time at all. It was in fact out in no time at all.
