My battery died and I took it to an auto parts store to get a new one, but they told me they did not have the proper equipment to replace it as the voltae had to stay on. So I drove over to Meineke and they were able to fix it immediately. Recently a rear shock failed after the warranty had expired, but Meineke replaced it for no charge anyway. One who genuinely thanked me for calling and didn't rush me off the phone. He said to call back 45 mins before I was ready to come in and he would make sure my car would get worked on right away.
