I had my oil changed only 3 months ago…read moreelsewhere and after taxes there was a $10.85 difference at this location due to "Shop Supplies" fee, which I've never seen before and I've gone to Jiffy Lube for my high mileage oil changes for years. Even the service I always get was a dollar higher here? I noticed it seemed high when he read the total, but didn't think much of it. They intentionally wait until after you pay to show you the charges and once your receipt is handed to you, it's "goodbye and your car is running on the street with the driver door open ready for you to leave". Not worth it for me to go back and cause a scene about, but definitely will not be returning to this location. For all I know, they're scamming for small amounts and pocketing the difference - it adds up. Beware.

And that he would remove the trespassing charges. And agreed to fix my oil pan. then the district manager that said is a ASE certified mechanic, and that he will be replacing my aluminum oil pan with a new motorcraft oil pan, but must sign a wavier not to defame them and must remove the reviews before any work will be done. I am editing this review to update the situation. I will be leaving my review up untill all work is completed and I will have the vehicle inspected before and after by a qualified reputable mechanic shop to make sure it is all completed correctly and no other damage has been done. Once everything is ok'd then, I'll be willing to remove the entire review and sign the waiver to not defame them. I wish this upon no one but I'm happy to say that they are agreeing To own up to their mistake and fix it correctly. And they will repair/ fix any damages/ issues that arise during the replacement of the oil pan If something should break or go wrong. I do praise them for stepping up to resolve this issue I've been with out a vehicle for over 3 weeks now supposed to be here to fix it the week of the may 18th so rental car charges have been accumulating Over the past 3 weeks over $1000 so far wish I could get reimbursed for that out of pocket unexpected money that I really didn't have but we will see

We had our Kia Sedona Van towed there since it was acting up - all "dummy Lights" (Check engine,…read moreetc.) were on. They determined that it was the Alternator & battery. After we drove away, the same thing happened a few days later. They checked things out again, made some adjustments and released the van to us. Again, the same thing happened again, so we had it towed to the Kia Dealer. The Dealer determined that the "After Market" Alternator was the problem and replaced it with a "Kia" Alternator, and things are fine now. This was an unusual problem, and they were very professional in how they handled everything. They agreed to reimburse us for the new alternator. Despite this problem, I would still do business with them and encourage others to use their services.
