I brought my car in for brakes and a cv joint replacement. The technician that took care of us quoted a very good price for both jobs and assured us the work could be done in a couple of hours. He ordered the cv joint and brakes to begin the work that afternoon. I could clearly hear the clicking of the cv joint and knew what the problem was, so we left the car to be fixed. After about an hour, the technician called us and said that the issue was not our cv joint -- that he could not find any issue with it, but the brakes could still be done for the quoted price. I know for a fact that our cv joint needed replacing, but he said he'd already sent the part back -- before talking to us mind you -- and that if we still wanted him to do the work he would. At that point he'd lost all credibility with us, and I feared he would damage my car if I insisted he do the work when he did not want to. Best guess, he quoted us too low a price, put it in writing, and then backed out of the job. Very poor service. I approved the brake job, but he blatantly lied about the cv joint. My husband took him driving in the car to point out the clicking of the cv joint and the technician absolutely refused to acknowledge the sound CLEARLY coming from our tire. I would never recommend a liar to anyone. And as a side note - [[HIGHLIGHT]]I felt completely disrespected as we waited. He put two ladies that were of his same ethnicity ahead of us in for service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we came back, we found our car sitting in pieces while he was working on theirs. I wish I was not having to leave this review but it's that bad. I came around 1pm, waited a bit in my car until they were ready to vacuum (which is fine they are busy). I got package #4, which is one of their most expensive packages. Once they were done and called me over, I already noticed many spots that were left uncleared. So I called one of the workers over so they can clean it (they also left their spray bottle in my car). As I'm driving I find even more spots that are easily visible. I'm really not sure how you can miss so many spots?? I will never come back here. I might as well have paid for the most basic package. I had to clean my car after getting it cleaned. When I asked what happened! They told me that I brought my car like that and that it was oxidation for the years I had? I stopped here because a friend recommended the place and was in and out so quickly. He made sure to check all my tires and fix the issue I was having. ******THIEVES DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE**** The car wash across the street was supposed to do an engine cleaning on my car. It took them a very long time to do it. When I returned, my car was lifted up at this mechanic. To make a long story short, my catalytic converter was changed for an after-market one. I didn't give the car wash consent to bring my car here nor did I give this place consent to do any type of work on my car. I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner and these things are notorious for getting the catalytic converters stolen because they cost $3000 to replace. This place is a complete fraud. I have been coming here for my basic oil change for the past 3 years but this week will be my last. Monday I got a full synthetic oil change. By Wednesday night all the oil had leaked out of my car in my garage. Thankfully my roommate saw the abnormally large leak and helped me out with the entire situation. I was unaware it was leaking and unfortunately I did some big drives those 3 days. I have a fairly new car and never in my life had an oil leak before. So I went first thing Thursday morning to get it checked out, they promptly got to work on it which is great. But the greatness ends there. After 30 minutes the guy came to the front and ripped out a voucher for a free car wash and handed it to me. Literally no apology, no explaination, no information, no admission of fault. A flipping FREE CAR WASH? I had to ask what the problem was, and he replied nonchalantly that a bolt was loose. I probably drove over 200 miles with no oil in my car, and far worse could have happened, and a far more expensive fix could have been needed, and he treated it like it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately I feel like their customer service in this entire situation was hot garbage. I know this was an easy $80 whatever oil change, but a customer is a customer and I am a firm believer in word of mouth and supporting local businesses. I would never recommend them again at this point. The sad part is, I just don't think they really cared. Maybe I should have been more upset, and demanded more, but it was 8am and I hadn't had my coffee yet. But seriously it's not that I expected a refund, but treating me as if this wasn't a serious problem, and kind of brushing me off and sending me on my way with a BS free car wash voucher is kind of a lazy. read more

Been coming here for 5 years now. Prior owners were okay, nothing special. now things have changed, Harut is frickin awesome! He has an epic beard, does A+ high quality work (I have an older car, but I always keep on top of maintenances and it's still sturdy ), and has fair pricing every time I bring my car to Harut he leaves it 1000xs better. Car wash services are great here but DO NOT bring your car here if you want an auto repair. I politely asked Edwin to do a full auto repair service but later that week, an issue with my transmission occurred. I returned this morning to report the problem, he checked the inside of the vehicle and immediately he said that he couldn't fix the problem and I had to go somewhere else. So, I went to Mountain View Tire Services, they checked the engine and there was a big leak in the transmission. There were also screws that were loose. Pure disappointment and BAD service at the Care Care but the car wash is good. read more

Bought a used car yesterday and was getting it washed this morning when I noticed the Car Care place. I hadn't had a chance to get the car to a mechanic, so I figured I'd drop by and have them take a look at it, just to see. Greg (GM) and John (Mechanic) took such GOOD care of me. They did the inspection as part of an oil change, and let me know what was up with it and what needed to be fixed. I thought it was in good shape, and it was for the most part but the tires weren't. If I hadn't known what was up with the tires, my daughter (who I drive often) and myself could have been in a lot of danger. I'm so grateful for how quick, helpful and available they were for me on a Sunday. Definitely gonna take my car back here when in need. Thanks guys! read more

The guy in charge here, Fred , is the worst mechanic I've ever encountered. I went in for an oil change and this guy brought up EVERY other problem on my car (that it didn't have). He told me I bought the worst car in the world, I've been feeding my car poison, my car is garbage, and kept blabbering useless information. He wanted me to buy his "liquid gold" oil instead and he printed out pages of info off the internet to convince me. He kept contradicting himself and was trying to take advantage of me. Please don't go here unless you like standing at the mechanic for 3 hours getting lectured on how your car is garbage, when you're just trying to get your 20 minute oil change. read more

I took my car to get a simple oil change. You would think that they would at least change the oil, right? Wrong. I had to get work done work done on my car after 2000 miles on the supposed oil change. The mechanic who worked on my car said that there was no way the oil was changed 2000 miles ago. I took my Corolla in because the check engine light was on and Harut did a quick test to let me know that there was an issue with my Evap system, so I returned my car the next day and was told that I had a small leak and that my gas cap was leaking. I received a call from Harut and he let me know the cost of the repair before I gave him the go ahead to fix it.
