Out of all the places I called, this was the only shop that called me back right away and said they could look at it immediately and would even stay open past closing to help--which they did. I had my car towed over, and from the moment I got there, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Israel, the owner, took a look at my car right away! He replaced several parts for a fair price, kept us in the loop the whole time, and quickly figured out what was going on. I ultimately decided to get my car towed back to Houston. He let me keep the car there for a couple of days while I arranged a tow, held onto the keys, and personally gave them to the tow truck driver and sent us photos/updates when they arrived. Israel went above and beyond. He was seriously amazing--so kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed it most. I recently went into Valvoline Express Care in Burleson, TX to get a routine oil change. I had not…read moreyet driven 3 miles after they changed my oil when my car broke down on the side of the freeway. I got my car towed to the dealership to run diagnostics on it. My dealership informed me that the oil was overfilled by about 10 times the amount that is needed. The excess oil had gotten into the other systems of my car which is what caused it to break down. It cost $300 to repair aside from the $41 it cost to get my oil changed in the first place. Luckily I had AAA and did not have to pay for a tow truck. I was able to get my money reimbursed, but it was a huge hassle and I am still dealing with the company to get fully refunded. My car dealership also informed me that there still may be some permanent damage to the car, but I will not know until these issues present themselves.

I had to completely redo everything. I paid for full service & got no service. Next time I'll do a self service car wash. Another time I went I had stuff stolen from my car. Now I make sure absolutely nothing is in my car. Yes it was my fault for leaving something in it but that's just wrong!
