I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The oil change itself took about 30 minutes, which wasn't terrible, but the overall service was unprofessional. They also put a 3,000-mile reminder sticker on my windshield while telling me verbally that the oil could actually go 5,000 miles, which was confusing. Most importantly, immediately after the oil change, my instrument cluster display changed. My vehicle no longer shows the distance-to-empty information, and the INFO button no longer cycles through the display like it did before. I returned right away, but the manager simply said they didn't touch the instrument cluster and didn't know how to fix it. Whether or not the issue is related to the service, I expected more effort to investigate a problem that appeared immediately after my visit. Unfortunately, I left without any solution. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I always get my oil changes here because the staff are so helpful and attentive. I had an air filter on my backseat and they asked if I wanted them to install it for me for free. I especially appreciate that there are women and men working at this location. I like to go whenever I find a coupon online. I only wish the parking lot was larger or laid out differently. read more

5 weeks since review was posted: I just got off a chat with customer service who provided no new update. I've asked for the dealer this location is working with but the agent helping wasn't able to provide the information. I was assured I would get a call from someone within 24 business hours; this hasn't happened without me calling first in the 6 months I've been dealing with the issue, so we'll see what happens. read more

Took my car in for a simple oil change. I was told that it was also beat if i got a coolant flush. I dont like working on cars myself and i was already there so i agreed. It ended up taking almost 2 hours for a simple coolant flush. I got a very good discount to where i really couldnt complain. My service technician i believe was zack and he was a great guy that did take care of of me to the best of his ability. However the next day while driving to work my car egine starts smoking. I pull into a lot and park my car to pop the hood. When i do i see fluid everywhere and smoke still pouring out. After work i drive the car back and it smokes some more. I get my girlfriend to take it back the valvoline the next day to ask about the issue. They say "this is the most fluid we have seen someone spill on an engine" "it is just spilt fluid we didnt do anything wrong" "we serviced this car like every other one." I finally get it towed to another shop and in the meantime i go to valvoline to ask for a refund. Im told that if the shoo proves it was them then they would reimburse me. So the shop calls me back and tells me there were no clamps on my coolant hose at all. Meaning they put no clamps on or didnt tighten them at all and caused my hose to blow and my car to overheat. I took the proof back to valvoline to get a full reimbursement. As i show the manager the first charge i was expecting to get payed back he seemed fine with paying that. Then when i showed him the tow fee and their original cost to do their oil change and coolant flush, thats when he told me i would have to call a number and state a claim so they can "investigate" Manager even told me that they put an after market hose on and they were out of stock of 4mm clamps so they reused my old ones. Well there is your investigation figured out right there. Valvoline put old clamps on a thicker aftermarket hose because they didnt have 4mm ones. Claim is coming their way. Do not recommend this place. read more

The customer service is trash, the way they speak to their own coworkers and paying customers is unprofessional and inappropriate. Two women who work here are cussing and extremely irritated if you can't provide them an answer immediately. One of the ladies asked me my mileage and my car was off since they were preforming an oil change and was annoyed when I told her my car is off I can't see she said then proceeded to respond in an ignorant manner to press my button once I did and it didn't appear then she said we'll press it again. Then she asked me what my psi was for my tires which I responded I'm not sure unless I open my door. She said well then open your door. I've never been here before and didn't know the safety precautions with opening my door while they work on my car or turning my car on while they are changing my oil. I will continue to go to Walmart where they talk to me with common sense and not ignorance. If you hate your job find a new one, don't talk disrespectful to customers or your own coworkers. Plus they charge almost double of what Walmart charges I only came here for the convenience in the distance but will not be returning! read more

First time to this location and I had a great experience throughout the entire process. When i arrived the line was long and I considered just turning around and going somewhere else (it's just an oil change). But a technician came out and greeted me and gave me an estimated time till service. He was friendly and courteous it made me comfortable and made me stay the wait. Was in the bay the team was like watching a coordinated swim team, everyone knew what to do and who to take care of. They were all in full uniform and safety equipment was not compromised by any. The process went quickly and everything was done as promised. Pricing was a little higher than I wanted to pay but oil is the blood of our cars and to have it taken well cared for was worth it. read more

I was very pleased with the service. They checked headlights and turn lights, gauged tire pressure, and tested the battery as a complimentary free service. I really liked that. I paid $76 for the 4k miles Synthetic blend. I installed the Valvoline mobile app and got a $7 discount( could have paid about $83 without the discount). For comparison, I did check Autozone, Advanced, and Napa websites and the cheapest I would have purchased the motor oil and oil filter would have been around $40 and I would find a mechanic to change the oil for about $30. That would total $70. I think the $76 I paid is fair enough. The perks more than makeup for the additional $6. I will definitely go here again. read more

Well this morning started off great, had some stuff to take care of and 1st on the agenda was an oil change. Stopped by Valvoline and got that done. But, little did I know in less than 10 miles our 2021 Jeep Rubicon with 30000 miles lost All 6 Quarts of Oil. Lucky it has these ignorant Warning Lights like, Service Engine, Low Oil Pressure, Alert@!. We were able to get it back to them before it quit to find out the Idiots working there forgot to properly install the Oil Filter which sets on top of the engine conveniently covering the top of the engine and transmission, not to mention the underside of the engine, transmission,transfer case, exhaust system and the entire under carriage. So they remove and replace the oil filter again this time torque to spec and refill oil as I stood there watching. When I said something about all the oil underneath they said I would have to get in line "7 cars deep " and wait for a bay so they could get it. Soo we get in line and being the Patient person I am,I make a call to corporate and started a claim against them. Corporate refunds my money and calls them stating I made a claim and to get my vehicle cleaned up. So this guy now has to lay on the asphalt with rags and Dawn dish soap to clean up the underneath. Bitching the whole time, I asked him about the warning lights and he said there was nothing he could do about it and offered to call a tow truck. Well we got it off there lot after dying 3 times before we got it back home and Now it's sitting at Allstar Jeep in Service cause it won't stay running for more than a couple blocks. Good News is I will get my state inspection and a new windshield installed! Here's to hoping that the engine isn't damaged! Lesson learned I guess. Well here we are a week later and still no vehicle. Valvoline is trying to wash their hands of All responsibility, I called every day and finally yesterday I got a call from the regional representative, he said he had no information for me and that he wasn't able to get a hold of anyone at Allstar for an update. Valvoline is definitively trying to blow this off so they don't have to pay for repairs to our Jeep. My advice Stay Away From Valvoline on Page! Well here we are a Month later and Today I finally got my Jeep Wrangler back. After dragging there feet for a week while it sat at the Dealership done it took 2 phone calls today and 4 emails with the invoice for them to okay it and pay it in full. Second time I have gone here second time I'm disappointed. Not only do they try to charge you 120$ for a 3k oil change. They also can't help you for a check engine light. Just go to the dealership, it's so much cheaper and easier. The specialize in moving fast and not doing a quality job, they say premium products but they didn't justify why their oil is 3k and dealership is 10k oil for cheaper. That seems more like a dismissal of comments, of why your putting hot dog water into our cars and charging up premium prices. What ever you use to do pricing is defiantly not 2020 friendly. *** if you complain in person, they always have discount codes, they charge you 20-30% more then they are supposed to so you will haggle for coupons. I don't not condone in this type of scam and slam. I want to know I'm protected not oppressed as a wallet. I am a human not an object you can beat on.**** I will never return. I got an oil change FRIDAY, come SUNDAY my car said I had ZERO PERCENT OIL AND MY CAR WAS SMOKING AND OVERHEATING. I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND FIRST THE MAN ASKED CAN I DRIVE IT BACK TO THE SHOP. WHY WOULD I DRIVE MY CAR WITH NO OIL BACK TO THE SHOP KNOWING IT COULD MESS MY CAR UP?! So he comes to look at it (and claim it has oil in it; I BARELY seen it but ok sir) then he mentions my antifreeze and how I have none in my car. I ask him well don't y'all top fluids he say yea we do for free and shows me a piece that goes to where the antifreeze goes and says it look like it's broke. I ask him well how that happen?! He say I don't know we have cameras I can go look and call you back when I get to the shop. My thing is WHAT IMA DO UNDER MY HOOD AND WHO ELSE GONE DO IT!! So he calls back and says it was broke upon arrival and I see we didn't top your fluids I apologize for that. I did not appreciate the overbearing nature of the sales associate I worked with. I understand they have to sell things, however, when I say 'No' I mean 'No'! He asked at least 5 times if I was "sure I had had my air filters replaced because it wasn't showing in his car fax report." I followed my car manuals recommendations and had them replaced at the appropriate times earlier this year. He couldn't look me in the eye after I said that and kept asking me to get windshield wipers and other accessories. I was very frustrated that this young kid wouldn't take a hint and I won't be going back to have my car serviced there. The only thing that was good was they got my oil changed and had me out in less than 20 minutes. But I can find that kind of service elsewhere. read more

A lady that got there 15 minutes AFTER I did and was in the garage for an oil change in the lane next to me, got her oil changed and left before I did. Two of the three people working were carrying on with their own conversations the entire time, while there were 4-5 people waiting for an oil change. Very trashy. read more

I used to go there a lot. Then they were OK. I tried them yesterday and I was big time lied and over charged. The new lady boss and some other now sales person claimed the Honda oil change cost 70.00 and of course I did not back out of there which I should have. The truth Honda Dealer charges 29.99 they charged me 70.00. I am disgusted with their sales tactic. The woman also made me buy a new filter so I walked out 90.00 $ short after an oil change. Hey you made 80.00 $ extra but you lost me and anyone I know forever. Really bad customer or sales practices. You may have aggrandized yourselves as great sales persons but you have hurt your work place and anyone that will follow you after you are gone. Be ready for tons of up selling and consider you are going to spend 3 times as much as long as they continue with their practices. read more

i love this location- i will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed. the staff here is always fast and friendly and no one is ever too pushy or aggressive about adding additional services. i dealt with the manager joe most recently, and he's extremely kind and knowledgeable. he gave me a lot of good local recommendations of places to use and some to avoid for more extensive work. it's nice to go somewhere car related, as a woman, and feel respected and not taken advantage of. read more
