I come here all the time for my oil change. They're located on Route 17 South right after Party Box. They used to be privately owned but now it's franchised by Valvoline. However, the service here is still great. Today (Saturday) the place was packed as everyone decided to get a car wash today. Luckily, there was no line for the oil change! Devron was the person who took care of my oil change. He was a very friendly guy and provided great customer service! The other employees that have done my oil change were also friendly as well. They always check everything for you such as your tire pressures, battery, transmission fluid, and etc. They'll also add air to your tires for free. They check your engine and everything. Devron showed me that my air filter needed to be changed and let me tell you, it was DIRTY. Thank goodness he told me because I don't think the person last time had checked it for me. It was a little expensive for the air filter though. But hey, you're paying for someone to put it in. Although I love the service they provide, the oil can be pretty expensive. They had a Groupon which I bought because I just graduated college and I'm jobless right now, so you can imagine the struggle of being cheap. If you look on their website though, they've always had a coupon you can use which makes it $20 for a conventional oil change. I used to use that all the time but today I bought the synthetic oil change on Groupon. What a good deal because it also got me 20% off the air filter. Overall, I really love the service they provide here. I always feel like my car is always taken care of. The oil change prices can be a little expensive but you can buy a Groupon and look on their website for their coupon. After the oil change, they'll give you $5 off your car wash. Needed an oil change on my two VW Jetta's because after leasing "Two" new vehicles, they wouldn't offer a single oil change. Total scumbags! I called four places and each were between $70.00 and $100.00 due to synthetic oil. I decided to call the car wash that I go to because they at least offer a wash with an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and I was taken immediately and the attendant (Devon) was had incredible personality and explained each step and even had his manager come over to reset the dash light. After the manager was done he noticed my Viet Vet hat and gave me an additional discount. I used to take 3 cars for change oil and car wash ,there was a manager called Louis, omg that guy made me feel like I'm asking for charity !!! Very rude I think he wanted to leave cause it was almost 6pm . But Mr Louis it was better to ask to come back another day, than doing a very bad last minute job. And when I got there I saw him arguing with the customer before me . You guys just lost 3 customers with my 3 cars and you know : 1 customers in business is equal to 129 customers lost . Not too happy with this place. It used to be a private owned business and the oil changes where great. I've been coming here for about 10 years. The oil change used to be 25$ with a free car wash and a 5$ off coupon for the next visit. Now they give no coupon but you still get the free car wash. I did my oil change here recently and it was 60$ . Big difference. Now that this place is a franchise (valvoline) I won't be coming back. read more

They broke my oil fill cap, wanted to put 65 lbs of air in tires that only take 35. They were out of grease, dumped oil all over engine trying to fill back up with oil because they didn't see they had broke oil fill cap. Sloppy at topping off fluids by not using a rag to catch drips. Now I have to go back to get the truck greased and my replacement cap . Workers have little to no training and are a reflection of management. read more

As a female, we go into places like this hesitant because to be quite honest, it's like walking into a meat market. Men usually take advantage or look at us like it's their last meal. This place was not like that. All the men were friendly and respectful. They did their job and maintained a professional attitude! First of all....$85 for a synthetic oil change? It's more expensive than my dealership. When they put the sticker on the windshield of when to come back for another oil change, it says you need to come back in 3,000 miles......for a synthetic oil change. It should be 7,500 miles and I'm sure they trick people into doing this. Last, the free car wash that comes with the oil change doesn't include the guys "drying" the car with the towels. read more

40 minutes!!! for "an instant" oil change?? ... never coming back... also, staff was so unprofessional & changed a gasket in my engine without asking me and charged me for it at the end when it was too late for me to decline.. before they switched companies it was 10 minutes, you were given a free bottle of water and got to skip line for car wash. Now it's a 40 minutes, they change things and charge you without your permission, no water and you have to make the line for the car wash which is typically an additional 15 m oh and they won't dry your car after you leave car wash!!!!
