Matt runs a great business!! He is kind, knowledgeable & provides an excellent services! I can't imagine bringing our vehicles anywhere else. (Oil changes, inspections, tires, brakes etc) It's not just Matt, you can't run a place without incredible workers who show up, I'm so grateful! This place has been in business for 40 years!! Had good service with oil changes and inspection but after they replaced a EGR part their true colors were revealed and I will never do business with them again. I was shown that the previous EGR was an after market and only a genuine Chrysler Jeep part would work so they replaced it. My check engine light came on a few months later. When I asked warren tire to scan my Jeep to see what the light was they said I had to pay $125 to get it scanned because "my guys don't work for free". I had another mechanic do it and revealed the EGR had failed. Warren tire told me it was irrelevant if anyone checked it because they will charge me $125 regardless. Also because the previous EGR part had failed something in my engine caused this to fail and therefore they would charge me full price to fix it - they are under no obligation to honor their 18 month or 18,000 mile warranty. I asked if they used a genuine Chrysler part and they said they had. So without even looking at my Jeep they concluded I'd have to pay them $125 to look at it and they could not guarantee if it was the EGR that they would fix it. When a shop turns a client away for a warranty claim, it sounds like their initial work was "fishy". I am disappointed because I had thought I found an honest and fair mechanic, who did good work. Very disappointing. They used to be my go to place to get my car worked on because they were around the corner from where I worked. In December 2018 they put 4 new tires on, I asked them to 100% all around check my car over, and they said they did. I brought my car back in the spring of 2019 for an oil change and asked them to check it over top to bottom because I drove a long way to work, and they said it was perfect. Brought it in again at the end of July 2019 and I was down to steel on my front tires. Was told that they forgot to do a tire rotation in the spring and that threw my alignment off, which ate my new tires to cords. They sold me two new tires at cost and gave me a free alignment, and I again asked them to check my car over from top to bottom to make SURE that there was nothing else wrong with it. Well, I brought my car into another shop and found out I've eaten through my two front tires again and found out that I have a loose front tie rod and bad wheel barrings in the back, and with how bad they are it has been an issue for a very long time. The mechanic said that if I had eaten through two front tires in 6-7 months that I had to have had the issue at that time, all someone needed to do was take a good look to see what was up. I don't know a lot about cars and I depend on my mechanic to give me an accurate diagnosis. I'm very disappointed with Warren Tire of Latham because I trusted them to actually look at my car and give me accurate information, and I paid more for the oil change that included a full look over of my car. I drive almost exclusively on highway, I go slow, and I'm a careful driver. They should have actually LOOKED at what was wrong with my car instead of either choosing to not or rushing through. I now have a $2,000 bill to figure out how I'm paying for to do work that should have been done as soon as the issues were discovered. If their mechanics did actually look and didn't find anything, they should be fired because they don't know how to do their job. Great for basic oil changes and to replace a bulb, don't go there for anything else because they won't see it. read more

I was heading out for a road trip and noticed my tire pressure warning light. Pulled off at exit 6 to put air in & things went from bad to worse. I called Warren tire & was told I could bring it in. After getting spare on I made the short drive (thankfully) to Warren Tire where Matt and his crew took great care of me. A patch and new valve sensor and I was once again on my way in about an hour. I don't have a local mechanic here after relocating from out of state - not for lack of trying some independent mechanics here, who have been uniformly disappointing - so like a chump I've been going to dealers for routine maintenance. So here's an object lesson in the keep it simple, stupid principle. This last time I had to call up a dealer for my most ancient of vehicles, I got put on hold for the service center just to make an appointment. When I get transferred, there's a message telling me if I don't want to wait, I can make an appointment on-line. I go to the website, click through the forms, and discover the form isn't really to make an appointment, it's to leave a message for somebody to call me to make an appointment over the phone. I go back to the phone. Get put through to the service center waiting line. Finally get through to a person, who tells me I will have to wait while they check on the computer for an available appointment time. Get put on hold. After a while, the phone switches over to the message telling me I can make an appointment by going on line. And the call gets transferred over to the switchboard, where I tell them I have been on hold for the service center, and I get put back on the waiting system for the service center again. Getting the vague feeling this was counterproductive, I went back to the list of mechanics some local friends had given me and called up Warren. Talked to John, the manager, on the phone and made an appointment just like that. When I got there, I realized why it was so quick: they just had an old-fashioned appointment pad they filled in with a pen. And there I was. The no-nonsense approach carried me through a small laundry list of low-level maintenance, I was in and out in an hour and a half, and it was cheaper by half than the dealer was last time I went there. They didn't have specialty parts I needed, and I didn't have any major issues to go through, but they did find a couple of things on the undercarriage side I'd missed and showed me where they were and gave me realistic options about fix-or-ignore and where to part out the minor jobs if I wanted to do them myself and went through the paces of helping me find one of them. So I haven't put them to the test of a major repair, but that experience is four aces as far as I'm concerned for routine maintenance and I'll keep coming back until I either scrap the car or become disappointed. Purchased snow tires for my wife's and my vechile, call and was given a quote which included mounting balancing which was cheaper than any other tire store in area. I made appointments for both cars when I arrived was greeted and showed the tires before mounting wasn't long before car was on lift and tires installed My summer tires were in back of car neatly bag.The tires had a rebate which manager made out the paper work and a copy of receipt for me to send in for rebate just a nice touch. Over all made me feel they really appreciate our business. Will continue doing business with Warren in future as I need tires Great job ! read more

The staff here was extremely attentive and careful when dealing with my vehicle. Because it is lowered with ground effects they had to try multiple different lifts to make sure they did not ruin the car in any way when changing my tires. They ended up using a floor jack and individually changing each tire because they didn't want to take a chance with their lift. They took their time and did an exceptional job. A++ read more

Hi, I'm reaally upset because I went your location for flush the heater core and there is a sign says "coolant flush" on the window your stuff didn't help me . He said it takes a long time . I went there for annual car inspection. They failed the inspection by saying that wipers blades are worn out. There were almost new. I had changed them just 2 months back. Never going there again! Cant trust these people anymore. read more
