This place is an absolute JOKE. I can't believe people come here. The first 5 minutes we got there, one of the car salesman came up to my car and SAT on it and when I told him to move he had an attitude. Trash. Three different people were trying to force us to stay after giving us a ridiculous pricing and deal on a car, when asked for them to move so I can leave, another manager came and tried talking to me regardless the 4 times I verbally said I want to leave, I'm done. As well as we had to wait over an hour to get a disclosure on the credit report, which when received was the wrong information which we had recieved. Just the worst dealership. The rudest employees. Masks for COVID indoors? They're not wearing them. Always pushing services that are not recommended by the manufacturer schedule. Trucks always come back dirtier from the maintenance service than before I left it, inside and out. Been dealing with them for years because I bought a truck here but paid it off early so I don't have to come here anymore, just here to cancel my gap insurance which you have to do in person unfortunately. Jeep has the worst customer service ever. I will never in my life ever buy JEEP ever again. My Jeep Cherokee 2014 broke down 3 time while on the highway. Kids in the car at all times. The dealership said it was a update issue and that they would take care of it. They never noted that the car came to a complete stop in the freeway. Someone would have gotten seriously hurt as the car would lose speed and not accelerate when the accelerators was being pressed. The first couple of times we took it in they gave us attitude like no tomorrow. I got the same issue today and called in the dealership for service. Told the lady over the phone that it was an emergency and that we need this looked into asap. She said they were busy and that she would call back in a few minutes to schedule an appointment. Never got a call back. I don't think they understand that people need a car to go around, this is LA.... You are in the service business, if you cant service your clients go work somewhere else. I read online that this car has been having an issue with most of their 2014 models... where is the recall JEEP? Why are you milking your clients??? The cars are duds and lemons! HAD the most unpleasant and ridiculous service from JEEP, not just this location but Glendale as well (but that's a story for another day.... Had to do with acquiring the ca back in 2014) JEEP Likes to hire people who are not very friendly and don't care to help their customers. Never again in my life will I buy a JEEP. Without a doubt the most disappointing experience ever! I was literally baited by this dealer's Internet Sales Coordinator who, after reaching out to me via text, assured me that the vehicles I wanted to see in the trim I wanted were available. I was emailed an official sale price for the vehicle including their model and stock numbers. I made an appointment to drive down after being assured numerous times that the vehicle was available. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was informed that they had transferred BOTH VEHICLES that I came in to see. Do you expect me to actually believe that in such a short period of time, the vehicles would be out of stock?? To make matters worst, I was specifically told by the salesman that they NEVER intended to honor the price I was emailed for the vehicle I was quoted. It was, in his words, a "tactic" to draw people in and that the customers would HAVE TO PURCHASE lifetime nitrogen air for the tires as well as vehicle tracking technology. Then and only then would they even entertain dealing with a "sale" price. When I presented an official written offer for a similar vehicle with similar options that was in stock from another dealer, we were simply told that they were not interested in dealing with us. This dealership was very dismissive and we felt unappreciated and devalued as potential customers. I didn't think that the "bait and switch" game still exist in this day and age but I'm apparently mistaken. Nowhere does it say in their emailed offer that I have to purchase other services in order to receive their advertised sale pricing. This was even conceded by the sales person. I reached out to the internet sales consultant but as expected my calls were neither answered nor returned. Whatever happened to putting the customers first? Is this how you value your potential customers? And I be associated with such a prominent name as a Russell Westbrook? I expected something more. Needless to say I will be seeking proper assistance to inquire about the inaccuracy of pricing as well as the advertising issues I experienced today. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Went in to test drive a Jeep was approached by a sales man very friendly and let me do my thing. Saw what I wanted to test drive and I literally stood standing on the lot for at least 15-20 minutes trying to figure out where my sales guy was. I went inside and he was running around trying to look for the key. He finally found it. I started talking numbers but he had no idea what payments would be like for purchase or lease. He had me fill out some information on the dealerships iPad and I asked if my credit would be ran before we talk numbers and he said NO. He walks away and said he would be right back and would look for a place for us to sit. I'm sitting on the couch for about 15 minutes to get email notifications that my credit had be ran! At this point I'm annoyed and pissed. I couldn't find my sales guy and literally just walked out! I would rather just have gone to my nearest dealership in Glendale and paid a little more for better service. Side note: bring your own bottled water or be prepared to pay for one at their vending machine... I've never been to a dealership that doesn't offer cold bottled water. Again DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM ON THEIR IPAD BEFORE TALKING NUMBERS! Otherwise your credit will automatically be ran. read more

This place is a joke! Trying to make a joke from the clients as well! I came to their location after I saw they have good promotion on leasing. I came, did a test drive, was happy and just before they run my credit , I told them that I am willing to pay the price like they advertise and if it's not the case I don't want them to run my credit. Obviously they said ok. But!!! Just a moment after they run my credit , the sales manager came over and suddenly there was a big different between what they advertise to the reality. I'd give em 0 stars if that was an option. STAY AWAY from these snakes! There is a reason Westbrook was forced to sell his dealership in Chatsworth. This one won't last long either. Everything with this dealership is a headache when it comes to the service department. First off, let's be real. Chryslers and Jeeps are TERRIBLE cars. Poorly manufactured, they are literally falling apart as soon as you drive them off the lot. Everything about them is poor quality except the engine. These cars are so bad that Adam Sandler wrote a song about driving one. Westbrook's service department only makes owning one of these overpriced cars more aggravating. Have a warranty? Well, you just got placed to the back of the line. If you have something minor to fix on your car, it's going to take WEEKS. Warranty cars are very low priority. The lead mechanic at the dealership Westbrook owned but just shut down in Chatsworth let me know, Westbrook has warranty prejudice. If you have a warranty, they don't want to give you service because they think they will lose money. When I took my car in they refused to provide me a loaner--which is covered under my warranty, which I pay for--I was forced to rent a car myself and pay for it on top of the extra warranty I paid for. The best part, it was the Service Department manager who lied to me. My last review had the GM responding to it, ALSO LYING about my entire experience. You'd think this place was a used car lot with how dishonest these snakes act. Cal Worthington is rolling over in his grave. They are not about giving you great service--which would be profitable--they just want to sell crappy cars at high prices and not ever deal with you again. Very short sighted. Not sure how they will stay in business. The likely hood of this dealership NOT being sold off or closed is about as likely as Westbrook getting a ring. He can't lead a team and he can't hire a team that can run a dealership well. I gave them one last chance, since Westbrook shut down the Chatsworth dealership. My 200s is literally falling apart and it's a 2015. All of a sudden it decided to start vibrating very badly while idling. It's not safe to drive and I needed to drop it off for service. All I wanted to do was drop it off that day, maybe get a loaner when one becomes available. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed right away, or for them to place my car ahead of anyone else. Just wanted to drop it off. Would they help? Nope. Not one bit. This isn't service. This place doesn't do customer service. If you want to get the run around. If you want to be ripped off. If you want to be lied to. If you want to be overcharged Westbrook is the dealership for you. As for me, this is the first and LAST Chrysler I will ever own. After less than 5 minutes of waiting a man by the name of Mario came to help us out! After a few minutes of small talk with Mario he immediately got on it to help me search for my dream car! I was going back n forth on a few Jeep models but Mario was extremely patient, helpful and always answered our questions with a smile. No challenge was too big for Mario, with his endless hard work we located the car I knew I wanted to drive home that night (and I did)! His attention to detail and personality is what kept my mom and I there and couldn't be happier with my overall experience! My husband made an appointment to bring his Ram Rebel in for a recall today. Oscar was very unprofessional, disappearing to the bathroom for 30 mins when my husband was trying to check in with him. When he returned, he said he couldn't confirm when the truck would be ready as they're backed up. My husband has to work and cannot be without a vehicle. They've given my husband a free rental car in the past when the service is going to be lengthy but this time they said it would be $150 to get the rental so THEY can do the service. What's the point of making an appointment? He told my husband to come back on Saturday as he's free all day, but we're not idiots and know Saturday will be just as busy. Went in looking to purchase a new ram rebel. They had one in the lot claiming it was new (it wasn't) it had around 1300 miles on it. I asked the dealer if it was a loaner vehicle or was something wrong with the milage reader. Well turns out the car was used. Yet they claimed it was still new and they still wanted the price of a new one. They even offered a huge dealer discount because it didn't qualify for manufacturer discounts. This place is shady. Where do I begin? I called @9 to enquirer on a 2018 Pre-own, Honda Accord that was online for my 18 year old, spoke to Ralph-Ralphy he stated the car was available still in the lot. I drove from LA/Inglewood to this dealer. Upon my arrival I was approached by another young man, I believe it was Francis can't remember his name, very pleasant first week on the job, I explained to him that I was there for a specific car, he located it on another lot and drove us there. To our surprise the Honda was there, cable cluster, wires out, hood opened no one to be found to explained what was going on with the vehicle, young man proceeded to take us back to the lot waited 45 min. Just to be told some excuse about the car needing to go to the Honda Dealer blah-blah blah. We left, wasted time not to mention I received to calls from the dealer in the evening, asking what happened? Did it work out? Hmmm "NO" you wasted my time, my husband's time and my poor daughter who was excited to test drive this car that we were going to buy her, unfortunately it didn't plan out that way! read more

If it weren't for Melvin Dionicio, we would have walked out with no car and owing money. He was the highlight of the experience and the only reason we stayed. Melvin gets five stars. He was awesome and so friendly. If you go here, which I don't recommend, at least ask for Melvin. Other than that, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. They messed up by putting us in the wrong car. We have been paying on a car that is either owned by someone else or is sitting somewhere in their lot, which they can't find. The car we have been driving for 8 months was not registered to anyone. Thankfully we were never stopped or else we could have been in real trouble and jeopardize our jobs. They had to pay off the lease we had since it was invalid, but still penalized us for it and added an additional 3K to our new purchase and we had to talk them down from 6k. I'm so disappointed because we have been here for several cars, but I will not do business here again after this. We feel cheated and were left with little options. Robert Martinez went back on his word to us receiving our previous down payment and previous payments as credit for the new car. But if we decided not to do business with them and just end the lease we would have owed money. The new car was three different prices at one point and they tried to sell it to us for more even when we showed them proof of the price on their website. We paid for their mistake and I'm pretty upset about it. Please do a lot of research before coming here and try to find somewhere they keep their word and listen to your concern Update: This is still an ongoing issue and the car that we returned has yet to be paid for by the dealership. I've spoken to Travis, Mirna, and a rude guy named Mike Gonzalez. None of which have followed up or called back. By far the creepiest shopping experience I've ever had. Buckle up for this horror show. Arrived at the dealership with my mom to look at Jeeps with her. After telling the salesman that we would like a used 4 door wrangler, we were told the lot is "across the street" and that they would drive us there. So we got in their car where the driver was blasting some hard core rap music. Now I've got nothing against rap rap music, but maybe skip the songs with constant N and F words when a guy shows up with his elderly mother. Next, we're driven across the street...and then down the street... and then down another street... and another... about 5-10 miles away to a dark, incredibly creepy parking garage. At this point, I'm almost certain we got into some strangers car and they're about to mug us. Thankfully, they take us to a level that has a few Jeeps so it seems weird but legit. The guy then shows us two Jeep wranglers. Both new. Both 2 door. "We wanted a 4 door used." "Oh yeah. Those are in our other lot. Do you want to test drive this one anyway?" Of course not. Then on the drive back, the salesman had the nerve to blame it on me! "I can't believe you didn't know there was a chip shortage and it's hard to find the car you're looking for. If you're trying to buy a car today, you can't be picky. Just buy whatever we have available." What?? Hard selling me on a car I didn't ask to see? Sales tips: don't subject a customer to N words and F words. Don't drive customers to creepy murder garages. Don't show them cars they didn't ask to see. Worst dealership experience we have ever had! Starting with the purchase, mistakes were made on the contract and then we are asked to take time out of our day to come in and sign again bcuz a finance manager made mistakes. We purchase a window for the 2019 Jeep (SOFT TOP) for almost 300.00 and paid upfront. JOSE from the parts department says to come in on Wednesday after 2pm, the window WILL BE IN. We drove 15 miles to pick it up on Thursday and guess what, NOW they said it never arrived. NOT even a courtesy call! We keep our cool regardless even though we drove 15 miles to come in bcuz they told us to come in and get the part. Then JOSE looks at us dead in the face and says we apologize for the miscommunication (lack there of communication) and offers delivery to our home at 8pm, Friday night. Guess what? It is 9:20pm and NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL letting us know that they are NOT SHOWING UP WITH THE DELIVERY! We call the dealership to be laughed at and ignored by a female operator. The operator also let us know there are no deliveries after 7pm, bcuz the parts department is CLOSED. No respect, no communication, and no shame! After they got our signature and money! I made an appointment to go see a particular vehicle today. They said they would have the car pulled up and ready when I got there in 30 min. We got there and it was not there. They had to go get it off site. The car arrived with a damaged rear reflector and a filthy back seat- someone had been eating chips or something back there. The car was listed online for $20,000. When I looked at the sticker price it was over $24,000. False advertising! As soon as I found that out I left. Oh and lots of unmasked or partially masked people inside- staff and guests. These guys pulled a full on bait switch on my 18 year old daughter. She was super pro and told them exactly what she was looking for, our total budget, how much we are putting down, how many months she wanted on the loan, and they told her they had exactly the Jeep Wrangler we were looking for. We drove 45 minutes to get to them, only to have them pull up a Jeep that was 6 thousand dollars more than what we asked them about. They didn't even have the car they said they had. For some insane reason, they didn't understand what the issue was with having done this, and CONTINUED to try to sell us the more expensive Jeep we didn't even ask for. Absolutely typical car salesman. Dishonest sales cycle. Not good. Guys, take the route of informing your customers with actual information. Future customers - have these guys sent you the inventory number and a picture of the sales sheet before you drive to see them. After this, we drove all the way from Van Nuys to the Jeep dealership in Downey where they treated us very well. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I had the absolute worst customer experience. I made an appointment and brought my Challenger in for an A/C issue. They told me they were swamped and I would need to leave the car for two weeks. In that two weeks I got no status updates or calls. So I finally called them to ask if the car was ready. The service coordinator then informed me that they hadn't even looked at the car yet and it would probably be another two weeks. Two weeks go by and the same thing. Car isn't ready and they need more time. It wasn't until I escalated to the manger that they agreed to give me a loaner car and was assured that it would be ready in no more than two weeks. In that time I get a call from the service coordinator informing me that I need to bring the loaner back because they're "updating their fleet." So I go back and they swap me for another car. That same day I get a call from the same coordinator informing me that my car is ready for pick up and they even were going to wash it for me. Annoyed at having to drive back twice in the same day but after 6 weeks, I was just ready to get my car back and be done with the place. When I get there to pick up my car, to my surprise my car has not been washed and it was disgustingly dirty in the exterior and interior. There were also screws and bolts left in my back seat. To top it off they lost my keys and had to spend 20 minutes looking for them, only to find them on the service garage floor. A few days later I noticed that when they reassembled my dashboard, they had installed my windshield wiper arms backwards. I thought about taking it back to have them fix it, but just did it myself because I want nothing to do with this shop ever again. Everyone I spoke to was unhelpful, unprofessional, and the quality of the repair was terrible. I've read other Yelp reviews, so when I called about a pre-owned Honda CR-V w/Touring trim at what seemed a reasonable price, I asked to speak with the general manager, Vikas Mehanadroo--who responds to Yelp reviews (good and bad). The "internet manager" said he was out of town, could he help? I asked to confirm the posted price; he said that price did not include a "security system" they add to all used vehicles, like it or not, which costs an additional $1,590. FYI, this Honda came with Honda's own security system as standard equipment. Oops! I said, "Thanks for being honest, I'm not interested," and hung up. At least he told me about the additional cost before I drove over, so two stars. Vikas, I'm not interested in talking further unless the vehicle is available at the quoted price, *without* added product or service charges, shenannigans by the financing department, "it's been sold" while I'm en route, etc., etc. read more

I came in with my father to look at some Jeep I am a car enthusiast my self and I know what I want when I enter a car dealership I was greeted by a huge man with attitude and more rings than human decency I told him exactly what I wanted and he proceeded to try and screw us over with lies and showing us cars on the website THAT IVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH after arguing with him that the prices he's showing are not the ones I've seen online on the same website he tells me these are the cheapest he has with the options I want I went on my phone to dispute these stupid comments he has made and showed him the same website with the jeeps that I was looking at he quickly shut up and started acting dumb at that point I drew the line and left in rage not only at the fact I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS GOING TO BY THE CAR he did not directly talk to me he would ask my father a question he would say "I'm not sure ask my daughter she's the one purchasing the car" and I would answer these childish games continued till I blew up and left absolutely horrible service this is why I go to dependable dodge atleast they don't treat you as a paycheck. I just spent 4 hours walking and driving to offsite lots looking for a internet advertised Jeep. After test driving it and asking the salesman if the advertised price is the actual sale price multiple times we decided to buy it. They then proceeded to tell us if we didn't purchase the $2,000.00 theft deterrent system they wouldn't sell us the car.
