I went in on Saturday to turn in my lease and get a new car and I could not have been happier. The dealership is so much better from last time I was there. The environment is more approachable than the old suit and tie sales reps. I was helped by Oscar (sales) - lovely guy, friendly and attentive Sam - Super nice, helped with my test drive Amir - Finance guy, really great to work with Contract Lady - I forget her name, but I have never breezed through paperwork so quickly. If I could give 0 stars for the service department I would. I have never in my life had such a horrible service experience. They had my car for 93 days. If it truly needed to take that long I would understand, however it was all due to poor communication. My husband and I had to hound my service advisor OSCAR to return our calls, with no answer for weeks. We would show up at the the dealership not getting anywhere. We even called Chrysler corporate and they couldn't even get their calls retuned. Turned out after more than 2 months they didn't even order the part they needed to fix the car. My experience is mixed with this dealership. I just bought a new Ram 1500 from them last month. First the positive, they gave me a fair deal on the purchase price. Now my issue, I had a work order to fix a small door ding, the salesman Bryan Mendez said just call me and I will get you scheduled right away. I live about an hour away from the dealership so I called him and asked to schedule the repair and if they had a loaner car for me while they do the work they promised. He said he didn't know how to do a loaner car so he will ask a manager and call me back right away, guess what no call back. Ok he's busy like all of us so I called again went straight to voicemail so I left a voicemail, guess what no call back from that call either. Called again a few days later still no response. We came in for a specific Grand Cherokee advertised on their website confirmed with the internet sales person, she stated the car was already parked in front of the store ready for us to test drive,she phoned us 30 minutes before we arrived. We provided her with the vin # based on your website advertisement, when we arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be found and no-one knew what vehicle we where there to drive, finally we were told that the vehicle was not there. False advertisement and just liars to have come in... We were disappointed with the service and condescending behavior from sales manager Miguel. He was disrespectful and condescending when he came to talk about the numbers and options, he went as far as to refer me to go to Mercedes Benz down the street and said he knew people there. He stated there was no car in the lot that would meet my payment desire of $600. Then I asked, so if I choose a less expensive vehicle the payment is the same, he said yes there is no way I can give you a car under $900. He never negotiated or offered any type of options. Your dealer lost a sale and returning customers. Miguel should not be leading a team of sales associates because he is bad sales manager and negotiater . I have purchased many vehicles and negotiated many deals, thus I am very well aware of the process when negotiating a vehicle purchase. We took our Jeep for an oil change and paid $100. Immediately after that, we noticed an oil leak. Called the dealer and took it back for inspection. They found the oil filter housing was cracked and wanted $2000 to fix it. They denied that they caused the damage, though the car only has 60K miles. Spoke to our mechanic and was told that something like that doesn't just happen on its own. It would have been caused by someone deliberately doing it. The dealer refused to accept responsibility, so we took it to our mechanic, who fixed it for less than half of what the dealer wanted. Stay away from this place! I went to this dealership to see a crossover SUV for $15,950. A good price. I ask about the features on the car and the salesman says oh I will tell you later after the test drive. I thought that is strange. I do a test drive. The first thing the salesman says is you have to add $4000 to the price of the vehicle. I said what for? He tells me it's for the nitrogen in the tires and a LoJack. Well anyone who knows car sales knows that is the oldest trick in the book. Nitrogen. Maybe in a race car but not a Jeep. Neither items were mentioned in the Kelly Blue Book or Cargurus website breakdowns of the vehicle. So I knew they were non existent add ons. This was a very unpleasant experience for us today, we visited this dealership to get two cars at the same time. We discussed the prices with sales persons one of which was our friend actually, we almost agree on some prices and then comes the manager ( mr. Reza ) he was so rude that even the staff were surprised. He talked to us with such a take it or leave it attitude and raised the prices that we agreed on with the salesman by 30% as if he wanted us to leave. And at the end he told us you're wasting our time which is just outrageous. That was the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and I still can't understand why he blew up the deal like that and passed on selling not one but two cars at the same time. I brought in my 16 year old son's Wrangler for a routine oil change and tire rotation, a service they charge $133 for. The service associate tried to upsell me on $1745 worth of extra services, but I declined. I picked up the car a few hours later. After about 15 minutes of driving, the car was shaking. I called the service associate and told him that the car was shaking and that I think they didn't put the tires back on correctly. He told me that was impossible, that a tire rotation is very simple and it must be that I had bad tires. I continued to drive and about a mile later the driver of another car stopped me to tell me that my wheels were wobbling. I immediately pulled over and found that the lug nuts were loose and falling off. I'm thankful that this happened while I was driving on a city street and not when my teenaged son was driving at higher speeds on the freeway. Poor quality service that could have caused major damage and injury and no offer to send help to the scene or refund money for the shoddy job. They just told me to tighten them up with my car's lug wrench. read more

ONE STAR for a truly terrible experience here. I called the day before and made an appointment with someone at the number listed on their website. (I found out later this is a call center that frequently gives out the WRONG INFORMATION). I asked if they did smog checks/certs and she said let me check. "Yes -- we sure do" she said so I made an appointment the following day. I arrive right on time and no one is there to tell people where to park, where to wait, or ANYTHING. Just a bunch of cars in three lines. I get out after a few minutes as I saw people who got there after me (and with no appointments) get served ahead of me. There is no line once you get inside -- just a two series of computer stations/desks on opposite sides of the room and only two or three of the 6 stations had people behind them. A guy in front of me complained LOUDLY that he had been waiting over a half hour for an oil change and no one had helped him. Maybe if there was some sort of line instead of whoever pushes and shouts the loudest goes first attitude? Having an appointment means nothing -- several people who arrived after me were "helped" first! After 20 min. of waiting, I finally saw someone who told me that "we don't do smog checks!" They said I'd have to leave my car all day and pay $154 bucks just so they could find out what is wrong with it -- then give me another estimate on what it would cost to fix. (Despite the call center woman stating a one hour wait time). I demanded my keys back and drove the 40min home -- never to return to this mess of a business. Sleazy dealership! I went to the dealership and tried to buy a Ram truck at the listed website price, no negotiation I'll take the vehicle at your asking price. Only to find out that on top of their listed price was an additional $3,000 worth of anti-theft packages and nitrogen in the tires. (LoJack cost is $100 and nitrogen for 4 tires is $20). Even though I didn't want any of these items I was told they were already installed and part of price. Why then didn't their advertised price include these items if they were part of the price? In reality there was no vehicle at that price, but there was one for just $3,000 more. By the way after appraising our trade-in vehicle the sales manager told the appraiser in Spanish to hold on to the keys don't give them back. My wife is fluent in Spanish. I had to ask three times for my keys each time they sent another sales "manager" to ask what is it going to take to make this deal. The answer is simple honor your word. I found Russell Westbrook CDJR through the Costco Auto program and was curious about this program. The concept of a discount with less haggling and faster buying process appealed to me. I called and left my information for a callback. By the same evening in February I was contacted by Osiel ("Ozzy") over the phone. His communication was clear and he sounded very positive. At first I thought he worked for Costco to make sure I was having a great experience. After we clarified that he instead worked for the dealership, he did end up finding a vehicle "in the port" that met most of my needs and offered me about 1k off the sticker price for my Costco discount and an additional 1.4k off if I came in that weekend to make the purchase. He was up front about telling me my sales tax rate and the cost of all additional fees so at that point I knew beforehand the final price I should expect to pay. At this point I was happy and ready to purchase and was told the purchasing paperwork should take 1-2 hours in person. I really liked that Osiel was direct and that his communication style was not about BS. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning, I was promptly greeted and directed to Osiel. The facility was hip with some nice canvas prints of Russell Westbrook, comfortable chairs, multiple TVs, and a fenced off small half court wooden floor area with a hoop. I would have worked on my free throws if the basketballs were in better shape. How bad were they? They had open seams and no bounce like the leftover balls that gyms just leave on the court because nobody would want to steal them. This isn't the Brian Scalabrine CDJR of Van Nuys, it's the Russell Westbrook CDJR of Van Nuys. Regardless of who your favorite NBA team is right now, he is an All-Star in the middle of a historic triple-double streak (as of Feb 2019) and does not deserve this desecration. Osiel was polite and wanted me to first test drive a different version of the same vehicle that was "in the port." When we returned to talk numbers, Osiel was no longer able to locate the exact vehicle we had in mind from the day before. I don't consider this a bait and switch because he offered me the same exact discounts listed above, except that face to face on paper it was 1.3 k off for the Costco pricing and 1k off for a Feb discount and 1k off for what I thought was his inability to find another vehicle except for one that included an extra option that I didn't desire. This lead to a total of $3305 off the sticker price (we both said $3305 off verbally and he put $3305 in writing on his own notes) and I was told that this could apply to any vehicle of the same model. At this point, he clarified that the bonus I was getting by coming in this weekend was to waive the added charge of a theft protection system which is typically a 1.3-1.6k charge. Unfortunately the sales manager would not acknowledge one of the discounts and didn't even care to investigate the discrepancy of 1k between quotes. The manager was not interested in bargaining and he walked away. This whole process took 3 hours. It gave me time to look around the dealership and text other dealers at the same time. I saw a whiteboard in an office area with about 10-15 salespeople listed with number of sales and target goal next to each name. I assume that this was a monthly quota. Most people were only at about 30-45% towards their goal as of the middle of the month, including my Osiel. One apparent superstar, Lilly, was already 80% towards her goal. I wonder what it is like to buy a car from Lilly. At the top of the board in big letters was something like "You can't deposit excuses" or "You can't deposit excuses in the bank." After I saw that, I felt sorry for the sales associates. I think Osiel is empathetic and he made many trips trying to find me a vehicle with packages that matched my exact specifications. He even found some new models from the year before for me but unfortunately didn't have freedom to negotiate a lower price for them. Despite all of the above inconsistencies, Osiel was not overtly trying to deceive me. Anytime there were errors or misunderstandings about numbers or which vehicle we were talking about, as is bound to happen when talking with someone for 3 hours about more than one vehicle at a time, he acknowledged his mistake, apologized profusely, and spent extra effort on clarification. If I had more time to spend in the dealership and if I didn't have another satisfactory offer to fall back on, I would have tried to reconcile the discrepancy between Osiel and the sales manager. Maybe we would have had a sale, Osiel would be closer to his quota, and this would have been a short 4 star review. I still can't get my mind off those basketballs. read more

Very expensive for getting car work done. For a $25 sensor I was charged $65. For 30 mins of work I was charged $285. The staff did not seem knowledgeable, couldn't explain to me why nor direct me to someone who could give me an explanation on why engine work wasn't covered. Not only that, they left another sensor unplugged. If I was someone with no knowledge, I'd have probably spent another​ $300 for them to plug it back in. Thankfully I checked it out myself and plugged the sensor back in, and now check engine light is gone. I doubt I'll ever go back for any, kind of service, I've already told my family this so they won't be taking their Jeeps here for work either. read more

Gender and age discrimination at it's best. This afternoon I went to this dealership because I was interested in purchasing a Hellcat. The salesman was professional, courteous and kind. However, my experience with the General Manager was a completely different experience. When it was time to generate the pricing and payment information we met with General Manager. I was there with my husband and sons. He looked at my sons and asked who's the car for, I responded that it's for me. He looked surprised. He provided the final amounts due and monthly payment amount. I advised him of my preferred monthly payment. Instead advising me of how I can get to my preferred monthly payment amount, for example a larger down payment and the amount, he condescendingly said, you know that you're trying to purchase a Hellcat. He then provided his salesman pitch with I can get you into a car today, what other car do you want, etc. I asked about another vehicle. He went to his office and a few minutes later had the salesman come out and get my son. He wanted to speak with my son.....I was so insulted and couldn't believe that just happened. For the record, I'm a female with a prestigious career and all of my employees are provided with diversity and inclusion training, something that appears to be lacking at this dealer. My son walked out aggravated because he too felt that I was undermined and disrespected. He didn't even have the courtesy to come out of his office and to speak with us, maybe a thank you and have a great afternoon, something....but nope nothing. If you're placing these individuals in these positions to conduct business and mentor your teams, this isn't the appropriate way to do so. I will be contacting the corporate office and potentially seeking legal action for today's treatment of me as a woman and someone who apparently didn't look young enough to be driving a muscle car. The guy that does the contract ( Nabil) is shady, first they gave us an APR but when we sat down to sign he said If I got a warranty for the car he can bring it down just so he can sell his warranty. Dealer was never upfront on pricing. Also he said a theft device on the car was needed when it was not, " he said it was like the tires that he car needed it. I emailed him about this and he never replied. Buyers please don't fall for this trick this dealer does they hide their numbers so they can sell more at the back end. This place is a joke. They have an internet sales department that is outsourced and no one has a clue what is going on at the dealership. Looked up a Grand Cherokee online, discussed some numbers with "internet sales department". They offered to match and beat a deal I had from a different dealer, great right? Internet sales person sets up an appointment. We go to to the dealer and ask if she in because we have an appointment with her. NO one knew who that person was. Obviously because they work at a call center and no communication had been given to the person who greeted us. They assign us a sales rep. Awesome. ( has no idea about the numbers we discussed). So we have to start everything all over again. Not to be rude, but an 88 year old sales person is the not most efficient and quick way to purchase a car. They locate the car we are looking for, 2 lots away. Mind you, they make us walk to the car rather than bringing it up front. Car is blocked by a big Uhaul truck. So now our 88 year old sales rep has to walk 2 lots back, grab the keys for the Uhaul and back it up so we can take the Cherokee for a test drive. They say its too much work, and find another cherokee with a different color. Thats fine, no problems. We love the car. Sit down to discuss numbers. Again they have no idea about the offer I had already received. They bring numbers to me that are astronomically different. Hopefully Westbrook reads these negative reviews. This dealer needs a revamp of all management. Went to Cerritos Jeep. Told them the offer I had received. They beat the offer by $1500. Gave me free oil change for 2 years. Picked up the car in 1 hour. Now thats what i call service. read more

Checked out 12 dealers, looking at other SUV's in this class, by far Jeep is the best and these guys uniquely care about customer service. Mitchell has amazing product knowledge and is an expert. My daughter had a problem with her car stalling and we brought it in twice but they couldn't diagnose the problem so they sent us on our way, it happened several times over the next 3 years but no help.
