These guys pulled a full on bait switch on my 18 year old daughter. She was super pro and told them exactly what she was looking for, our total budget, how much we are putting down, how many months she wanted on the loan, and they told her they had exactly the Jeep Wrangler we were looking for. We drove 45 minutes to get to them, only to have them pull up a Jeep that was 6 thousand dollars more than what we asked them about. They didn't even have the car they said they had. For some insane reason, they didn't understand what the issue was with having done this, and CONTINUED to try to sell us the more expensive Jeep we didn't even ask for. Absolutely typical car salesman. Dishonest sales cycle. Not good. Guys, take the route of informing your customers with actual information. Future customers - have these guys sent you the inventory number and a picture of the sales sheet before you drive to see them. I would recommend you stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Once they sell you a car they are done with you. My daughter had a problem with her car stalling and we brought it in twice but they couldn't diagnose the problem so they sent us on our way, it happened several times over the next 3 years but no help. I just spent 4 hours walking and driving to offsite lots looking for a internet advertised Jeep. After test driving it and asking the salesman if the advertised price is the actual sale price multiple times we decided to buy it. They then proceeded to tell us if we didn't purchase the $2,000.00 theft deterrent system they wouldn't sell us the car. I asked to speak to a sales manager and they just sent other salesman over to act like the sales managers. When I asked for there business card None of the 'sales managers' had a card to give me. He told me that since the transmission was already down it would be cheaper to get the clutch done.. and even though it cost me approx $500 at the time, almost 2 years later clutch went out on me... I've read other Yelp reviews, so when I called about a pre-owned Honda CR-V w/Touring trim at what seemed a reasonable price, I asked to speak with the general manager, Vikas Mehanadroo--who responds to Yelp reviews (good and bad). The "internet manager" said he was out of town, could he help? I asked to confirm the posted price; he said that price did not include a "security system" they add to all used vehicles, like it or not, which costs an additional $1,590. FYI, this Honda came with Honda's own security system as standard equipment. Oops! I said, "Thanks for being honest, I'm not interested," and hung up. At least he told me about the additional cost before I drove over, so two stars. I said I'm sorry 12 Thousand is too much for me Ill pick the Van up on a tow truck tomorrow and they tell me the MOTOR IS OUT OF THE VAN AND IT WILL COST ME 2 THOUSAND JUST TO PUT IT BACK IN!!!!! I took my 2015 Chrysler 300 with only 49,000 miles to this dealership because the A/C was blowing warm air. I figured it just needed a freon charge, but the service department said the A/C blend door actuator needed to be replaced, and charged me $509 for the work. The A/C continued to blow warm air, so I took the car back and lo and behold, I was told it needed a freon charge, which they didn't even check the first time!! They charged me another $134. To make matters worse, they called and asked to test drive my car and I gave them permission, also told them it may need some gas. The guy said no problem, we'll put $20 and charge you when you pick it up. That was fine with me. When I picked up my car the car was so low on gas, I was scared I wasn't going to make it to a gas station. This dealership is a rip-off scam dealership!! Never going back!!!! read more

I looked up this dealership online. Nice selection of vehicles. It's a crowded place with no welcoming customer parking in sight. I put 2 hours in the meter across the street, thinking 2 hours might be enough time to buy a Jeep. I walked the used lot, then to the showroom, asked the guy at the desk for a salesperson to help me. He looked surprised, got up, spoke to some young guy, who waived a paper at him saying he was busy. I said, okay, I'll grab a soft drink and sit down. I did. I browsed Jeeps online here and elsewhere for 40 MINUTES! No greetings from any of the black shirted dealership employees. Not a hello, no offer of help. I got up, asked if they had a sales manager, a young guy spoke up, said he's the floor manager, not sure what that means...then the guy I had asked appears and he starts saying names of the folks he asked...the floor manager asks if there's anything he can do. I gave these guys a second chance even though they didn't deserve it(tried to buy a car here a couple of years ago and ended up buying somewhere else). They assured me that now there's new ownership and things are different, give us another chance, blablabla. So I came here with my wife, ready to buy a Grand Cherokee money in hand. Did our home work and knew which car we wanted but they still managed to mess it up. Oh we don't have that one even though it's online, but we'll get you a similar one, wanted black or grey they show us a purple one, pass. Hold on a second and we'll check inventory, comes back, we found this one with all the same specs, great we say, but it's not here, meaning it has to be delivered from another place. We can get a car from a 300 mile radius the manager said. That's great but we had already explained that we needed the car that same day(wife is out of a car because of an accident). Ok let me go back and check the computer, I found a car but I have to reboot the computer because it crashed says the manager, give me a couple of minutes, he never came back. And by the way, all of this going back and forth took 10-30 minutes each time. If you want to waste hours and get frustrated, then by all means go here. Erwin worked all day with us and kept us on the right track ultimately getting us a great deal on a new Grand Cherokee. Erwin was pleasant and professional through the whole process. Secondly, I want to give major recognition to Robert Pane as a service advisor on my last round of maintenance for my Wrangler. When I dropped my Jeep off I knew that my first child would be born while it was being worked on. Robert was excellent to work with from the moment he let me know that he would be right with me while I waited in line. His professional, prompt responses to all my inquiries put me at ease. During my Jeep's stay I needed to look for a key and Robert personally walked me out to my Jeep. Robert made sure I was well informed through out every step. Ok, so you walk in and things seem different: the salesmen are wearing jeans and tshirts, there's a basketball hoop, and sports playing on the flat screens lining the walls. Seems cooler, different. Don't be fooled, this is an old-fashioned high pressure "let me work the numbers, I'll be right back" or "let me bring in the sales manager" kind of place. They were as old school as can be imagined while hiding under the veneer of cool. We did not buy a vehicle there and you can be assured we never will. And, it just occurred to me that there were no prices listed on any of the jeeps we saw in the lot. They can charge whatever they think they can get out of you and you would never know the difference. So glad we walked out. read more

Hector and this entire dealership are incredible! The roof of my Jeep flew off and needed to be replaced. Hector worked for weeks to make sure this was covered by the my warranty. He called and pushed them tirelessly to ensure I could get my roof replaced. To top it off, the dealership was friendly, clean and efficient. They sent Ubers to pick me up at work on the day I needed to come get my car and used Uber to drop me off at work the day I dropped my car off. Every time I went to the dealership I was in and out quickly! The text alerts and communication was also super helpful and added to my great experience. Also, hector is the man! I had a great service. Melvin was awesome but the finance guy Robert screwed me up big time. I was told I was gonna sign a contract for 6 yrs (you will think it will be 72 months) but nooooo! Unfortunately I was there til 11pm with 2 kids so all I wanted was to get out. I signed but never noticed the contract was for 74 months (still waiting on my answer) not only that, when my payment booklets arrived home, I had 75 payments!!! I called the bank right away and they told me the dealer needed to fix it. I have visited them many many times for them to fix it but Robert decided to leave or was fired I don't know. Beware this dealership. I had several negative interactions/issues when I bought my Jeep here. 1. Bait and switch advertising- the Jeep posted on their webpage had a different price when I came in to buy it. I traded several emails with their internet sales guy about the Jeep I wanted, but when I showed up the same day, I was informed that the price significantly higher because the dealer had added equipment to the vehicle (extra lift and wheels/tires). And I had a signed price guarantee from the internet guy! 2. Added extra "theft protection" that I did not want, but they said they could not take it off ...which is a lie and they charged an exorbitant amount. But because I wanted this car and color and it was rare I was stuck....and now 5 months later it still hasn't been turned on. I have called the dealership about 6-8 times about this and I continue to get the runaround. No one will help or return a call...I just get sent to voicemail. Zero customer service on a $50k vehicle. 12/11/20 update....Yesterday I called service who forwarded me to sales who forwarded me to a voicemail box. Then I called the sales dept, who forwarded me to a voice mail box. Then I called sales back and spoke to a internet sales manager named Reddick who said I needed to talk to finance...and that he would personally see that they called me back....but it might be awhile ( because they sell so many cars, they are busy doing that and not helping customers who have already purchased cars.) Still waiting. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau, because as of right now they sold me a service/goods and if they can't deliver they owe me my money back. If that doesn't work, it's time to call a lawyer. ***16 Dec Update*** The power of Yelp is real! So I called the number provided by the dealership in their reply and spoke with Mike. I told him the issue with the Theft Patrol not being turned on, and he told me he would take care of it. Turns out all I needed was an email with a passcode so I could register my Jeep. All is well now. I've updated my review to 2 stars...but I think that's being generous. I appreciate the dealership reaching out to me, but why did I take a negative Yelp review and my threat to involve the BBB and a lawyer to finally get someone's attention there??? Well we ended up with the vehicle. I must say the whole experience was rather disappointing. The sales staff lied repeatedly to us. First with the theft alarm and then with asking to speak to the general manager who "was to busy " for the customer. So in the end we got the vehicle, no discounts. But you might have to go through an ordeal for the vehicle you need . Which unfortunately means lies by the sale staff and at the financial manger positions. The worst part was it appears to happen a lot because the sales staff is trying to get YOUR money. Advice is to "call them out" and speak with the general manger if you are feeling bullied. read more

Just found out the vehicle I purchased from this dealership had frame damage. At the time of sale, I was told it had been in a previous accident. I even asked the pre owned sales manager, Joseph, what type type of accident, and he said he did not have any details or information about the accident. He went along to say their service guy (forgot his name) might have some idea but they don't generally know about the accidents when they buy used cars from the auction. So I looked it over the best I could and was satisfied it was repaired well minus some paint bubbling on the quarter panel and repaint on the bumpers but never would of imagined frame damage repair. After all, this is a major big time car dealership not some shady lot on the corner. I guessed they would have had to disclose that information if known on their part. Well they did know. I recently had a Carfax ran on my vehicle which indicated dates of the previous accident including frame damage repair plus it was highlighted the frame damage repair was disclosed at auction when this dealership purchased the vehicle. WTF. In California, it is legal for a dealership to sell vehicles with frame damage that has been repaired and deemed road safe by CHP inspection. But it MUST be disclosed IF known by the dealer. Well this dealership knew and failed to disclosed. They told me it had been in an accident but when asked what type they Lied. I'm thinking lawsuit. My vehicle is virtually worthless even though it looks and drives great. Both Carmax and another big dealership appraised my vehicle with a carfax stating it had frame damage and was almost worthless and un-sellable to them. All the while having three more years of financing. Anyone know a good consumer/ auto dealer attorney? And I'm typing up my complaint with DMV Investigations ( most people don't know they investigate auto dealers). BBB is going to hear from me too. Buyer beware. They called me and said they would increase that offer if I drove in to the lot - 15 miles away from my home. I foolishly said yes, and I brought my wife and baby. Very frustrating after the purchase of my jeep. I purchased the jeep in April 2020 from out-of-state. The team there has yet to send me my copy of the purchase contract which I signed electronically in April. I cannot get my registration or license plates without paying the Illinois state tax that I live in. My updates to the local police, after they pull me over for the umpteenth time for lack of plates, to please bear with me, will go out of favor shortly. I have called and emailed repeatedly without responses. The Sales team says it's a finance department issue and that they can't help me. The automated phone operator does not answer. The finance team does not return any calls. I understand with COVID that there are delays and backlogs, but human decency would be to return an email or a voice message with at least an estimate or an update. It is clear to me that after the money changes hands, the team there does not care about the customer. Frustrated in illinois. read more

I traded my lease in early and my financing company for the old lease is still contacting me to make my next lease payment when I don't even have that car anymore. It's 12 days since the dealership bought my old car and the bank still Hasn't received the payoff check. Between my fiancé and I we've called the dealership over 20 times and have texted multiple employees for assistance with this matter. Not 1 person has contacted us back. The service department is a mess. I had a 9:15 service appointment and my car was not looked at until mid afternoon. Then, I received a call saying that they couldn't diagnose the problem because they didnt have enough time and wanted to keep it another day. Unacceptable, considering that had they started working on the vehicle close to the appointment time that wouldn't be the case. The service foreman knew nothing about servicing cars or fixing them and couldn't communicate the problems to the mechanics correctly or the lack of diagnosis. Big waste of time bringing my Jeep into this place. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone while your car is there also. Takes calling over and over again to get someone to pick up the phone and then they just transfer you to voicemail! Never again. read more

Went in to test drive a Gladiator after finding it on Capital One's auto finder. Double checked the price on the company website. It was listed at $40,500 (advertised $4k under MSRP). After test driving it and loving the vehicle, I was introduced to the sales manager, who informed the Jeep was almost $5k more than the listed price on the website due to "upgrades." Not sure why i keep going back to this place. Maybe im hoping that they fix there maintenance department. My newest issue. After the service on my car which was over $600, i was told they would bring my car out. While i was waiting i overheard them talking about a missing key. At the time did not know that they were talking about my keys. Through my 2hrs of waiting for them to get my car i realize they had lots my keys. instead of stopping and having the employees look for my keys they were ignoring me and tended to other customers. After bring up the issue about them losing my keys no one had an answer. Their only response was a shoulder shrug, so i went to the manager in a not so very happy mood and told him that need to stop what they were doing and find my keys so i can go home. After 2hrs + i got my keys and all they can say was im sorry. This place just frustrates me and i feel there employees have zero pride in what they do. Taking care of ur customers should be your top priority, all this place cares about is making money regardless of how they treat there customer. I can go on and on but ill stop there. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I had the absolute worst customer experience. I made an appointment and brought my Challenger in for an A/C issue. They told me they were swamped and I would need to leave the car for two weeks. In that two weeks I got no status updates or calls. So I finally called them to ask if the car was ready. The service coordinator then informed me that they hadn't even looked at the car yet and it would probably be another two weeks. Two weeks go by and the same thing. Car isn't ready and they need more time. It wasn't until I escalated to the manger that they agreed to give me a loaner car and was assured that it would be ready in no more than two weeks. In that time I get a call from the service coordinator informing me that I need to bring the loaner back because they're "updating their fleet." So I go back and they swap me for another car. That same day I get a call from the same coordinator informing me that my car is ready for pick up and they even were going to wash it for me. Annoyed at having to drive back twice in the same day but after 6 weeks, I was just ready to get my car back and be done with the place. When I get there to pick up my car, to my surprise my car has not been washed and it was disgustingly dirty in the exterior and interior. There were also screws and bolts left in my back seat. To top it off they lost my keys and had to spend 20 minutes looking for them, only to find them on the service garage floor. A few days later I noticed that when they reassembled my dashboard, they had installed my windshield wiper arms backwards. I thought about taking it back to have them fix it, but just did it myself because I want nothing to do with this shop ever again. Everyone I spoke to was unhelpful, unprofessional, and the quality of the repair was terrible.
