After doing lots of research online for trucks I reached out to this dealer to see if they could match or come close to prices that are being offered by dealers like Dennis Dillon or Dave Smith in Idaho. I wanted to see if I could find a truck at a reasonable price in Southern California before I made the trip to Idaho. I saw trucks that I liked at Russell Westbrook and I called and texted a sales rep by the name of Jose who told me to be weary of out of state dealers and that they would be able to give me a good price but that I had to come into the dealer because they didn't feel comfortable discussing prices over the phone because their prices were so good. I sent Jose pictures of the prices that we're being offered by Dennis Dillon which were around 9-10K off MSRP on 3500 Big Horns. Jose still said that they could make me a deal so I made the hour and a half drive down to Van Nuys. Once there I saw the trucks that I liked and told Jose that I wanted to discuss prices and that I was willing to buy a truck that day. The truck that I liked had an MSRP of $72,000 with an online posted price of about $70,700 which is not much of a discount at all. As we were discussing prices Jose gave me the typical sales man run around of what I wanted my monthly payment to be and how many months I wanted to finance for, blah, blah, blah. Never did he attempt to bring down the sales price to anywhere near 10K off MSRP. He then brought in the manager by the name of Mekki. Mekki was very unprofessional and rude and instead of working on the price he tried to make the conversation about sales tax and registration and try to make it seem like the out of state dealers had low prices because of the sales tax and registration. Either Mekki dose not understand how sales tax and registration wok or this is a tactic used by used car sales men to try and scare you. Luckily for me I work with numbers and I am very well versed in understanding how sales tax, registration and financing works. Mekki then tried to offer me an AMAZING DISCOUNT of $700.00 and bring down the total price to $70,000 before extras. The extras were about $2,500 for some kind of alarm and theft insurance bringing the total price back up to about $72,500. Keep in mind I drove all the way down there thinking that I could get a truck for somewhere around 6-8K off MSRP. After Mekki stated that that was the best they could do I walked out very disappointed that I had wasted my entire afternoon and gas. If you are looking for a new car or truck do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer. 2.5% off MSRP plus $2,500 in extras is not a good deal at all. I can understand if that is truly the best they could do but this should have been made clear in the first place when I was showing them trucks with 10K off MSRP. If you are ever buying a new car or truck please don't ever feel pressured to buy any extras, they are a complete waste of money. You can also get extended warranties from the manufacturer themselves online for much better prices as well as GAP insurance. Moral of the story, stay away from Russell Westbrook Crysler Jeep Dodge RAM. read more

This is the absolute WORST human being I have ever encountered in my life. As I walked in to the Russel Westbrook Dealership in Van Nuys to get my car serviced (my 2-year old car that's still under lease died for no apparent reason), I couldn't help but stand there shook and distraught at the store's general manager, Vikas Mehandroo's ruthless and inappropriate behavior towards a CLIENT who came to have his car serviced. Mehandroo SCREAMED at the customer in front of everyone at the dealership, got in his face, definitely violating the six feet social distancing measures ordered by the state of California, and almost got physical with the client and ultimately kicked him out of the dealership. Being a victim of poor customer service myself, I whispered quietly "that's great customer service" only to be aggressively and abruptly approached by Mehandroo himself, who YELLED at me like I have never been yelled at before, from a distance of less than six feet apart. Mehandroo then assured me that I will not get my car serviced there and made sure to tell everyone in there not to help me. I was humiliated, assaulted, degraded, simply for making an innocent comment saying "that's great customer service". read more

My contact was never put in the system. Nobody could help or assist me over the phone. They barley know who to transfer someone to. This the worst place to get a car from. I never imagined all the stuff I have to go through to get some help. I finally get through and one person was able me and found my contract in the storage smh. I have 2018 Dodge Challenger and I know I said yes to gap insurance and to come out that they ripped me off by saying no you didn't . Who in hell will buy sports car with no Gap insurance? I recommend that nobody get a vehicle from here. Will not be bringing my Jeep back again. I brought my jeep in October 2020 because my tire was making a noise. The tires looked kind of strange. They were curved in and out. They said that is how the tires wear out. I never saw tires wear out like that. They said to bring it back on Sunday and leave it until Monday. I did. On Monday they called me and said that I needed 3 new tires. I said the Jeep only had 38000 miles. they said it did not matter and there was no warranty on my tires. I said ok change it. They said they will have them on Tuesday. On Tuesday I attempted to call the supervisor of service. The operator transferred me. I left him a message to call me back I wanted to find out why there is no warranty on my tires. He never bothered to call me back. I tried to call the service guy several times and left messages but he did not call me back either until the car was ready. I had to rent a car and guy said he would only cover $30. I rented a car and of course it was a lot more. He said he would credit $30 but saw nothing on the receipt showing a credit. They sent an uber for me at least from the car rental place to the dealership and I got there another service guy was helping me since my service guy had left. He said there is no warranty on my new tires and they usually last only until 25000 miles. These tires are $1200 what kind of tires last only that. He looked at the tires and said Oh these are BF Goodwich they would probably last longer. I also had put in Nitrogen in the tires from the same dealership a few months ago. They charged me over $100 for this. I asked if they put in Nitrogen in the tires. They said no. I told the guy when I brought in the Jeep that the tires had Nitrogen in it. They said the machine does not work and they do not do that anymore. Funny how they changed it originally when I was paying for it. I saw Costco had better tires with a warranty for a cheaper price installed. Next time I will go there. Customer service is really bad at this place. read more

PLZ READ IF YOU ARE THINKING OF COMING HERE. My Jeep wranglers had to much oil put into the car so I took it here. They told me that my Catalytic Converter, manifold and exhaust pipe needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost loads of money. I didn't think it could be that bad and so They sent me the estimate and it's said 16,000 dollars. I almost started crying thinking what have I done (I couldn't even will my self outside). I had a weird feeling that it couldn't possibly cost that much and I took it to Burbank Motor works. They call me less then a day later with an estimate of 3,800 dollars ... and that was INCLUDING 4 brand new tires. Bottom line these people are scum of the earth and shouldn't even be in business. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership!!! I called to inquire on a Challenger and spoke to the internet sales person named Ozzy and we spoke for a few days discussing a deal. After 2 days of talking we agreed on a deal over the phone and told me to go in Saturday night just to sign the paper work and take the car....... My wife and I walk in and ozzy comes and greets us tells us to wait a few min... those mins took an hour and he sent his finance manager to tell me that they were extremely backed up and they couldn't get to my contract for another 3hr....... if the deal was set it's only a matter of printing the contract and signing it, I've bought other cars before. So this guy tells us that I have 2 options to go back in the morning and they would have an open slot or they can deliver the car and sign paperwork at our home... I agreed on going in Sunday but he refused to give me a time and he would call me around 8-8:30 that evening to set up the time.. I told him why can't he give 9am and be the first and he just refused to give me a time. So it was 9:45 and no call.. I then waited till 12:30 Sunday after noon to txt ozzy and no answer then I get a call from another guy saying the couldn't secure the car till Monday cuz apparently they did not have it in stock. So this new guy was telling me to wait till Monday so they can secure the car from an orange county dealer so I told him I'd wait and said I would get a call in the morning.... No call but I did call Ozzy and he told me they sold the orange county car and they were trying to secure one from Northern Cali..... these guys are so full of B.S it's incredible. All I have to say is, save your time and go to another dealer ship like Rydell or Hunter dodge in Lancaster. read more

As soon as I walked into the dealer I was greeted multiple of times by many sales employees. Although, the first employee to approach me was Eduardo Mendoza and he was able to assist me with what I was looking for. After a few minutes of going back and forth from lot to lot, he was able to direct me to the SUV that I was looking for and that suited my characteristic and needs. He was very humble, respectful, and an awesome guy in general. Eduardo made sure that my family and I were treated well during our time in the dealer, such as having water and making sure that we were comfortable the whole time. He is such an amazing individual that our relationship from sales employee and customer seemed to be more than that. It felt as if we had known each other for a while and were best friends. Overall, Eduardo provided the best customer service and was the best! He made sure that my car was washed/detailed and had gas before I headed home. 3 hours for a alignment and tire rotation even though I had a appointment at 730 and brought it in early with only a couple other people there. Asked for the car to be looked over and any recommendations for maintenance since it is almost 100k miles. At the end of the 3 hours they came at me with a broken front turn signal but it would be another 30 mins to get the part there from AutoZone wtf?? Then he read my mileage again for the third time and it finally clicks that I'm there for upkeep and starts ask about the recommended maintenance. Are you serious 3 hrs and all they did was ailment and rotate tires. After paying I was told my car would be pulled up and 20 mins and three radios to bring my car up with the excuse of we have a lot cars tight now and can't move yours? Wtf? read more

I had a great experience on my visit here. I've been trying to get to buy from this dealership years ago and had some issues as well as everyone here but not enough for me to complain. It just wasn't the right time, that is all. They have been fair with pricing for me and I carefully check everything that I sign before committing. Almost all dealerships do that where they sneak in a few extras here and there to bump the price so always be careful. My experience though is different. I had one of the smoothest transaction in a Jeep Dealership. They listened to me and what I want and like any negotiations, if both parties are not fully happy with the deal that means it's the sweet spot of negotiating. I feel I did get the best price on my new Jeep Gladiator as other dealers were somehow marking it up, they were giving me the lowest price for a better model unlike the other dealer where I ordered a custom one but all of a sudden had a hefty price tag for a soft top when it arrived. This dealership definitely earned my business. My sales person, Vianne was very helpful and you can tell that she was very sincere and honest. She went out of her way to help me out and prioritized me. She was very aggressive in getting the deal done for me. Javier also was able to help me find the right bank to make sure I got the best price. All in all, it was a great experience for me if you're just patient and don't expect that they will roll out the red carpet for you just because you're buying a car from them. I got a Jeep 4 months ago and still haven't received a registrations or my tags, my tags have been expired since March from this year, I get stopped by the cops all the time for expired tags, I keep calling this dealer and no one knows what happened or either keep transferring me until they forget I'm in the phone. Scheduled an appointment for the service department to look at my car. They assured me that it would take max 2 hours! I get there and they said it would take 3 days just to hook it up to the machine and look at it!! I told them days ago when I made the reservation that I was taking a trip up north and needed the car the same day. I asked for a rental car as that's what I'm covered under the warranty and they said no!!! They told me to take a cab home or go to enterprise and spend my own money. The guy I dealt with was no help at all and complete rude. I don't know how these other people gave them five stars. This review is to their Service Department. A couple of days ago we got a notice in the mail saying my Certified dodge charger had an Electric transmission Recall, okay that's fine... On the notice it said to schedule your appointment so I called to set one up .. I called about 10 o'clock in the morning and no service advisor would return my phone call or even call me Back after leaving a voicemail . All the young lady told me was to leave my number and name with her and a service advisor would give me a call back shortly ...never received a phone call. I called 3 to 4 times the same day and apparently all the service advisors were busy. The next day came called in the morning and again either got hung up on or same thing took my number and no service advisor... Seems like no one works in service.. Finally got a callback to after being a really annoyed , got scheduled an appointment for today at 7 AM . We went in they gave us a rental and they told us that our car would be ready by the afternoon no later then the evening. So i was glad at least I got a car back that same day. So a couple hours went by about 11 o'clock the service advisor called me and stated that they yet didn't have the part for my recall on my 2013. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) He stated that they had that part for only be 2014 and the 2015. Why the hell would I receive a notice for a part that was not in stock???! And wouldn't you be able to see your inventory on what you have as in parts? Instead of making the customer think that it's going to get fixed ? I will never service my car here ever again !! Went to this dealership last weekend(June 24th) because we saw one of their minivans on Cars.com for MSRP $40,655 but was on sale for $36,240. We filled out the credit app a week before. They told us we were approved. When we got there, they tried to give us a deal without the discount price of the vehicle. I showed them their ad on Cars.com, which by the way had no asterisks that usually shows fine print remarks. They told us they couldn't give us that price. we asked why multiple times and they kept trying to change the subject on us. So we just told them thank you and left. IF YOU ADVERTISE A PRICE, HONOR IT. This a perfect example of false advertising. I reviewed the seller's notes and there's nothing that says you have to have a certain credit score, down payment or certain qualification to get the sales price. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership (and let me tell you I would've gone elsewhere had the vehicle I was looking for been available anywhere within 500 miles of this location). If you think there is zero haggling with this dealership you are wrong. I spent over 2 hours trying to make a deal...and the end offer that was accepted was the same offer I walked through the door with 2 hours prior. It was absolutely ridiculous. Now, because of the amount of back and forth that was done, we didn't end up walking out of the dealership until 1am. Yes you heard right....1am! After doing an inspection of my vehicle, there were several paint chips and a mechanical seat failure that I needed to have fixed. Well, I was told by my sales associate that it would be no problem and that I could bring the car back the next day and have everything fixed....sounds great an all right? Well...yea, maybe for someone who lives down the street, but no not for me who lives over an hour and half away. So, yes the next day I drove back down to their location of have my vehicle fixed only to be told they would have to keep my vehicle for over a week. You can imagine my surprise. The only decent thing about this business is the service representative that I dealt with Fabian. He was more than accommodating and really tried his best to satisfy me. Well, a week and a half later I received my car, thankfully everything was fixed. But that was not the last of my problems. Well, in the purchase of my vehicle, I also traded in a vehicle. I was told by the lady in finance that I should pay my next car payment, and when they pay off the car, I should receive the refund for the difference. And I should've known that would be a lie too. Instead of paying the agreed amount for my vehicle, the dealership paid the amount owed after I paid my next months payment (which was only done to avoid any penalties).This dealership is honestly out to get your money, and has ZERO concern for customer service. I am completely appalled at the way the handle business, and I will make it known to everyone looking for a vehicle that they should look elsewhere, even if the price seems right. read more

Omar the floor salesperson who helped us couldn't have been more patient and understanding with us. We looked at a million different Jeeps and test drove numerous cars. He never made us feel like he was trying to sell us, rather it felt like he was trying to help us. They are both very intelligent and personable with great attitudes. I got there and there were two guys behind the computers one seen really busy typing the other one was also doing something else. Not even a "good morning, I'll be with you shortly." Felt compelled to finally write my first review on Yelp. For months, I helped my mother buy a ram 1500 eco diesel at various ram dealerships. The truck that was in her budget was located at Russell Westbrook Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram. After hours of negotiation we agreed upon a purchase price to which we were ecstatic to get. However, within minutes after picking up our cashiers check at Chase Bank and returning back to the dealership we were notified that the truck had already been sold. Meaning the car was sold RIGHT UNDERNEATH US AFTER A VERBAL AGREEMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. After talking to our salesman to whom was absolutely no help we were directed to management which had zero leadership skills. Please if you see this review find another dealership because it is not worth the hassle of a car being stolen right underneath your feet. Went to lease a Jeep on 7/27/19 .. mind you this is my first time trading in a vehicle and leasing a new one , I have no knowledge or experience of the the process and as a consumer I trusted your reps would disclose what I need to do in this whole process... since the Jeep was going to be under my dads name the rep told us to go to my insurance and just add my dad to the policy. I called my insurance co and was unable to do so over the phone it was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday. That Monday I went and added my father to my insurance policy and my fiancé personally took the policy paperwork back to the dealership and handed over to the rep who I believe is named George he told him everything was fine . Mind you once again I have no knowledge of how this process with leasing a vehicle works !! I was under the impression that the dealership was handling everything . I left with the belief that the insurance was taken care of by them for the fact that they NEVER once mentioned to me or my fiancé that I myself needs to add the Jeep to my insurance. I have been told by multiple people that the rep should of disclosed that information with me and should of told me to add the car and how long of a grace period I had to add the car to my insurance but once again I was not informed .. why would you accept my insurance that has the old car information and why would you let us drive off the lot in a lease if it was not insured Unfortunately this passed weekend my car was parked in the sidewalk in front of my house and in the middle of the night someone hit it and took off i called my insurance right away and was told that the Jeep was not in my policy and that my claim most likely would be denied Me and my fiancé have been trying to contact your dealership since Monday and nobody can seem to help us . Since your rep failed to inform me the consumer about the insurance I'm now stuck in this stressful situation.. we have called your multiple times and have even sent out emails no one responds and when they do they just give us a run around Today my fiancé personally went down there to speak to the rep who helped us but he was not there . A rep by the name of Israel asked what was the issue and he explained it and he told him that as a human being that is common sense and we should have know to add the car to the insurance.. So Israel thank you for basically calling me and my fiancé "STUPID" for something your rep should of informed us as consumers to do especially on a leased car , and once again let me remind you this is my first time trading and leasing a car so i had no knowledge of the procedure and we were told everything was good and taken care of . I was completely astonished by the disrespect I experienced. I received a text on Friday saying the vehicle I had requested to see was available to a test drive. That same evening I went and the salesman could "not find" the vehicle. He started the conversation asking why I had Looking into that model and I explained the interest in hybrids and the tax rebate . He said there were no tax rebates for that vehicle completely dismissing what is stated on the website. After that he insisted on showing me other wranglers that were not the model I had specified. When I asked if we could ride in the used Wrangler that was on their lot similar to the 4xe model that i wanted. He denied my request And said no because I wanted a brand new one not used and instead proceeding to give me the run around for another 20 minutes. I still don't understand why we could not test drive a used model with 3k miles and if i was pleased order the new one. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

You can always tell a business when you don't have hands on owner or management. It seems like they have a lot of coverage in the show room or selling cars but when it comes to service pretty rough. You pull your car up to the service area and instead of someone coming out to meet you, you have to get out of your car go in and stand in a line and wait for all of these guys that have no one at their front desk, that look like they're really busy on their computers not helping you ?!.'w'h;-a!/)t is going on here!! Feels Like there doing me a favor by being open for business. They new direction from an experienced service manager !! Not someone who sits behind his desk in his little office answering messages the service writers are asking. When customers are waiting he should come out and welcome them and find out what there needs are and direct the service writers to that person! Just sayin read more

I came to this dealer interested in a used truck, after scheduling an appointment wit Izzi and looking at my trade in, he then had hes manager Reza look for what they tough it will be a better deal. Izzi was very cool and helpfull findimg me the truck i descibe interested in. So they offer me a new 2019 dodge ram, but look out they told me the monthly payment wich included taxes and i tough that was all seem ok for a new truck but i think they could of done better , until your wit the finance department Person thats when the extras start to add up on the payment wich i dint appreciate and the limeted miles, yes a lease. Wit my great credit i expected better, include more miles and service i lease and the insurace coverage they added so the payment ended up being more then what was 1st said. Talk to Izzi and get the best deals im sure they can always do better then what they 1st say. read more
