This dealership stole my rechargeable battery pack used for jumpstarting a car that I kept underneath my seat. Do not come here unless you plan on clearing out your car beforehand. I brought my Dodge truck in for a recall notice. They initially told me the car would be ready that same day. Around 5PM I received a call from them letting me know that the car would not be ready and I would have to pick it up the next. Next day rolls around and after spending the morning on hold trying to get an idea of when the car would be ready to pick up, I finally get my car back. Problem is, they STOLE MY BATTERY PACK!!! I had a portable rechargeable battery pack for jumpstarting the car that I kept behind the driver's seat on the ground. When I dropped the car off at the dealership service department I had to get my bag out of the backseat at which point I saw the battery pack on the ground. After leaving the car at the dealership, the battery pack is now missing. Do not bring your car here unless you are okay with someone roaming through your car stealing items. I am so appalled at this situation. TLDR; The guys working in the service department went through my vehicle and STOLE a jumpstarter battery pack and sent me on my way with all four tires completely out of the safe PSI range. read more

The WORST for Service & Maintenance On more than one occasion...Completely ignored upon arrival. When they finally do acknowledge you, they are rude and condescending. Extremely long wait times for routine tune-ups, AND they didn't even tell me when my car was ready. I had to go to the front desk after I knew it was WAY too long, and with NO apologies or excuses, they just said, "yeah, too busy to come get you to let you know it was ready." Customer lost. Wow the worst service I gotten from any dealership. The service department never answer your calls. The voicemail are some full and others are not even activated. My truck has been there since Sunday and I still don't get a call back from the service advisor. I have called everyday and no answers or they haven't even try calling me back. There a freaking joke . I'm sure they have personnel to answer the phone and at least try to help but they don't even answer your calls. What's the point of voicemail if they don't even work or they don't even call back. They need to be more professional and be on top of their work. Great customer service brought in my car for the electrical system and after doing some research for me they told me I had a recall on my ignition. After fixing my ignition they told me that my electrical failure was due to the recall and because the recall was serviced there was no longer in electrical failure. Worse dealership. They slide a theft protection in and say it's included with all their purchases. It's 2k extra. We traded in a car. We still haven't been paid for the profit because we owed less then the. The trade in value. It's been two months. We call and call and call. Can't speak to anyone. My first post was taken down because i cut and pasted one of the previous post of a person that had a similar experience that i had. They advertised a vehicle at a certain price with all the discounts they offered. When you get to the dealership the manager will set down with you and tell you that the fine print plainly says that they can add on any extras they have done to the vehicle on top of the advertised price, he will even high lite it with a marker so you can see it better. $495 for gas in the tires, $1495 XZilon spray,Theft patrol - $1495,Theft benefit -$995 . $4480 Total. I called the morning before i left to make sure they still had the truck and asked if the price was still what was advertised and was told yes. They new i was flying 700 miles to purchase the vehicle but didn't tell me about the extras on top of the advertised price until i got there. I am not telling not to buy a vehicle from them but just trying to get you prepared if you do decide to. read more

In early September I decided it was time to upgrade my car. I had purchased a 2009 PT Cruiser when the "cash for clunkers" deal came about in 2009 at the Canoga dealership. I had gone back to the Canoga dealership to take a look at the new 2015 Jeep Renegade. I told the saleswoman my bottom line but she kept giving me the run around. They were trying to get me to fork over more money. I walked out of there without the car I was hoping to get. Feeling discouraged, I decided to call the Van Nuys dealership. Luckily, the general manager, Eric picked up. As I was telling him my story he recalled who I was from back in the day when I bought the Cruiser. He apparently was the manager of the Canoga Park dealership in 09' and processed my purchase. I made it crystal clear the deal I was willing to make. I didn't want to waste his time or mine. Within 2 hours of that phone call he had the exact renegade that I wanted delivered to the dealership for me. I've NEVER had such a positive experience while purchasing a car. He made that transaction so easy and effortless. I'm obsessed with my new car! The deal he offered me was better then what I originally was willing to pay. So we were looking for a "first self bought" car for our son. He was interested in a Jeep but used. We bought two new Jeeps from this dealership before Russell Westbrook put his name on it. We continued using the pearl for service for these cars. They were the first dealer I thought of when he expressed interest in a Jeep. We contacted Russel Westbrook CDJ asking about a car that they advertised on their website. We spoke to a few different people because nobody there would follow-up. Finally we were able to speak to Marvin who identified himself as a used car salesperson. We talked about a specific car that was advertised for 15,000. They called it the Russell Westbrook internet price. We wanted to make the deal then Marvin came back to the phone after speaking to his "manager". He informed me that there were "dealer added" options that were installed on the car that was not reflected in the price. First was a paint protective coating, second a GPS security interface and lastly and additive to the tires that would be able to run-flat. The total add???? $4500.00!!!! The paint coating and detail the Corvette Studio City Car Wash would charge less than 300.00, the GPS security less than 250.00 installed and the tire additive is minimal. $4500.00???? This add mentioned nothing about this dishonest add. THIS is why people feel the way they do about car sales companies. read more

Went in to Test Drive a Challenger Scat Pack and was told I could not test drive it unless I did a Credit Check. My wife and I would would never fill a credit application to a car we are not sure about in the first place. I am looking to buy a Car in whole not leasing or with a loan. I was told I could only test drive the Challenger v6 sxt. I Test Drove a Mustang GT and a Lexus f Sport both cost more and was not required to do a Credit Check. Great experience with this crew. While shopping for a new car, I found all different attitudes from all different dealerships. Some talked to me but never followed up. Some wouldn't even come out to say hi as I was walking around the lot. This place, I found to be exactly I what I wanted out of a dealership. The salesman came out to greet me. Listened to me. Didn't try to force a sale on me right away. Followed up with me. Did everything right in my book. So after some "not so good" experiences at other lots, I stuck with Russell Westbrook. Now, it might sound bad, but they ended up talking me into buying a car that I initially wasn't interested in. I said no so many times but they kept sweetening the deal and in the end, the got me and I sacrificed very little with of what I was originally looking for. In the end, I drove away very happy. A few months later and I still couldn't be happier and I love the car. LOVE. They done right by me. They listened to what I was looking for and made it happen well within my budget. I even got a followup phone call on my Birthday to wish me well. Bonus points. Okay so first me and my fiancé go down to the dealer at 12 in the afternoon we get there test drive a couple cars finally found the ram we wanted then i hear the sales rep that's helping someone else out CALL HIS CUSTOMERS AUTISTIC AND SPECIAL ED AND STUPID WOW SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVE RIGHT?!?!? But that's not all! dealership stated we were approved by altura credit union so I said okay that's good then proceeding to two weeks after we have the vehicle I'm told THEY HAVENT SENT MY PAPERWORK OFF TO MY FINANCE COMPANY and they need a rewrite I go in to rewrite cause they admitted they fucked up on my paperwork I used to work at a dealer ship so I know on a approval they let you know if your customer got approved with gap and warranty etc well dumbass didn't check to see what I got approved for and signed me at my contract at 41,000 then resigned at 34,0000 wow such a price difference for them trying to fuck me over right? Oh but thats not all a couple days after that resign the finance rep starts sending me text at 10 o clock at night then proceeds to call and tries to even FACETIME ME. Then I FIND OUT THEY FALSIFIED MY INFORMATION AND STATED ON THE CREDIT APP THAT I MAKE 7500 a month which is a lie. me and my fiancé spoke so long and short if they don't get me finance my lawyer is already going to take action :) read more
