Take a video if your vehicle especially your wheels if you are somebody who cares about the condition of your car. I came in to get my tire fix due to a screw, I ended up replacing the whole set as I needed it replaced anyway, but on the day I picked up my car I discovered all four wheels had incurred a whole lot of scratches and chipped the powder coating. They of course denied it and even claimed i made it up and refused to have my wheels re-powder coated. The customer care in this place has gone down the drain so protect yourself and your property by documenting the condition of your vehicle before you leave it if you really need to leave it to hold them accountable and liable for any damages to your car they obviously caused. Take your phone out and just quickly tell the service personnel helping you that you are going to take footage of your car's condition, and heck include them in it and now the time and date. I will start my review by acknowledging a lot of the negative reviews I see on here and how I can totally see how the complaints could happen after dealing with the management at Russell Westbrook. My experience though with my salesperson, Vianne was exceptional. We connected immediately and she was honest and forthcoming every step of the way without "trying too hard". We were able to get to the price I was looking for on a new Wrangler and I drove off the lot a happy customer. I will tell you the ONLY reason that I ended up buying the car from Russell Westbrook was because of Vianne, if it weren't for her, I would have easily walked into another dealership and gotten the same price because of the competitive nature of the LA auto market. I originally went to Rydell for servicing, but their entire service center seemed to have an attitude problem. This location was the second closest to me and I'm glad I was able to bring my car in. I came into this location expecting to leave with a car that I was well prepared to purchase. A man name Ryan Hossoun was extremely eager to push this deal forward. Him and his "GM" (probably not even because everyone there is apparently a "GM" lol) were lying their way to complete a deal that they confirmed to me was approved, although it was not actually. This man had the audacity to ask for my deposit prior to even showing me any contract or paperwork after I had asked several times. Sounds sketchy right?? Why would you ask for the money on a non approved deal? He wasted an entire day of us waiting for something he already said was taken care of. My husband and I was in the market for a Ram 2500 . We saw a great advertisement online and decided to come for a test drive. When we got there the truck we asked to set aside was sold. We decided to give their other Ram 2500 a shot. We found a Ram Longhorn that we liked. The MSRP was about $79,000 but during negotiations they tell me that's not the asking price. It's actually $83,000 because of all the adds on. The sales manager refuse to negotiate from the MSRP price point and makes me feels stupid because I refuse to absorb any of their adds on BULL SHIT. one star is even to high of a rating...DIRECTED TOWARDS SALES TEAM AND NOT SERVICE long story short I was forced to get a new car due to insurance matters so my husband and I went to this dealership to look at a few. We arrived and looked at a few, took one for a test drive but just couldn't meet on numbers that worked. From the time we left the dealer and over the next day I received an insane amount of texts from a sales manager showing me more cars that they had on the lot....so why didn't they show me these when I was at the dealer??? Anyways, I found a car that fit the price point needed and the deal was made. They agreed on removing dealer extras as this was a used car, not new. They offered home delivery so I took it....BAD IDEA....I received a few texts and photos the day they would be delivering the car however IT WASNT THE CAR I WAS BUYING. When I asked the sales manager repeatedly if they were sure this is the correct car, I was told yes, do not worry about it....until the wrong car was delivered. I even joked with the salesman who delivered the car asking if they have ever delivered the wrong car, and to my amazement, he said it happens more than it should. We finished signing all the paperwork and as the salesman left, my husband and I went to verify the vin....It was the wrong car. They didn't even make sure the paperwork matched the vehicle leaving their lot! The salesman returned to my home and took that car back to the dealer. The following day a new delivery was setup and the correct car was coming, again being reassured by the sales manager that this was the correct car. When the car arrived at my home, I had a phone call with the finance manager and it felt like the things I was being told, was just to close the deal, some which simply felt like lies to make a sale. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealer. Come to find out, I have 3 major things wrong with my purchase and  thankfully those items are under warranty, but on this dealers checklist of items these 3 items were checked off as working and good condition....so as I type this review my car is at a different dealer, having these items taken care of...I am in complete shock that this dealer allowed this car to leave the lot stating that it was in great condition. If they actually focused on selling the car and NOT just closing the deal for a commission, maybe all of the above could have been eliminated from the start...use caution if visit this dealership as they add hidden costs to the cars sale price and even try to hide it on the finance paperwork...If I had had more time to shop for a car, I WOULD NOT have purchased from this dealer...worst experience of my life buying a car and will NEVER recommend of go back to this facility read more

WOW, where do I even begin? I've been planning to write this review for quite some time so here is. If i could give this place -10 stars, I would. It is easily the worst business that I've visited, ever. Purchased a Jeep in 2014, paid more than $50k off the lot. Later got a lift kit installed. I drive the car, and it's shaky - it's literally rumbling and feels like the car is going to fall apart as its being driven. I got pulled over by cops because they visually saw that my car was unsafe on the road. I called Jeep explaining what was going on, and they told me to bring it in so they could inspect the vehicle. Cue - not one person in the store ever apologized or really asked me what was going on. I met with a service advisor who said they would inspect the car, and nothing more. A week later, I picked my car up and drove it. Surprising - the issue was not fixed, my car was unaligned, and the issue persisted. Seemed like they hadn't even looked at the car. I called, they told me to come in for an alignment because they deemed that was the issue. I told them that it was definitely the lift kit installation. They insisted. Aligned the vehicle. I pick up the vehicle a few days later, and the alignment gets thrown off in about 50 miles of driving. Now I got upset - I called in, demanded the issue to be fixed. They said to come in for a free alignment - the past one I had paid for, which I still think is ludicrous. I bring in the car a few months later because I was sick of going in week after week. I get an alignment performed, and I meet a new service advisor who is probably one of the most unprofessional workers I've come across. He says there is no record of someone having told me to get a free alignment despite the myriad of notes in my file. I paid $130. I later called corporate, they said that was ridiculous, and refunded my money (which I'm still waiting on 5 weeks after it was sent off). I explained to the service advisor what was going on, and to inspect my lift kit. He said ok. When I come back to pick up my vehicle, he said he only performed an alignment and that everything should be ok. I take my vehicle home. 24 hours later the alignment is thrown off. I call again. I bring it back in, I tell them to inspect the lift kit install. I come back 2 days later. They said lift kit was "re-torqued." I drive it home. Lift kit is not fixed, car still doesnt run true. Up until this point, no one offered me compensation for my time, let alone a rental vehicle. The last time I came in, corporate advised them to give me a rental vehicle and I finally got one. I met with a manager and the service inspector. Drove car home, was fixed. In short, perhaps the worst customer service i've ever received. Worst experience with a vehicle. Highly recommend avoiding this dealer if you don't want anyone's BS and a year long repair process with rude people along the way. And incompetent if I may add (see dealer picture below). There is so much more stuff that happened when I placed the order with my jeep - huge mistakes, delayed wheels, missing parts, etc. I won't even mention them here. I would say never buy a Jeep vehicle. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee 2015 in this dealership. The vehicle is not even 3 years and the engine light appeared on the dashboard. Since 2018 the engine light keeps on appearing on the dashboard like every 2 to 5 months. I keep on going back to this dealership to have the vehicle fixed and after 2 months the engine light will appear again. The customer service is very poor. I asked the guy that helped me in the service department to at least give me a print out of what are the scheduled maintenance and he just told me that I will just have to bring the vehicle every time the engine light will appear! And voila! 1 and a half month later it appeared again and if not transmission problem it's something with the mechanism! This Jeep vehicle is a money pit. It will drain your money with repairs. I have tried to come here about 4 times. Every time has been awful. Firstly, when I make an appointment to come in, I expect the car to be out and ready for me. Also when I make an appointment to see specific cars (I had stock and VIN numbers) I expect the car to actually be available in the lot. I don't want to drive all the way out to Van Nuys and not see the car I wanted to see. I had also tried many times to buy several different cars and was never able to get them because I would never get a callback or they didn't tell me they sold them before I got there. When I did decide that I liked a car and really wanted that one, I wasn't able to look at it and they asked me to pre-contract it even though I had no clue what the car looked like, the quality, the drive. They couldn't even tell me if it had a soft top or hard top. Why would I pre-contract a car I know nothing about? DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW PRICES. Yes, online it looks like they have the lowest prices. However, they have all these additional add ons that, frankly, who would want? This is not an option, you just have to buy them. Because of this, the car is about $10,000 more than what you would expect. Not only this, but the manager was also snippy with us! MD, the manager, got mad at us for questioning the price and couldn't understand why we were frustrated with our experiences there. He was absolutely no help. I cannot even fathom how he could be so rude to us when we were just sitting in the room for 3 hours trying to look at cars that were promised to be there and weren't, then tried to sell us the car without even looking at it, and the car was not priced as advertised. I would not recommend going here ever. Even if you think you found the absolute perfect dream car, do not come. You will not have a good experience and I don't trust these guys after all I went through. I visited two days ago and I still have an uncomfortable, stressed feeling because of how poorly we were treated. Despite this, Jay was the most helpful person we dealt with while there. He understood that we were treated extremely poorly. He tried his very best to make it better for us and he really wanted us to be satisfied. GIVE THIS GUY A PROMOTION. So read this horror story, I took in my 06 magnum to get a recall check and replace a recall part (airbags), I mentioned the car had symptoms of overheating, but wasn't showing redline or anything on gauges. They stated it would be a 158 dollar charge to diagnose the issue, and the charge would be added to the cost as credit towards repair if completed there. They fixed one of the recall parts (radiator fan) and sent me a diagnostic to replace my entire cooling system for around 1600. I said absolutely not I can't afford that and I drive away with airbags that deploy metal shards because they didn't have the replacements in stock, stating I needed to return to get them replaced. In the meantime the symptoms of overheating and the fan being stuck on was actually the recall part malfunctioning (radiator fan) as well as a faulty relay in my fuse box, as the symptoms of overheating were no longer present. The diagnostic stated I have leaks in all components of my cooling system including the thermostat, water pump, and radiator. Needless to say I drove away to get a later second opinion thinking I'll just check my coolant more often til I can save up a bit...well now all of a sudden it drains coolant like crazy... As a test, I drive to big bear, of course my car broke down in Big Bear, excess pressure buildup cracked my radiator, and had to get towed back to Los Angeles (thank god for AAA 100mile tow. There were no further overheating symptoms before the crack. This incorrect diagnostic by Westbrook caused me to drive further when the issue from the start was actually in the relay system between my fans. Simple fix!!!!! I took it to my now, new favorite mechanic, and after replacing a cracked radiator due to the pressure, causing the breakdown, the car is now running perfectly and not overheating or showing any symptoms, it didn't cost me 1600 it cost me 600 total to replace radiator and new thermostat which wouldn't have happened if the relay system was diagnosed properly and fixed by Westbrook!! I didn't replace the water pump because i already had less than a year and a half ago, and it works fine still after being tested. Westbrook wanted to replace my entire cooling system...shame on them, I won't even ask for a refund of the 158 because I know I won't get it due to the fact they are clearly out to take advantage of people. So if you are smart you will avoid this place, I left with more issues on my car then before, it never leaked like that before, quite honestly I felt sabotaged, they wanted to charge me 1600+ for a new cooling system, thank god I didn't because it wouldn't have fixed the problem!, and on top of that I'm out 158 for the trouble. Atleast that's all these people stole from me and not the 1600!! read more

I ended up leasing a 2016 Challenger R/T, 6 speed, with the track pack, and black wheels for $390 a month with 3 grand down. No additional warranties or dealership packages added on. Put your end prices down or your not helping others. I'll say that this was not a smooth transaction. I'd originally wanted a white one and even put the 3000 down payment on it and filled out all the paperwork. I was told it'd be delivered the next day from another dealership. I get a call the next day saying that the other dealership sold the car to someone else. Almost walked away from the whole deal at that point. All in, I was happy with the car I eventually got, but it was a stressful few days, which when spending that kind of money, it really shouldn't be. There are a few things to be aware of: 1) The vin tracking security package that they skim over is not free. It's almost $1400 and I'm assuming is taxed and interest added towards throughout the loan. Say no to that shit unless you see crackheads on your block. The cars insured anyway. 2) When negotiating the price, they did extend the amount of time on the lease without asking, instead of lowering the price. This does not save you a penny, even though your monthly goes down. Pay attention to the length of the lease. My sales guy, Gil, was very accommodating and I would recommend him. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he'd find out. He took me for a drive around the additional stock lot to see if they had anything there I'd be interested in as well. I rarely give a 3 star, because if its that bad, I'll usually walk away from whatever service I'm having done, however Gil was a good guy and I didn't want to go through the process with anyone else. read more

We went into this dealership because they had a significantly less (2K) advertised price for a new car. Once we agreed to purchase, ran our credit, the salesman said that we MUST by the "accessories so they can make a profit". These accessories were Lo Jack, Apps for tracking, etc. Basically features we were NOT interested in. Salesman brings out the manager and he says we cannot purchase the car without these "optional" features. Its not optional if it is mandatory to buy the car. July 23rd: A MUST READ! SEXUALLY HARASSED, ripped off and highly pressured to accept deal I didn't want, then to add services I didn't want, then NO response from general manager, VIKAS MEHANDROO after reporting SEXUAL HARASSMENT with emails and phone calls. I actually told his "assistant" about the sexual harassment with no response from VIKAS MEHANDROO. This has been the most horrific experience I've ever had when buying a car AND being sexually harassed at the same time. The music was excessively loud, coupled with masks on, it was ridiculous to try to talk to the salesman JOE to negotiate. JOE was rude and condescending, expecting me to accept the deal they put before me. They prey on single women like me. I tried to leave, after truly explaining I could not financially accept the deal presented. Then, IVAN HERNANDEZ, a finance manger, invited me into his office, where I could at least hear what he was saying, to discuss a new deal where he then sexually harassed me for the entire time. He asked me all about: why I was divorced, how HOT I was for my age, did I get hit on by younger men, (he's much younger than me) did I have a boyfriend? What kind of wine do I like? When's the last time I got a massage? How he has temptations in marriage (he's married) then: Is my boyfriend's LABIDO up to what I wanted? I almost died as I sat in disbelief. He presented an acceptable deal (or so I thought) on the jeep I wanted. I signed the lease and I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I drove home with the car. On August 3rd, 11 days later, IVAN HERNANDEZ, called to tell me the bank was not accepting the terms and could I come back to renegotiate (which means more money down and higher interest rate). WOW. Insult to injury! I said I would return the car and took the opportunity to let him know that his behavior was totally unacceptable and appalling. He responded that he thought I was "happy" with the deal. I stated that he should transfer me to another finance mgr and I did not ever want to speak with him again. I asked him: "does your wife know how you speak to female customers?" The ripped off part: The Jeep was advertised at $22,803 with an MSRP of $28,115. Apparently this was for purchases, not leases, which they NEVER told me (I was leasing). * They listed the price on the lease at: $31,905. How can that be when the MSRP is $28,115? When I returned the car 11 days later, another finance manager tried to re-negotiate. I said no! and will never deal with this dealership again. They give Jeep a bad name. Appalling behavior and if I could give it a negative 5, I would. Sexual harassment continues to be an on-going problem and shouldn't be tolerated anymore! My sex life has nothing to do with leasing a car. It is my responsibility to bring this to the attention of this dealership's management, its customers, Chrysler Corp and the community at large, so it doesn't happen to another woman who walks into this dealership. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I made an appointment to buy out my lease at 9:15am with Luke. When I got there, he told me the manager wasn't there yet but he was on his way (What is the point of an appointment if the person isn't even there yet?). Then a salesman walked up to talk about our options. Ivan asked what car we were looking at to buy. We told him we made an appointment to buy out our lease. Ivan left and returned saying that the manager was still on his way, but we could look around at cars to see what we would be interested in buying. We again told him we wanted to buy out our lease. He brought us to the office building in the back to someone who walked out and started talking to us about giving our lease back. We told this guy that we wanted to BUY out our lease so he walked us back into the main building, back to our salesman who again asked about buying a new car. 3 hours later, someone finally sat down with us to buy out our lease. I don't know his name, but it was his first week there and wasn't confident in what he was doing. He went over all of the paperwork to buy out our lease but had to go ask questions to his manager multiple times. He told us MULTIPLE times not to pay our next lease payment because they would be paying it. It is now a week later and they have NOT paid my monthly payment yet and now my account is past due. When I called, they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they pay for it. This is not okay because it is messing with my credit. They also told me not to pay my registration, which is a whole other issue now. They didn't pay my lease payment, how can I trust that they will pay my registration? Next issue: I understand that dealerships are an 'essential business' during COVID, but being an essential business means following all policies and procedures based on CDC guidelines to remain open. Most employees were either wearing their masks incorrectly or were not wearing masks at all. There were also way too many people inside at all times which did not give people enough social distancing space. I did not see anyone walking around sanitizing common areas which should be happening at least EVERY 30 minutes. While I was waiting for people to help me, I was on my phone trying to figure out how to report this dealership for not following CDC guidelines. It's businesses like this that are adding to increased cases each day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! read more

It's a perfect scam and trick for people. The price is not the one you see on the advertisement. They demand you to buy their guarantee package you were not asking about. It's kind of mandatory!! Wich is ridiculous. The price drastically went up approximately for more than 25% when we decided to buy it. And when I asked if it is the final price they said "no", but somehow it went up for even much more compare to what it was before. Also the funniest thing was that they assured us they were not trying to make money off the deal . After all, the young man came out to us introducing himself as Financial manager and arrogantly started to teach life lessons. You think you're very talented guys! Avoid this dealership!! I thought I found a good deal on a Pacifica that was posted on their website, something that doesn't show mandatory 4k in add ons. I called and spoke to several "managers". I made it clear I wanted to purchase this vehicle and if it they could send me a price breakdown in email. Thats when the manager finally told me about the mandatory theft gps and nitro tires and paint protection. I'm so glad I didn't make the drive to this dealership, I can only imagine the run around and bait n switch they will feed you in person. read more
