This place is very consistent in being the absolute worst in every single way. But now I can see by all the other 1-star reviews that this is common knowledge, and I regret not reading them before working with them. After many previous issues when leasing (including quoting me a wrong --much cheaper price to have a Jeep custom-made and then surprising me with a way higher price once the Jeep was built - Also known as lying), let's just cut to now when my tires are completely off balance after owning it for 8 months. This is covered under my warranty with them so I call, get transferred to no less than 8 different people, and then I'm finally told they don't have an appointment until mid-July. Two months from now. So, despite it being dangerous to drive my car in its current condition, they didn't offer to have me come in sooner, nor to pay for the repairs somewhere else since this is supposed to be covered under warranty. They offered no solution at all. This is a minor inconvenience when compared to all the other things they've done, but it is indeed the final straw. Would much rather pay out of pocket to have this serviced at a place that I can trust, then ever step foot in there again. read more

Test drove a Gran Cherokee 4XE MSRP was $60k, sales manager though he was slick throwing in a bunch of add ons and jacking the price to $80k and then hitting me with an $850 lease payment. That's just ridiculous for a Jeep, and when I asked for the breakdown on how we got that monthly payment, sales manager was quick to be defensive and refuse to show the breakdown. Thanks to this dealership they have lost not only one but many customers which I will warn to stay away from. Customer service is zero and all they want to do is shaft you with an insane payment without showing proof of the numbers. A very stressful and aggressive car dealership. The worst part is they really don't listen. I told them what I was looking for a new Jeep Compass latitude 4x4 from the beginning. They never had it. They were saying just take a look and give a try for other cars. I did try two other jeep in different models since I was already there. Also when I was seeing those cars, all there used cars are more expensive than new ones. I was interested in to get an estimate for one used (I was naive to think the price tag wasn't real final price). But the manager told me they can't give me estimate unless they run my credit. I did that. Then the whole dynamic changed. They were very much expecting and pushing to upscale me a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee +$41000 on the spot for that very first visit. After I came back, I looked up online, the average price for that is $29000. Of course my 750 credit score dropped. We found this price and place on Carfax. We called to check availability. Told them stock number and price and said they had it and we can come in. We drove in all the way from the Westside for this car and this price! Our appointment was set and they were on time that's why they get the 1 star and the guy helping us was nice and tired his best to make a sale and stayed respectful! We talked drove the car and it wasn't until later that they let us know that they're selling it at the ticketed price and not at the advertised price. What????!!!! When I asked about that they said that they put the prices like that to drive in business and that there is a disclaimer about prices. What?? So the price they put up is not the real price. I have never been to A car dealership that told you they will not honor the price they advertise. In fact trying to charge you more, ticket price and not telling you the price till after you test drive and talk for about 30 minutes. Once we showed we had some sense and knowledge about what we are doing, they started going down in price but never honoring the original price we came in for. I know we should have just walked it away but we were trying to give the guy a chance. This is not how you do business. You need to be honest and work with integrity. Last November, I came to look at a jeep because they said if you hit 55k MRSP then I can get it for $350/month - this was an ad on the Jeep official site. Since everything was backed up, they told me that I would be locked into that price so, my car finally comes in Feb - obviously... they lied. I am currently paying OVER $500 for the car. Now today on 11/26, I went to the service center to get an oil change. Panjay was going to be my service advisor so I am chatting with him and I asked for a loaner since it will take 3-5 hours and I have a life. In the Mopar App, they ask you if you need a vehicle, get a ride home or wait. I checked for a vehicle because once again, I have stuff to do then wait for my car to be serviced. So this is where Panjay effed up - he told me that they don't give loaners for oil changes then im like .... why? If I have to wait 3-5 hours then he was adamant of them not giving loaners for oil changes. Like we know this dealership is no benz but seriously??? So I am clearly irate at this point but then I was like can I speak to someone higher than you because i can't be here for 3-5 hours. He said no... they won't give you a loaner. We don't give loaners on Saturday so now I am like .... do you guys not give loaners for oil changes or do you not give loaners because it's saturday? They assure me they still had it, and they would be happy to work with us. I checked the car listing again this morning, and they had raised the price of the car, conveniently after we showed interest in it. This could be a totally normal thing, but to us it feels very shady and dishonest. Needless to say, we will not be driving out there to look this weekend and would not feel comfortable working with them in any capacity. I ended up leasing a 2016 Challenger R/T, 6 speed, with the track pack, and black wheels for $390 a month with 3 grand down. No additional warranties or dealership packages added on. Put your end prices down or your not helping others. I'll say that this was not a smooth transaction. I'd originally wanted a white one and even put the 3000 down payment on it and filled out all the paperwork. I was told it'd be delivered the next day from another dealership. I get a call the next day saying that the other dealership sold the car to someone else. Almost walked away from the whole deal at that point. All in, I was happy with the car I eventually got, but it was a stressful few days, which when spending that kind of money, it really shouldn't be. There are a few things to be aware of: 1) The vin tracking security package that they skim over is not free. It's almost $1400 and I'm assuming is taxed and interest added towards throughout the loan. Say no to that shit unless you see crackheads on your block. The cars insured anyway. 2) When negotiating the price, they did extend the amount of time on the lease without asking, instead of lowering the price. This does not save you a penny, even though your monthly goes down. Pay attention to the length of the lease. My sales guy, Gil, was very accommodating and I would recommend him. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he'd find out. He took me for a drive around the additional stock lot to see if they had anything there I'd be interested in as well. I rarely give a 3 star, because if its that bad, I'll usually walk away from whatever service I'm having done, however Gil was a good guy and I didn't want to go through the process with anyone else. read more

I said fix the valve for 1400 and no way am I paying 3500 for a new starter and batteries. Took car to another shop.. the did a work up and found nothing wrong with either batteries or starter. I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle to my liking and this part of the process is usually the most stressful but they were so nice and respectful. Nothing but smiles and great attitudes. Shopping for a USED car My daughter and I went to RW after seeing a car on TrueCar. I'll try to keep this short... We arrived, was approached by Naz, who I instantly knew this wasn't going to go well. He handed us off to Mohammed (young guy) so Naz could upsell another guy on a $55k Jeep. Fine...we were looking at a used Subaru, listed at 19K, we all gotta eat, I get it. We go out on a test drive, the car is filthy inside. It smelled of the previous owner, it had crumbs and a few pieces of trash. I was told they don't clean it to sell it, rather they clean it when the we start agreeing on numbers. A little backwards but that's poor marketing...whatever. After the test drive we go in just to see what numbers were. Here's the kicker.... 19K car, PLUS $4800 "dealership accessories" (lo jack, windshield warranty, paint warranty and "hot air" for the tires). TOTAL 23,800. Ready for more numbers.... Without filling out a credit app, without asking how I planned to pay for it.... I was hit with this. "So with the total at $23,800 and with a down payment of $8,000, your payment will be $497 for 60 months" WHAT THE F! Ya think I was going to pay $38,000 for a 3 year old crosstrek? Little did he know, we were going to pay cash or provide our own financing. Who falls for this shit! I thought I was going to an actual dealership, not a slimy used car lot. read more
