If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have the WORST service ever. They kept our jeep for over a week only to tell us nothing was wrong with it. A week later it broke down again & they made us wait another week without even touching the vehicle. We finally towed it to another mechanic who told us the jeep need a entirely new stick shift put in place as our current one was worn down so badly. Which can only mean NO ONE actually ever looked at our jeep & we wasted money on rental cars. Please save yourself the trouble and choose any place other than a Russell Westbrook dealership or service center. He may play for the Lakers but he clearly does not value his clients or his staff for them to be this careless. My family could have been very hurt due to their negligence. read more

I love my Jeep Wrangler. This year I developed what I thought was an oil leak. I took it in to have it diagnosed- while also doing some other preventative maintenance. After having my Jeep for 3 days - they told me "they couldn't locate the leak" but to bring it back after awhile and they would take another look. The leak was persistent- causing a burning smell - so I took it back again. This time - they informed me it was the oil pan gasket. They had it for 4 days - and never called or responded to texts to update me on the progress. Finally - I got it back - paying my warranty deductible. 3 weeks later - same leak issue. I've left several messages stating the issue - and they won't even return my calls. Meanwhile - I took my Jeep to another "local" mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 24 hrs. I love my Jeep. I will never take it back to this business for anything. read more

Worst experience ever! Called and spoke with America, she confirmed 3 cargo vans were in stock for me. I arrived asked for her and she handed me over to Christian. Unfortunately for Christian the 3 cargo vans were not in stock. He went on an hour long chase looking for a black one showing online. The same black cargo van that another associate said wasn't showing in stock, wow !!! I decided to read the reviews while waiting in the lobby and they all match the deceptive and desperate practices I was experiencing. When first coming to Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (RWCDJR) of Van Nuys, and getting many of the concerns addressed by the Chrysler Service Team at RWCDJR, happiness was granted with the performance of my vehicle tune-up, transmission service, and other services that were recommended or that I required for my satisfaction. After giving such high remarks to these facts of the work performed in the most and best positive way I could breath truthful remarks on Yelp as requested, I noticed that my second visit was the opposite. Now that I have shown some belief in the work ethic of the RWCDJR Van Nuys location, all other work has been of 50% marginal quality. After coming back for the Fuel Pump, and Fuel Pump Module repair replacement under warranty, my engines performance degraded 50%, while at the dealership. Prior to that the performance of vehicle was at 100%. When I was driving to Northern California once the auto returned to me, I put the car in double sport model, and Sport mode on) when driving in northern California engine light came on and the car shaking, and barely able to move. I was already too far to bring my vehicle back. Another concern I have is that the Service Manager Payman stated the vehicle was not ready, and that the technician was not into work yet, on the morning I checked on my car. I left in my Avis Rental car, while driving down the street, I saw my vehicle driving pass me between 8:15AM and 8:30AM towards RWCDJR, which alarmed my curiosity because Payman just told me the car was not ready and technician not in the office to allow my recreating my Radio Head Unit Issue. At any rate, I went back and asked Payman what is the status of my vehicle, and he stated again "It is not ready." I told Payman, that it is unusual because I just saw my car driving past me towards the dealership. Payman immediately got on the phone with the technician Marvin asking questions as to the status of the car, but his questions were in the form of coaching the technician. After call, we went to the area where Marvin the Technician that was repairing the car, and Payman immediately started coaching the Technicians responses to me. I requested that Payman allow the Technician to speak his mind that we get down to a greater understanding of the truth. Overall, it is my belief that the technician was driving my car, or drove my car somewhere, or coming from home after a night out in my vehicle. The technician in what was very nervous, I felt probable guilt as he spoke the words, that sounded of truth to me. So I thought nothing more of the situation. I think Payman in his suspect behavior, of coaching Marvin the Technician, may have caused my suspicion to this whole scenario. Payman called stating a test drive of 20miles will be done the day prior to returning my vehicle to me, Which now I felt it was to cover the unauthorized use of my vehicle by Marvin the Technician. I thought that was an odd situation, never heard of a test drive is so long of a drive, with such specific miles. Because of the damage to my vehicle, I can only believe that the technician most likely was racing my vehicle and damaged my perfectly well-running engine, as well the transmission not properly shifting anymore... may be due to the engine's performance. As much as I now do not have the same enthusiasm to coming to the Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in Van Nuys, I need them to repair my car with a greater sense of integrity and know-how, as I believe that are able to. I have experienced Warranty Fraud in the past from a dealer, and they are no longer in business. Payman states there  has been no foul play, I beg to differ. Above is the review I wrote for the internal survey for Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Ram in Van Nuys. Thus far, no one has reached out to me, is it because my perception of truth above is their truth as well, or is it because this time I spoke in the survey as it is at this moment in time of service that you cannot honor the services that you are deemed to perform on the Chrylser Brand of Automobiles? Since no one, from Russell Westbrook Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram has contacted me, not even the Service Manager, Payman then, I must be right in my findings by order of events. So this is the only reason, I posted this review on yelp. One thing I fell to mention, on Paymans behalf is that last week, Payman called me and he and I agreed to an appointment time to bring in my vehicle, but on the appointment date, I had to cancel the appointment due to my still being in Northern California on Business. DISCLAIMER: Meanwhile, my Engine is making noises. This is just documentation. Anger and insult can be the drivers of such behavior on their part. Hi Everyone, I'm normally not the type of person to write yelp review but I'm ABSOLUTELY heartbroken by the disrespectful behavior and blatant lying of people at every level of this business. I'll admit the deal they gave me wasn't bad but it was never worth the grief they put me through for no reason. After paying for my new Jeep, I was promised and expected by law to receive two keys to the car but only received one. After inquiring, the sales person told me that the key is currently locked in storage and will be mailed to me. That never happened! Instead, I had to call, text and email (I still have some of the text messages) multiple employees to only be given the run around for nearly 3 weeks. First, they lost the key, then they ordered a key replacement but that didn't go through either. Only after dozens of attempts to contact them for an appropriate response, I was told that I must drive back to them to record the programmable data from the car for a new key to be made. I purchased the car in December 28, but only received the key on January 27 AFTER I DROVE TO PICK IT FOR NOW A THIRD TIME BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO MAIL IT AS PROMISED. If you can avoid this place, I'd recommend you do. If decide to use them, make sure they can't take advantage of you like they tried to do to me. read more

TERRIBLE LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICES! LIARS! UNPROFESSIONAL! DISRESPECTFUL! SCAMMERS!!!! So I purchased a car in 2018 and paid extra to receive 6 oil changes. I recently went in to get my 4th oil change. I waited in line for 30 mins (the only person in line at 7:30am) to check in while 4 employees were sitting in front of their computers pretending to do work. Anyways, I finally get help from some lazy ass who didn't even greet me. I get it, it's early, you might hate your job, but you should still be professional. Well after a few mins he tells me my plan is expired. I asked him how that was possible and he didn't give me an answer. He just continued to say it was expired and said I would have to pay an additional hundred or so for one oil change? I obviously didn't pay and left very upset. I then called Rydell in San Fernando and asked them how much they would charge me for an oil change. Rydell then notified me I did not have to pay because I still had a valid plan with 3 remaining oil changes. I went in the next day at 8am. They completed my oil change, changed my filters, set my tire pressure, and washed my car all within an hour. The staff there (Daniel, Peter, and Enrique) were so much more professional and helpful than anyone at russell Westbrook. I can't thank them enough!!! First off trying to find parking is ridiculous. I drove an hour away to buy a truck and they told me when I arrived that they just sold the truck 10 minutes ago. The salesperson said that they had another one in stock for the same price. I was thinking great. She came back telling me that there is added features which marks up the truck and extra 8,000 some anti theft GPS device, nitro fill tires and a protective coat of paint. First of all everybody the air we breath has 78 percent of nitrogen, so adding the missing 12 percent doesnt make a difference. The GPS device only cost less than 100 bucks and its bullshit it will not prevent theft. The paint job is still comes from the manufacturer and they are double charging you for it. So buyer beware. My dad bought a Ram in Alhambra and they honored their advertise price no mark ups. read more

Himani was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of what kind of car she was selling me. Once we committed to buying the vehicle my fiancee and I put them in a tough spot, saying we had to leave within an hour or so cause of work and sure enough, Kevin (a finance manager), worked his magic and got us out as fast as he could.
