When first coming to Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (RWCDJR) of Van Nuys, and getting many of the concerns addressed by the Chrysler Service Team at RWCDJR, happiness was granted with the performance of my vehicle tune-up, transmission service, and other services that were recommended or that I required for my satisfaction. After giving such high remarks to these facts of the work performed in the most and best positive way I could breath truthful remarks on Yelp as requested, I noticed that my second visit was the opposite. Now that I have shown some belief in the work ethic of the RWCDJR Van Nuys location, all other work has been of 50% marginal quality. After coming back for the Fuel Pump, and Fuel Pump Module repair replacement under warranty, my engines performance degraded 50%, while at the dealership. Prior to that the performance of vehicle was at 100%. When I was driving to Northern California once the auto returned to me, I put the car in double sport model, and Sport mode on) when driving in northern California engine light came on and the car shaking, and barely able to move. I was already too far to bring my vehicle back. Another concern I have is that the Service Manager Payman stated the vehicle was not ready, and that the technician was not into work yet, on the morning I checked on my car. I left in my Avis Rental car, while driving down the street, I saw my vehicle driving pass me between 8:15AM and 8:30AM towards RWCDJR, which alarmed my curiosity because Payman just told me the car was not ready and technician not in the office to allow my recreating my Radio Head Unit Issue. At any rate, I went back and asked Payman what is the status of my vehicle, and he stated again "It is not ready." I told Payman, that it is unusual because I just saw my car driving past me towards the dealership. Payman immediately got on the phone with the technician Marvin asking questions as to the status of the car, but his questions were in the form of coaching the technician. After call, we went to the area where Marvin the Technician that was repairing the car, and Payman immediately started coaching the Technicians responses to me. I requested that Payman allow the Technician to speak his mind that we get down to a greater understanding of the truth. Overall, it is my belief that the technician was driving my car, or drove my car somewhere, or coming from home after a night out in my vehicle. The technician in what was very nervous, I felt probable guilt as he spoke the words, that sounded of truth to me. So I thought nothing more of the situation. I think Payman in his suspect behavior, of coaching Marvin the Technician, may have caused my suspicion to this whole scenario. Payman called stating a test drive of 20miles will be done the day prior to returning my vehicle to me, Which now I felt it was to cover the unauthorized use of my vehicle by Marvin the Technician. I thought that was an odd situation, never heard of a test drive is so long of a drive, with such specific miles. Because of the damage to my vehicle, I can only believe that the technician most likely was racing my vehicle and damaged my perfectly well-running engine, as well the transmission not properly shifting anymore... may be due to the engine's performance. As much as I now do not have the same enthusiasm to coming to the Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in Van Nuys, I need them to repair my car with a greater sense of integrity and know-how, as I believe that are able to. I have experienced Warranty Fraud in the past from a dealer, and they are no longer in business. Payman states there  has been no foul play, I beg to differ. Above is the review I wrote for the internal survey for Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Ram in Van Nuys. Thus far, no one has reached out to me, is it because my perception of truth above is their truth as well, or is it because this time I spoke in the survey as it is at this moment in time of service that you cannot honor the services that you are deemed to perform on the Chrylser Brand of Automobiles? Since no one, from Russell Westbrook Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram has contacted me, not even the Service Manager, Payman then, I must be right in my findings by order of events. So this is the only reason, I posted this review on yelp. One thing I fell to mention, on Paymans behalf is that last week, Payman called me and he and I agreed to an appointment time to bring in my vehicle, but on the appointment date, I had to cancel the appointment due to my still being in Northern California on Business. Hi Everyone, I'm normally not the type of person to write yelp review but I'm ABSOLUTELY heartbroken by the disrespectful behavior and blatant lying of people at every level of this business. I'll admit the deal they gave me wasn't bad but it was never worth the grief they put me through for no reason. After paying for my new Jeep, I was promised and expected by law to receive two keys to the car but only received one. After inquiring, the sales person told me that the key is currently locked in storage and will be mailed to me. That never happened! Instead, I had to call, text and email (I still have some of the text messages) multiple employees to only be given the run around for nearly 3 weeks. First, they lost the key, then they ordered a key replacement but that didn't go through either. Only after dozens of attempts to contact them for an appropriate response, I was told that I must drive back to them to record the programmable data from the car for a new key to be made. I purchased the car in December 28, but only received the key on January 27 AFTER I DROVE TO PICK IT FOR NOW A THIRD TIME BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO MAIL IT AS PROMISED. If you can avoid this place, I'd recommend you do. If decide to use them, make sure they can't take advantage of you like they tried to do to me. read more

TERRIBLE LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICES! LIARS! UNPROFESSIONAL! DISRESPECTFUL! SCAMMERS!!!! So I purchased a car in 2018 and paid extra to receive 6 oil changes. I recently went in to get my 4th oil change. I waited in line for 30 mins (the only person in line at 7:30am) to check in while 4 employees were sitting in front of their computers pretending to do work. Anyways, I finally get help from some lazy ass who didn't even greet me. I get it, it's early, you might hate your job, but you should still be professional. Well after a few mins he tells me my plan is expired. I asked him how that was possible and he didn't give me an answer. He just continued to say it was expired and said I would have to pay an additional hundred or so for one oil change? I obviously didn't pay and left very upset. I then called Rydell in San Fernando and asked them how much they would charge me for an oil change. Rydell then notified me I did not have to pay because I still had a valid plan with 3 remaining oil changes. I went in the next day at 8am. They completed my oil change, changed my filters, set my tire pressure, and washed my car all within an hour. The staff there (Daniel, Peter, and Enrique) were so much more professional and helpful than anyone at russell Westbrook. I can't thank them enough!!! First off trying to find parking is ridiculous. I drove an hour away to buy a truck and they told me when I arrived that they just sold the truck 10 minutes ago. The salesperson said that they had another one in stock for the same price. I was thinking great. She came back telling me that there is added features which marks up the truck and extra 8,000 some anti theft GPS device, nitro fill tires and a protective coat of paint. First of all everybody the air we breath has 78 percent of nitrogen, so adding the missing 12 percent doesnt make a difference. The GPS device only cost less than 100 bucks and its bullshit it will not prevent theft. The paint job is still comes from the manufacturer and they are double charging you for it. So buyer beware. My dad bought a Ram in Alhambra and they honored their advertise price no mark ups. read more

Any time I've needed help with a service or general questions no one seems to know the answers to anything or even try to find answers to anything or help me in any way. The online post prices are FAKE don't even go to the dealership because you think you saw a good car for a good price because and the end they will add you extras which you as customers you have the right to say NO. Himani was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of what kind of car she was selling me. Once we committed to buying the vehicle my fiancee and I put them in a tough spot, saying we had to leave within an hour or so cause of work and sure enough, Kevin (a finance manager), worked his magic and got us out as fast as he could. I made an appointment to get some repairs for my car online for next day and then called to see if they can take me today instead. I was told that if I drop a car off today, it will be 5-8 days before it can be looked at, and the car HAS TO SIT THERE the whole time. Then I asked if I can just make an appointment for when they will be able to look at it without leaving the car there. I was told the next available appointment is on August 4, which is 32 days away. Then I told her that I already scheduled an appointment for next business day, and I have an email confirmation. The response was 'oh in that case it will be 2-3 days for the car to be looked at, and they don't provide loaners at this location'. Looks to me like they just don't want my business. They just make up reasons for me not to bring my car to them as they go. I already found a shop that was happy to look at my car today, found the problem and ordered the replacement part, which will come in the next day, and the repair will be half the price of what Chrysler charges. This review is only based on our own shopping experience with a few side notes. Santos was our salesman and was GREAT! He was new when we originally walked into the dealership and our Son had actually talked with him previously and liked his style. Totally non pushy and a great listener. We were actually going to purchase a Ford Bronco but with delays we decided to see what Jeep had. After sitting a bit looking at jeeps coming in to the dealership, his sales manager who happened to be Santo's uncle informed us that any Jeep in the lot or coming is was $10,000 over sticker! Seriously a lot more than the other dealerships I had looked into and we got up abd said "See Ya!" They proceeded to tell us that if we ordered one we could get a discount off msrp. They estimated it was 8 to 12 weeks for delivery so we placed a order for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Now the next part I would rate FCA Jeep a one star but not the fault of the dealership and we will never order from them again. Fast forward 30 weeks with almost no answers from Jeep on accurate status it unexpectedly showed up! Of course no time to arrange financing etc we went to pick it up. Once again Santos was great, but we were hit with a few ridiculous issues with financing. We have always had at least a week to bring in a check, but not here. They require a back up loan agreement with a much higher percentage rate and if your bank does not have payment in it takes over! Luckily we were pre-approved and will be able to get it all in time but with a one day notice to pic up it was not pleasant. The next issue on a Friday after 5 pm was when we needed our down payment. We were as usual able to put a portion on a credit card and planned to write a personal check for the rest. NOT HERE! They actually wanted a cashier check! If this was communicated before it would not be a issue but nothing was said until the contract was done. Our finance officer Ryan said we could use our debit card for the rest. BUT his training officer said nope. Once we got upset at this ridiculous issues he checked with a manager and it was approved and we were done. And yes both Ryan and Rayan were great and dealership ridiculous rules was not their fault. We do highly recommend Santos but be aware of dealership mark up and financing rules before buying. read more

Do not do business here. Take your business, and your hard earned money elsewhere. I leased a vehicle from this dealership in 2018. At that time I was offered a "maintenance package " that I paid for, but was given no paperwork on, so that I was not able to know/prove exactly what was included. I (stupidly) returned at the end of my lease term, and purchased the vehicle. The financing that the dealership got me was through a bank that took over 6 weeks to process the loan, which then caused me to have to make another lease payment, even though that lease payment was included in the amount of my loan. Now, the dealership tells me the lease company needs to pay me, and the lease company says the dealership needs to pay me. I've been to dealership in person multiple times, where I've been promised the money, but to no avail. The last time I went, one of the salesmen was actually incredibly smug and rude about my situation. I'm basically out of pocket the amount of the extra lease payment because I agreed to a deal with this dealership that they could not properly fulfill, and they refuse to make me whole. I took my vehicle to the dealership in Glendale and they were extremely friendly and helpful, so I suggest going there instead. read more

My first mistake was not checking Yelp before going to this dealership, but we were just comparison shopping, so that's on me. However, we did leave the dealership with a vehicle I kept saying, "wasn't the Jeep I wanted." There was a Jeep in their ad that I was very interested in, but it was in transit and they had no idea how long it would be. Several times I said that I was willing to wait, but they kept pushing with how many great vehicles they had ready to roll. They continued pushing so many options that I didn't want, trying to convince me that I wanted the "better" vehicle. We were left waiting for over an hour, and when I returned from walking my dog, a deal was being pushed on my wife. After talking about it, the deal wasn't too bad (even though we got low balled on our trade-in! go figure!), but it still wasn't the vehicle we wanted. After the final deal came out (more waiting) we had to fight to get several thousand dollars of options removed. Some, we were told couldn't be removed (clear coat, etc.), and were given a partial credit. During this entire process, never once did I feel as if the sales staff cared one bit about us. They were focused on closing the deal, and nothing more. It was almost humorous how they walked around talking about giving them 10's on customer service, when they didn't care that I was driving out with a vehicle I didn't want. I can't count how many times I said, "It's not the vehicle I want, I'm willing to wait!" Every other new vehicle my wife and I have purchased, we drove home feeling good about our new vehicle. Not after leaving Russell Westbrook Jeep. We felt like we just got stuck with a vehicle that we didn't want.
