Recently went to this dealership to purchase a 2020 Jeep Compass the sales man "Nate Saab" is the most rudest and unprofessional person I ever worked with!!!! He tried to get me to run my credit before I even seen the car or test driven the car to even make sure I like it. I don't understand how a product specialist can operate like this. I understand you want make a sale but you don't treat a potential customers like that. I also told him I've already worked a deal at another dodge dealership for the same car but way cheaper than he was giving me basically told me to go get the car at the other dealership which I will at this. The service ends the moment you buy the car. I leased a Jeep here even though they had added tons of useless markups (like Nitrogen tires on an off-roading vehicle!?!?) to inflate the price (as well as initially asking 10K over sticker price). They added a Gorilla Glass windshield to my Rubicon to up the price, which has a 2 year warranty. When I brought it in their service rep Armen told me that no windshields have a warranty, he's never heard of that. Prints me up something showing my car doesn't have a warranty....even though the upgraded windshield they installed on it does have a warranty through Mopar for 2 years. I show him the Mopar website. I show him the windshield. He tells me he's never heard of a warranty on a windshield and that I can call Jeep. Offers no other assistance and insists I'm wrong about having a warranty. At the time the crack from road debris was over the size of a quarter but under 3 inches per the warranty guidelines for replacement. Now it's stretched to cover my whole windshield as I've been trying to get anyone there to call me back. After a week of no call returns trying to fix this, I finally get someone on the phone that insists no one would have told me that and tells me they aren't interested in what happened to me when I came in and that no one would have told me no warranty (despite me providing the name and having a print out that Armen tried to give me showing no warranty). He was instantly confrontational, unprofessional and rude. When I asked his name he said "my name is" and hung up on me. Sales department wouldn't accept my calls. I tried calling sales and they tell me I should come in if I can't get them to answer. Seriously no customer service at this place at all. When my lease is over I'll be returning my vehicle and getting a new one ANYWHERE but here. I highly suggest you do the same. read more

He was a complete rockstar although I didn't get to get the car I wanted for because of my credit when I get it up I'm coming back to see him. I've already referred a couple of my friends to him. The service department at Russell Westbrook suck the big one. Lilly is a liar and they give you the run around every time you call, also mike the service manager is a liar as well. They keep ur car for a week to fix any problems. That tell you that they have a rentals and when you get there they don't have one for you and they make you go through enterprise and you have to put $150.00 down. I definitely don't recommend buying a Jeep from them. If I could give them a zero if I could. Milk a liar because when we went for a test drive he told me that he heard the same noise that I heard. I replace my brakes and I still here the same noise. So I don't understand. I also called other dealerships and they told me that it could not be my brakes and if they were small that they wouldn't fit. So get ur story straight. read more

Had a mediocre experience here! Our salesman Sammy was incredible, not pushy at all, and overall a super nice guy! Fell in love with the car but wanted a better price for since it did have some problems like scratches and the lift gate not working properly. Unfortunately they didn't budge on the price seems like every dealership is that way, like is negotiating not a thing anymore?? it's the best part of buying a car! Anyway Gio sales manager was nice trying accommodating my budget to be able to afford the car, just got weird vibes from the guy i don't know why but in the end he did get me a good interest rate for someone who is a first time buyer and not even a year of credit. Chris Dawoodi the Finance guy we had was amazing as well, very funny and personable. Only reason i'm knocking a star is because of the homeless surrounding the place and there was an obnoxious one in the dealership as well, lol I know it's LA but at least kick them of your place of business! Also because they do sell you on the security system on the car and other bullshit, which i had to pay cause it was already on the car. Overall if you come here please ask for sammy, he's a little new but god the guy was so nice and patient with us. Felt bad cause he didn't eat the whole day because we were there for 9+ hours, with my indecisiveness. Sadly, I don't like writing any reviews for any company, but the experience that my husband and I had was very discouraging and unprofessional. We have leased 4 vehicles with Dodge within the last 3 years. Their team and customer service was great, at that time. I refereed so many friends and family to go to the same dealer. My husband and I are very responsible people and we were very loyal customers and we wanted to keep it that way. But I guess, having Tier 1 Credit, paying your monthly payments on time on all 4 vehicles, referring friends and family did not mean anything to the current sales associates and managers. Our first visit we were extremely unhappy with the way we were treated. We were told to go back home and wait until the actual Maturity date is up. Which was in a Month. After a week, we wanted to give them another chance. So, we went back and chose a different team and this time the team manager without checking any information just shut us down. We have leased so many cars and this was the first time we were treated this way. They did not make any effort other than telling us that "We don't have what you're looking for". The only information we provided was that our lease is coming up and we wanted to get in a similar monthly payment deal that we currently have. My husband works for a fortune 500 company and we understand that sometimes certain deals would not benefit the company. However, before any sales, trades or agreement is made he listens to what the customer brings to the table and possibilities of how they can reach a deal that would benefit both the customer and the business. Unfortunately, we did not receive that common courtesy. So, we were forced to take our business to a different dealer. I have 3 more leases that are due this year and most likely I will take my business somewhere else. As of yesterday, we leased a 2020 Stinger from Kia Glendale and their customer service was AMAZING. Never any call backs whatsoever. They fixed my recall issues on my Grand Cherokee but still very unsatisfied. I decided to buy my lease out as I never drove the damn, hardly any miles on it. I paid for those miles, just buy it. So far so good with my vehicle. Once they had my money - they lost my paperwork. Couldnt get a callback. I was driving a vehicle with its identity in limbo. Driving with expired tags. The state said they had no paperwork. No tax paid, no registration, no identity. Totally unorganized and never ever ever a call back. Eventually I kept calling non stop so they had to get me someone I dialed maybe 50 times to the receptionist. Keep calling!!! Then this week I decided to buy myself a new ride at Russell Westbrook Alfa Romero as a weekend vehicle and paying cash. Wow. Couldnt get any help. Not even an acknowledgment to a customer. Stood around for 10 minutes looking like serious buyer not a LOOKY Louie. Still no help. Just a bunch of clowns running around like chickens without heads. O well, they lost a sale. I'd stay away from this mismanaged company. Customer service is number one. The homeless guy on van Nuys as I approached dealer even said hello on my way inside. I leased a Jeep Wrangler 4xE from here a couple months back not planning on keeping the vehicle for long. The plan I discussed with the sales manager and salesman was I would keep this lease for about 6-8 months and wait for my hellcat order to come in around April 2023. Weeks went back and I never got any type of confirmation from the dealership at all. I decided to take it upon myself to call and see what was up. They said my order had been cancelled along with many others. Which is out of their control , I get it. But the fact they weren't even going to tell me was troubling! The salesman who helped me (Jorge) and his sales manager (Josh I believe) have been avoiding me for weeks. I left multiple messages and have called but nothing. So I went to the dealership and asked about possibly getting into a ScatPack or something that wasn't a hellcat. I remember the salesman telling me back in September that it wouldn't be no issue turning in the Jeep and they'd take it off my hands. These guys appraised my Jeep for 50k when I just got it from them 3 months ago for 60k + Leaving me with 17k negative equity or so. Bottom line is back in September these guys weren't looking to help me at all they just wanted to get a unit out! They just wanted to sell an EV vehicle and help their dealership get a boost from the manufacture and probably from the state. I will never ever do business here again and on top of that I will tell all my boys to go elsewhere! Rydell or even Glendale Dodge aren't that far away. read more

Honestly the only reason I'm giving a star (besides not being able to give 0) is because my sales rep Alvaro was very respectful. I had a lease and was considering buying out my car but after going a few times and being treated poorly I said I would return it and never deal with this dealership again. LADIES DO NOT GO HERE . If you're a woman going here is horrible! The men will only speak to whatever man accompanies you and never to you. I always took my bf with me because I knew i would be there a while and I was going to be bored no other reason. As soon as we parked and the sales guys walked over they only went straight to him. I would just laugh and walk away because he wasn't buying a car, I was . Even when my bf would tell them everything is through her one of the sales reps looked at him and said "yeah but you're making the payments right?" And thought he would laugh but my bf said no she's taking care of it. I would ask questions and they would answer but speak to him only. I spoke up this time and said "I don't know why you keep talking to him if I'm the one buying" the guy turned to my bf and said "well what do you drive?" Ignoring me again. My bf just shook his head and walked away. I was referred to Alvaro through a friend and decided to give it one more try. He was very respectful and spoke to me but when I was handed off to the financing it happened again. The guy kept offering my bf the add ons and not me so I pointed it out again how they really don't know how to do sales when a woman is involved. When he would speak to me it was in a very condescending tone. The guy said "we'll sometimes you need another opinion" and tried to go on about how the dealership is like a hospital?? I told him that's not what I'm talking about you guys are very dismissive of women . He just went silent for the rest of the process and RUSHED me out of there. He was stumbling over the papers and before I would finish signing he was ready to move to the next thing. Was shopping around for a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid and we ended coming here for one that was a decent deal and their car (3 yrs old) was well maintained and made my daughter happy. I'd like to thank the staff, especially Shawn and Russ, who stayed 2 hrs after closing the day before Thanksgiving to help us close the deal with decent terms. They were friendly and professional in every way and their Finance person was also very good and patient at explaining everything during that late time. Never really felt rushed and he knew his job thoroughly (sorry I can't remember his name). I hope future visits come to the same results although I hope not to visit any Service Depts for a long time, if it was my choice. Although we did not use their financing, their terms were competitive even to the Credit Union terms that we had, which surprised me. Facility was nicely lighted and clean also. The salesperson said that in addition to sales tax, license,and documentation fees the dealer adds $4,500 dollars! That is fraud! So here I am 2 years after purchasing my Cherokee. I was once so pleased and positive about my car despite the rumors about Jeep vehicles. I must say I will NEVER purchase another Jeep and will never go to Russell Westbrook for any vehicle again. In those 2 years, my 2016 vehicle has had multiple problems. I just left after having paid $600 in repairs. Every few months there is some major work that needs to be done on a 3-year old car. Why? My old cars I've owned over the years: Toyota, Mazda and Nissan were far better cars with less maintenance issues. Purchasing this lemon was a bad decision. Most cars here already have aftermarket add ons that shouldn't be allowed unless we give the option to add it on. This dealership scams people to think they're getting a good deal but in reality, your not, they add on almost $5,000 (aftermarket) and they're not willing to work with you for removal. Today I purchased a RAM 1500 from Edwin. I have purchased about 9 cars/trucks in my life and almost every time it's been a nightmare.... I called Edwin yesterday morning looking for a specific truck and deal. I was amazed by his willingness to go above and beyond to make it happen. He and I spoke about a dozen times over the phone yesterday and we were finally able to find the truck and the deal that I was looking for! He and the staff were able to get me an Uber from Anaheim to the dealership so I wouldn't have to find a driver for my other truck. Once I was at the dealership it was very laid back and very low pressure for the most part. This made the process actually enjoyable for a change. The most important part was that the deal I was promised over the phone was the same deal that was given when I arrived... THATS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! Edwin was outstanding and really made this purchase possible. I will be referring some friends to him soon...
