I've purchased a total of 9 cars in my life at the age of 30 this was by far the worse car buying experience ever! I was at the dealership for 10hrs managers went to let much in the middle of the deal sales guy was very unprofessional using inappropriate language and one of then managers made a very inappropriate comment to my mother prior to us driving off. I wouldn't recommend shopping here nor will I ever go back. 4 months later and still no plates nor did I get the original car keys as stated on the contact. Plus my car was missing 1 mat and I was promised that still nothing. By far the worst and very sloppy. In total I spent close to 1k getting car re-keyed and buying new mats. Do not trust these people! THIS DEALER'S FINANCE GUY, LESLIE, IS AN ABSOLUTE THIEF! Make sure he doesn't make you to sign anything before you completely read it. He makes you sign everything so fast and under pressure to mislead you! I already had a confirmation from my bank for a low interest loan. This guy made me to sign another loan for 12% which could ruin my financial situation. I caught him and got super mad. They also hard pulled my credit score to sell me their bad loan without my permission which was no needed at all. ISSUE OF LYING AND PRICE: Before I made my 3 hour trip to there, I specifically texted and asked Andrea (sales person) if there is no hidden fees. She confirmed there's none. When I got there, they told me I have to purchase their $2500 car GPS which I didn't need at all otherwise you can't buy the car for the ads price. THEY'RE LYING ABOUT ALL THE PRICES. (That GPS is worth under $500) THE CAR HAD AN ISSUE: Andrea and another manager said the car has no issue absolutely whatsoever. They make you to test drive the car in local streets so you can't go over 40 miles. When I took the car to highway after the purchase it was shaking due to its tires imbalances. I had to spend another $200 to fix them. CONCLUSION: Avoid dealing with this dealership. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in service for about 2 weeks, I wouldn't get a call back even after calling 2x a day asking for an update - if you take your car in and they don't see an issue, they won't make a record of your service issue unless you pay them their diagnostic fee - I have a van that has a common v6 penstar engine, which has a ticking noise The technician denied it was an issue until I did my own research and told them that it was a common issue - Then they wanted to charge me $3600 to repair something that is a common issue and something that could have been fixed under warranty - They never took responsibility and have been giving me the run around with my car in the shop for more than 2 weeks - Chrysler/Jeep and Dodge don't care about you, they will be happy to sell you a car but once it comes to service GOOD LUCK UPDATE: - they buy their positive reviews as noted that they were all from the same IP - they have a history of deceit and poor customer service, I mean just look at the response from the manager. Not even an apology for not returning phone calls. - They caused the issues, and now he wants to take credit for things - I had to call customer service daily, sometimes 2x a day to get some answers - the issue was brought to the dealers attention several times and they denied it until I did my own research and showed them the issue - I have had to fight to get anywhere with them and I still have no resolution, as seen from other people's experience they are scrupulous. Hate to do this since we have 3 cars in the family from this place in recent years (2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk and 2018 Dodge Charger SXT) but it seems sales management has changed drastically. Still love my guy Mitchell as he tried to do everything he could, but came with my best friend Saturday and tried to get him good deal on a lease for a Dodge Charger and it left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the sales management. First off, the sales managers (my sales manager was Shadi I believe) take forever now to give you numbers this time around. It literally took an hour each time to get numbers from him. Maybe its a tactic to waste your day so you have to get your car from here but I didn't like it. Second, the lease numbers we got were crazy, even after they applied all the discounts. The finance numbers for 6 years were better and when I tried to break that down for Shadi, he was trying to tell me that 4.9 interest would add another $100 to the finance monthly payment. I don't know what math is done here now or if they just want to rip everyone off now, but that's not how it works if you can do simple math. I miss their old sales manager Amir. He got deals done and made me a happy customer all 3 times we got a car from here. Very sad to see this place changed so much in a few months since I got the last car. Will be looking for a different dealership when its time to get upgrades or maybe even stop considering CDJR as a whole if this is their new way of doing business. read more

I highly suggest to not get your vehicle serviced at this location. After my brake pad fell off while driving on the highway from caliber bolts not being properly tightened and needing to go to another mechanic to have my car fixed I have tried to get in contact with the GM, the assistant GM, and service representatives multiple times to no avail. I still have not received any sort of remittance from this incredibly dangerous issue. On top of that when I initially brought my vehicle in to be serviced there were multiple days of delays without being notified where I had to miss work and they did not service my vehicle until I came to the location and spoke with them directly about the issue. read more

My Experience: So i never write reviews but I felt compelled to describe my experience. So I came across their AD on Facebook promoting their promotion where they will cover 100% of your trade in regardless of negative equity. So I drove 30 mins to their dealership intent to make a deal. As I arrived we had a sales associate approach us and ask if we had an appointment, which we replied "no" he said okay well I can show you some vehicles if your interested so I said okay sure, however I do wanna get information first regarding the program for the trade in since I knew I had negative equity. He showed us inside the show room and introduced us to a sales manager which unfortunately I did not get his name but wow that's where it all went south. First he started talking to us in an aggressive condescending tone, he asked so what are you looking for I explained to him that I was interested in a Jeep Wrangler but wanted to trade in my vehicle and I wanted to get information about their program. He replies with okay well how much do you wanna put down and what's your target payment, so i gave him my amount and he stated that's not possible your getting a Jeep Wrangler everyone who gets one has to put down at least $6-$7,000. Being shocked I repeated to him $6-$7,000 he said yea! In a demeaning way. I said okay then I asked about the trade in program he said yes we cover the whole amount but the negative equity gets transferred onto the new contract. I said but your program says you'll cover 100% regardless of negative equity I take that as if they cover the full cost of the trade in. False advertisement, after all was said and done cause I didn't want to put $6-$7,000 down or have a monthly payment of $700 he didn't even try to make a deal or work some numbers to try and help me he had already given up. I just said oh okay thank you and he said okay and walked away. That whole transaction took 15 mins from the time that I got there to the time I was back in my car leaving. Long drive for nothing. Like I stated WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up going to BRAVO CDJR in Alhambra on main st they gave me a hell of a deal only put $1500 down got the exact Wrangler I wanted and the exact monthly payment that this dealer said was impossible to get. I went in with my girl friend to purchase a certified pre-owned Jeep. Joshua one of the sales associates there was a great help. He was very patient with us he spent about 6 hours with us. Never once did we hear him complain. He was very attentive honestly we had a great car buying experience. He showed us many models of cars from jeeps to dodge even some Honda's. We test drove a few cars. We ultimately decided on a 2016 Jeep renegade the latitude edition. The car was in great shape and only had 25k miles. I can't thank Joshua enough for helping us out. Today I dropped off my car again after picking it up last night. My car has been there for about a month. I bought my car from this dealership and that's why I made my way to drop it off at the same location. Several issues: 1) Technician forgot to put the lid back on after oil change so oil was all over my engine. Negligence! 2)Seatbelt issue was not fixed even though invoice says completed and also confirmed with service advisor 3)I doubt my tires were rotated as tire pressure was the same when i took it in. Back tires were below 35 psi. Can't trust anymore that the E brake I requested to check was checked. I doubt multi point inspection was perfomed. 4) Mileage on driver screen is blinking. Not sure what happened here 5) Tape in the front was not removed after car wash. But no big deal. They did fix the AC screen and window and regulator which took about a month. 6) Got charged $250 for deductible which I shouldnt have but I have my insurance refund it for me. The main problem is the oil change lid. Russell Westbrook will be re-doing the oil change. and hopefully they professionally clean the engine and check that there's no damage to my car as a result of oil all over my engine. (If the damage is ever reported or fixed anyway). I hope my AC doesn't keep smelling like burnt oil. I demand a complimentary oil change and tire rotation (and more!!) for next time for having to take my day off to rectify the car problem on top of many wasted time and stress visiting the dealership throughout this mess. read more

We went in to test drive a car that was advertised for 9k on the website. What they failed to tell you is that there is a 4500 (or 50% of the list price) worth of non removable "accessories" added to the car. The salesman (Sia) was even trying to gaslight us who were utterly perplexed at how there can be a 50% markup on the list price by not even explaining any real value of those "accessories". He offered to remove half of the cost of the accessories if we decide to finance the car instead, which is still a significant markup. Please don't waste your time here. read more

I love my Jeep Wrangler. This year I developed what I thought was an oil leak. I took it in to have it diagnosed- while also doing some other preventative maintenance. After having my Jeep for 3 days - they told me "they couldn't locate the leak" but to bring it back after awhile and they would take another look. The leak was persistent- causing a burning smell - so I took it back again. This time - they informed me it was the oil pan gasket. They had it for 4 days - and never called or responded to texts to update me on the progress. Finally - I got it back - paying my warranty deductible. 3 weeks later - same leak issue. I've left several messages stating the issue - and they won't even return my calls. Meanwhile - I took my Jeep to another "local" mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 24 hrs. I love my Jeep. I will never take it back to this business for anything. read more

I just bought a car from here. My sales guy Mohammed (Daana) Zamen was a super nice guy. Went in two days ago to check out the car, liked it enough to talk numbers. Found out that even though it was listed at 22,000, they add on "optional" fees increasing the price as shown on the internet by slightly more than $4,000. This is the reason why I'm knocking them down one star. It's kind of a bait system they got going over there with those "optional fees." However from negotiating they took most of that off. I still wasn't 100% comfortable with the price so they let me take the car home for the night. When I went back with my wife with the car, we still weren't able to agree on a price so my wife and I left. The following day, today, Daana hit me up and we talked a little more and got to a price where both of us had to budge some. They will work with you and weren't too pushy in the process. The last little bummer was the wait. Apparently going to buy a car there on a Saturday late afternoon/early evening is a busy time. Daana was super apologetic though, and tried to make us feel valued and rush the process to the best of his ability. He also was able to hook us up with an additional key fob which was awesome.
