The orange chicken was good but not great. The chicken noodle soup was good. Green beens were very tasty. The chicken and jalapeño is way too spicy- I don't recommend it even if you like spicy. The fried rice was good but underwhelming. Overall the owner was helpful in helping us pack up food and she even put the bag of food in our stroller and was helpful. It's low key vibes which some days that's just what you want. No pressure to talk, just be cozy eat in your sweats and then leave type of place. I'd go back!

The Beef Noodle soup was ok but not as flavourful as Red Beef for example. It lacked a bit of kick. The meat was a little too soft for my taste but its very personal. I like the way they portioned it and served each of us. They did not skimp out on the ingredients, such as if they say whole abalone, it really is. They definitely served the best seafood. The dessert also was amazing with the brown sugar cake and tapioca pudding. The only reason 1 star was missing was that parking was not that easy and service was mostly good. At times, some staff were not was attentive such as: they took the chopsticks away, but you still needed them. Still, Kirin is solid for it's dim sum and seafood!
