I celebrated my birthday at Vanderpump à Paris inside Paris Las Vegas, and it was such a beautiful, fun experience. The menu is extensive and everything sounded so good that it was honestly hard to choose. We decided to order several smaller plates so we could try more, and every single thing was delicious. We had the famous goat cheese cakes, crab croquettes, French onion mac and cheese, the La Fleur salad, and the chicken confit petites which is basically their grown up fancy way of saying chicken strips. I loved them. The absolute highlight of the night was the "It's My F'in Birthday" cocktail. So pretty, so festive, and genuinely yummy. It felt like it was made for celebrating and made the whole night even more special. Everything we ordered was great, and choosing a favorite would be impossible. The entire menu looked incredible and I already want to go back just to try what we didn't get this time. For dessert, we ordered the croquembouche tower since it's my favorite and it was my birthday after all. Unfortunately, they came back and let us know they didn't actually have it available. Our server kindly brought us the crème brûlée beignets instead and even comped them, which was very appreciated. To be totally honest, the beignets themselves were not anything special. That said, the room is absolutely stunning and the ambiance alone more than made up for that small disappointment. The staff was friendly, kind, and attentive, which always makes such a difference. As a fan of VPR, I was very excited to try Vanderpump à Paris. However, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The decor and layout of this restaurant make Vanderpump à Paris the perfect photo-op for fans, definitely very Instagram worthy. While beautiful, the service and dietary options fell short of my expectations. Looking on the website prior to visiting, I was happy to see Make it Impossible which is a "Wellington" Style Croûte made with plant-based burger which I didn't initially realize was on the main menu vs brunch. If you aren't vegan, there were a few brunch options, mostly family style, that sounded good - my friend enjoyed her Salade Jolie. While my mistake for looking at the wrong menu, the waitress did not even try to look into any options for me. In fact, I had to ask for a side of chips when she came back with the drink so I could at least eat something (even though it was never offered). Service was painfully slow. Not trying to be over critical, but Fifty-Four minutes for a salad and side of chips was absurd! read more

Have been here 3 or 4 times. Mostly at night for cocktails but did come once for brunch. Every time has been excellent. We have had Joaquin a couple of times as a server. The best! Seriously! Request him! I had the dirty martini with blue cheese olives which also had an everything bagel seasoning on the rim of the glass. It was really tasty. I also ended with an espresso martini that had a little beignet on top. It seems that a lot of their drink are served with something extra. The chocolate martini comes with a tiny chocolate croissant!!!! And most drinks are presented with a little extra flare. All of the drinks are made well and seemed to last. We also tried the Gruyère and brie bread. I think there were five pieces included in that. It was so yummy. And the seasoned French fries. We did not have any entrées or have dinner. The staff was very attentive and we had a fun time speaking with them. The decor is amazing and very picture worthy. I have not been to any of the other Vanderpump's. But plan to come back to Las Vegas in June. And we hope to hit Pinky's in the Flamingo. Wish we could bring Joaquin with us. Ha ha! My friends and I were excited to go here for late night cocktails. The drinks menu online had a lot of great and creative options for drinks. We made reservations ahead of time but it wasn't that busy on a Monday night. My first impressions of the place is that the decor has a vintage and gothic vibe. There's a cool rotating fixture from the ceiling with a bunch of roses. Like I said, the restaurant wasn't too busy for a Monday night but the service was particularly slow. It took a while for us to get our server's attention to place our order. The drinks themselves were super cute and aesthetic. I ordered the Ooh La La-llipop which was a gin-based drink with lychee and a gin lollipop on top. I'm not a big fan of gin but I do love lychee and enjoyed the drink a lot. Aside from our cocktails, we placed an order for beignets from the late night menu which we never received. Our server probably forgot but by the time we followed up on it they had already announced last call for food. We were originally planning to do at least 2 rounds of drinks but the fact that it took almost an hour for us to get our first round of drinks, it was not worth the wait. This is a beautiful restaurant, bar, and cocktail lounge. It is located on the strip at the Paris hotel. We just came for a cocktail and good conversation. We had eaten elsewhere, but I was in the mood for a dessert. The chocolate martini was the perfect choice. Made with Vanderpump vodka, Godiva chocolate, cream de cocoa, and orange zest. So yummy. Birthday week in Vegas kicked off with a little food crawl, starting at Vanderpump à Paris. We had 7pm reservations but got stuck in wild LV Blvd traffic. I texted them and they were totally understanding. When we arrived, the hostess was super sweet and seated us in a cozy corner with a perfect view of the dining room and bar. The décor is gorgeous--romantic, full of chandeliers, flowers, and plush velvet seating. We didn't order a ton since we had more stops planned, but I had to try the caviar bites. They were good, though the potato layer was a bit thick. If it were sliced thinner, you'd taste all the components better. Still, I'd order it again because... caviar. For cocktails, I went with the Bon Anni-Versailles because it's my birthday! Served on a gold mirror tray with a tiara and a little macaron--absolutely stunning and really tasty, just slightly on the sweet side. We also tried the Butter Prawns. The "rustic" house-made pasta was basically fettuccine, but it was still good. The prawns were a touch overcooked, but overall the dish had nice flavor. Our only disappointments were: 1. Le Tartare (ahi tuna) -- very bland, like they forgot the salt. 2. Crème Brûlée Beignets -- cold and mushy, probably because of the filling. Service, though, was wonderful. Never understood the appeal of an American brunch, most of which offer dead mediocre food at such exorbitant prices. But I guess that's normal for a Vegas meal. Especially since the restaurant was right in the lobby of the Paris Hotel, decor maxed out to the point where it was a struggle to keep your eyes from crossing and your stomach from expelling rainbows. I had the crab croquette benedict for $40 BEFORE tax and tips (cuz 'Merica). The crab croquette was nothing special, and the size of about 3 bites for me, topped with a 2-egg egg benny that were on the cusp of being hardboiled. We were seated at a nice table in the corner and greeted by our server almost immediately. He was very personable and helpful with the drinks and menu items. I appreciated his candor and recommendations - it felt like he really enjoyed his job and made us all the more comfortable being there. For my drink, I opted for the Bon Anni-Versailles which is a specialty drink served inside a tiara with a French macaron as an embellishment. The drink was 10/10! We then ordered a few small food items to share - the Gruyère Frites, Goat Cheese Cakes, and the "Boeuf" Baby Bistros Sliders. All of these items tasted amazing! The Goat Cheese Cakes were crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. The fries had cheese sprinkled and melted on top with some nice spices that complemented the taste of the cheese. The sliders are served like mini Beef Wellingtons - perfect size to snack on and very tasty. After I had such a great experience the first time. I wanted to return again for dinner because I just love the ambiance of Vanderpump. If you're a foodie like me, keep reading my 'novel'. If not, you can stop and take a look at my food photos. To start, I ordered Flora Bora Bora and a bottle of Les Cadrans Lassègue. I felt like I was forcing myself to drink my beverage but you really shouldn't do that to yourself if it's not right. So I told the waiter and he took it back. It had coconut rum and pineapple but I think the jalapeños and bitter ingredients created an unenjoyable taste. Wine was very good. For hor d'oeuvres, Crab Croquettes. Why? Because I love all things crab. This was magnifique. We both ordered fillet of ribeye and lobster. When the entrees arrived, of course it looks great but lately I haven't been a fan of these narrow "plates" or in this case cutting board. Food oddly shifts around when you need to cut the food. And I hate food falling off my "plate" and on to the table. The other interesting thing about this presentation was that with the lobster out of its shell, although convenient, felt dry. The lobster was hearty but lacked the moisture I feel you should have with shell fish. The steak was flavorful but I wanted it warmer. It got cold too fast. The accompaniments: Carrots: I only had a butter knife and I couldn't cut into it. I had to ask for a steak knife. It should be soft and velvety, and can be cut with a fork. Potatoes: had flavor but a bit cold and dry. I understand they may be trying something new but it needs better plating and a way to keep food moist and warm. Dessert, I wanted to try the rose eclairs but unfortunately they were out or didn't have it so our waiter suggested the Le Grand Puff. Delicious with caramel créme but too much for one person. Its a sharable dessert. I love this place and wait staff has always been friendly. Flavors are there it just need to tweak on the serving. The host at the stand was aloof and asked for IDs which was off putting since two of us were clearly elders. We were seated and the service from the waitress was genuine and friendly. My family made reservations here on Friday, May 29th. After a long day at the pool and time in the casino, this was a great experience as would be expected for Paris, Vegas. My wife is a fan! ...& it was her birthday. Honestly, I had so much food in Vegas but I could not resist tasting the Tuna Tartar, The Prawns and Roasted Chicken. We even had a bottle of VP Cab, Excellent! We had a great time. This place is different and that's an understatement. I said, "this place is over the top" in decor. It's a dark jungle with mysterious trinkets everywhere you look not to mention the lounger that's part of your seating area and table. It's was comfortable and our server "Lindsey" had our back. This Vanderpump restaurant is located in the Paris hotel. From the three, it is the most well-rounded with a full restaurant and bar menu. I was running a bit behind so I called in to let them know and they let me know there is a 15 minute grace period so that was nice! The ambience is dim, floral, and aesthetically pleasing. It feels like a beautiful garden Château in Paris, even though I've never been lol. Our server was very friendly and informative. We started off with the Brie Baguette and that was 10 out of 10. The crunch of the baguette and the soft creamy brie was a great combination. We ordered the Buttered Prawns Pastas and Cast Iron Filet to share among two of us. The shrimp in that pasta was huge and so flavorful. That was a highlight of my dinner. The filet mignon, was ordered well and it was OK in my opinion. I had a cocktail which is pictured, but I cannot remember the name of it, but it was the perfect balance and very generous amount considering cocktails in Vegas. It was beautifully crafted as well. I'm a returning customer, and once again blown away! This time I tried some new dishes, but also reordered two of the staples: the goat cheese cakes and the crème brûlée beignets. Starting with the re-ordered dishes: they were perfect once again! Very consistent with flavors and quality ; and the presentation was gorgeous! The new items: starting with the fries. Skinny, crispy, and perfectly seasoned! They came with a spicy ketchup and a house made ketchup. However, I ordered the Les crudités as well, which comes with a whipped goat cheese and dipping my fries in it was chefs kiss!!! Speaking of the crudités, the veggies were fresh, the chips are house made and not overly salted, and the French onion dip was delicious!! Also got a new mocktail, which had a coconut rim ans was slightly creamy, similar to the creamy taste of pina colada, but not as thick and it had dragonfruit! So delicious and refreshing, not too sweet but definitely added to the vibe :) Our server was the sweetest! lol honestly all I can do is laugh and this overrated place. So we had a reservation at 11:45am. We got there at 11:40am and the host walked us to a table. As soon as we sat down the host says "so there's only one server and if you look around all these tables haven't been checked on yet. I recommend sitting at the bar unless you want to wait quite a bit." That initial encounter was odd, especially since she waited for us to sit down. If you had a suggestion on where to sit, wouldn't you have said that at check in or just ask if the bar was ok from the get? Also I would think a higher end expensive restaurant at the strip would have said this in a more professional manner. Best thing we ordered was the chicken tenders and frites. My fiance got the ham sandwich and the guy next to us said he almost got that but changed his mind last minute and asked him how it was. My fiance said "you're not missing out. I'm sure whatever you got is better because I'd never get this again." We also got the birdcage because we were curious about the pastries. The pastries honestly felt like store bought croissants. The only thing I really liked was the cream that was included for dipping. Other than that, $40 for stale bland pastries is not worth it. Overall $190 for awful food, NEVER AGAIN. I opted for the smoky (literally) Louvre at First Sight - little sweet for me but still very good, bit of a theatrical presentation.
