This is the third time we've been to Lias's place in Paris. We get her table, and usually it's worth paying a little extra, but this time, not so much. Maybe it's like most place in Vegas, and they are a bit under staffed, but the girl working our table was hustling, but just had too many tables to take care of. Overall the drinks and food were good and on par with what we expected. This is her best place in Vegas, with Pinky's coming in second (but Wolf in Tahoe is by far her best). If you want to go there for the Vanderpump experience, this is where you'll find it! If you just want strong drinks with a bunch of your girlfriends, you'll probably dig it here too. Another FABULOUS visit...! We were seated quickly, EXACTLY where I requested in our reservation, and serviced quickly with water and drinks. I can't think of anything that was particularly strong about this experience. First of all, we had to wait a half hour for our reservation. No comped anything from that. Then once seated we weren't greeted for another 10 minutes. We ordered the goat cheese balls and baguette as an appetizer. I recently became a huge fan of the show Vanderpump Rules (binged the whole series in a couple months) then moved onto watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. So, you better believe that with this recent trip to Vegas for my husband's birthday, I demanded that we visit one of Lisa Vanderpump's restaurants for a quick bite! I must begin by saying, this restaurant is beautifully decorated. The ambience is very moody and romantic. It is somewhat dimly lit, but each table is adorned with a tealight for some additional lighting. Our server was Oliver, and he was so kind and helpful during the entirety of our experience! (Also, what a fun surprise that someone I've actually seen on the shows was in the restaurant working!) I really wanted to try a handful of items instead of having a whole meal, so we decided to try three of the appetizers and we each got a drink as well. Caviar Bites - I was excited to try these because potatoes, right?! How could you turn down a 30-layer Dauphinoise potato topped with caviar, right? Well, the hero of this dish was actually the pairing of the salty caviar with the bright flavor of the lemon crème fraiche - it worked so well together! With this being said, I was a little let down by the temperature of the potatoes. While the caviar is served cold, it would have stood out more if the potatoes were not also served at cooler temperature. I'm unsure if this is intentional for the dish, but the potatoes were not very warm which seemed surprising since the edges were browned beautifully with each bite. Goat Cheese Cakes - While these are not the same as the notorious Goat Cheese Balls that I've heard about from VP Rules that are served at SUR, I still felt compelled to try these Goat Cheese Cakes. The endive slaw with the apple vinaigrette and candied walnuts were 100% necessary for this dish! The Goat Cheese Cakes were quite rich, so they most definitely needed something to cut the richness. After eating two of them, I needed to take a break because these bites were a bit overwhelming! Crab Croquettes - The Crab Croquettes were on par with the other appetizers. The breading had a nice crunch and went well with citrus tartar sauce. The crispy capers also added a nice bit of saltiness to the dish. I did enjoy that it was actual crab, but the mixture on the inside was not my favorite (which arguably should be the highlight of the dish). Overall, I was genuinely surprised with how this meal turned out! Although the restaurant ambiance and service were great, I was expecting more from the food. I would possibly return again to try other menu items, but considering there are many other restaurants (including other Lisa Vanderpump restaurants) in Vegas, there's a lot to try out there before I may return. Our table featured a chaise lounge and we were all initially impressed by the bourgeoisie Parisian/ Moulin Rouge style decor! Was looking forward to trying a Vanderpump restaurant after being a fan for years of Vanderpump rules and always wanting to check out Lisa's well known restaurants. The ambiance is stunning with Parisian decor and romantic ambiance. We stopped in for brunch, there was no wait and the place was pretty empty. We had mimosas which were delicious (for $23) but they didn't have any bottomless options. The menu wasn't that expansive but I chose to go with the bacon egg croissant. It was artfully plated and tasteful although the bacon was thick sliced and mostly fat and chewy. The server was outgoing, friendly, and attentive. Minor detail but I must say the white bic pen with blue writing of the restaurant name did not match the vibe (insert laughing emoji). Overall, I'd say it's worth checking out but nothing that left a lasting impact that I'd return. read more

Absolutely amazing! My mom and I came here for dinner our first night in Vegas. Our server, Arlene, was fabulous just like the food. We started with the shrimp cocktail which was 6 large shrimp that were delicious. Then, we shared the cast iron filet and 30 layer potatoes. Once again, absolutely delicious. They both melted in your mouth. We ended our meal with the creme brûlée beignets to go. I wasn't overly impressed with the beignets, but the other parts of our experience was top notch. My only recommendation would be to offer a vegetable side as well such as asparagus or broccolini to accompany the steak and potatoes next time because we will be back for sure. read more

I was so excited to make Vanderpump Paris my first Vegas dinner -- all the photos online looked dark, moody, vampy, cocktails serving aesthetic. Reality? Kinda mid. Then enters the villain of the evening: an older woman with a tight bun and an even tighter scowl (I heard another staff member call her Catherine). I asked if I could take a quick pic at an empty table -- no diners, no plates, zero harm. Another staffer said "of course!" but Catherine stormed over like a hall monitor and snapped, "GET UP, you can't sit here." I asked if I could just take one photo and she hit me with a very aggressive "NO." Like ma'am... it's Vegas, not detention. For a Saturday night, the place was oddly empty. You'd think they'd appreciate the free marketing of guests posting pics, but nope. Honestly, the food was below mid, my salad was nicely plated but the romaine was soggy. My friends prawn pasta was bland and the fettuccine was overcooked, only the fries were good. My plan was to order dessert and an espresso martini, but after that vibe and mediocre food? Canceled it. I sat at the bar -- I was by myself so I was put at the very end near the entrance, so I honestly didn't get much of the restaurant vibe. Service was okay, bartender was a little standoffish and hard to pin down -- actually the only Vanderpump restaurant I've ever been to with less than stellar service. However, the two drinks I had were phenomenal. We decided to go to brunch at Vanderpump Paris. The restaurant is exquisite. So beautifully decorated. Of course, I had to have a glass of Vanderpump rosé seeing that I was at her restaurant. Hubby had a very flavorful Bloody Mary. For brunch my hubby had the crab benedict and I had the grand madames. We decided to split both dishes, which was a great idea. We arrived after a few moments where the two staff members talked with each other and ignored us, we were directed to wait off to the side but the party which arrived after was seated first. Our server Will was EXCELLENT and he definitely enhanced the experience with his great customer service, personable demeanor, and food recommendations. He was busy with his section and still managed to make us feel like VIPs.
