Great little shop for breakfast/brunch. Super friendly service! We ordered the new york steak with eggs and spam & eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted good. Very cheap pricing with large portions. Also got the house coffee which was good too! After finding out we weren't local, they gave me a cute flower clip for my hair. They also gave us recommendations for our trip. Would def recommend this place to anyone looking for breakfast/brunch. We'll be back if we are around this area again! read more

We come here for the eggs Benedict...you get a bonus egg with the usual two on an English muffin. The hollandaise sauce is yummy and lots of crispy hash browns on the side. This place was amazingly good!! Very small and quaint inside but the food was delicious!! I like to order poached eggs and crisp bacon. Most people get it backwards and the eggs are hard and the bacon limp....this place did it exactly right!! The hash browns had a little onion flavor and were perfect!! The portions are great and the food was good. I do have one major problem, it must have been 90 degrees in there at 11 when I came in to eat. It's totally stifling in there even though the air conditioner seem to be on. The owner really needs to take care of this because it makes the eating experience difficult. The other thing is, they have absolutely no soy milk nor do they have almond milk. This is really important in a coffee shop to have alternatives to little tiny GMO laden coffee whitener packets and white sugar. This is Maui not north Dakota. Please please get soy milk and almond milk in there so people can have alternatives. read more

The food was very good and so was the service. There was not a lot of tables but that was ok because there was not many people. I got a French toast with eggs on the side, and it was amazing. The only thing was that the eggs were unsalted, but you can just manually add salt to them. This is a great place to go for breakfast/brunch and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. read more

I can't stop coming back to this place for breakfast. I've tried something new every time I come in, pancakes, Kim Chi Fried Rice Omelette, Loco Moco and everything has been super delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful and remember us. If your just looking for some coffee they have everything from cappuccinos to mochas. My husband and I just found this little gem of a place this morning. There's not many places to get breakfast in Maui and we both were hankering for some breakfast. He did a Yelp search and found this place so we gave it a try. We had such a nice pleasant experience. The customer service was very sweet and attentive. The food was so delicious and just reminds me of Home Cooking. they use very good quality ingredients and the portion sizes are just right. You can get a bacon sausage egg cheese sandwich 6 to $8. My son ordered this it was so happy when it came loaded with meet. he's such a picky eater but loved it so much he made me promise we could come back! I ordered eggs benedict with Canadian bacon and it was delicious! The place is extremely clean which is sometimes hard to find in Hawaii. It had nice decorations and just gave a real cozy feel. I'm giving it 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 because there's very limited seating. Only about 6 tables. However it seems to me that a lot of people do take out from here..They serve mostly breakfast till 2 p.m. And then they have some lunch items such as fried rice and soups. Such a charming little place located just a little way from the beach. Seems to have lots of locals. Really sweet owners Sam and Billy are happy to chat and the food was a great deal. Went here on our first trip to Hawaii and the food was excellent. The hash browns were some of the best hash browns we've ever had. French toast was delicious. This is our go to place for breakfast. We moved to Maui in 2017 and only discovered Vanta in September of 2018. It is unassuming for sure. Billy is the sole cook and he makes the best hashbrowns on Island. You always get three eggs cooked the way you like for a great egg breakfast. The other dishes look great and his following is local and tourists. The prices are perfect and the atmosphere quaint. This is a great SMALL café offering excellent food in large portions and excellent customer service for a reasonable price. They offer carry out as well.
