We did a walk through, we all got to work and got things packed up faster than I had anticipated. I have a giant glass reptile enclosure that I was very nervous about moving, but they understood the assignment and my reptile and her glass mansion arrived intact! Check out (Sara) and return (Toni) was easy and quick. i needed to haul a fully loaded 16' tandom axle cargo trailer across several states. The turbo diesel ford (quad cab) made it super easy. Plenty of power going up hills. Gas mileage 20% better than my Tacoma (when pulling trailer empty). Gas mileage better than my taco when not pulling a trailer. its a BIG truck, so not quite ready to give up my Taco. But any time i need to haul something big, ill rent from these guys.
