Unfortunately, our experience with the team here was disappointing. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication, which created confusion and unnecessary complications during a time-sensitive situation. We initially brought in our vehicle and received guidance from one of the mechanics on how to proceed. When we returned at a later time to pick up the vehicle, we encountered a different staff member who was unprofessional and released the vehicle without providing a quote for the recommended services. Subsequently, another staff member took an approach that directly contradicted the original plan discussed, which ultimately made things more expensive and confusing. When we returned once again, we were given a paper quote that was significantly higher--by several thousand dollars--than what was originally communicated via text. Due to the inconsistency, poor communication, and overall frustration, we chose not to move forward with their services. It was a costly and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this shop to others.

Three technicians (including the manager) took turns hammering away at my drain plug without once stopping to tell me there was an issue. I watched on the shop cameras as oil splashed across the walls after the first technician went at it, and then again when a second one came and repeated the same thing. I had no idea they were damaging my oil pan. I thought they were just doing their job. When I finally asked what was going on it was already too late. The damage had been done multiple times over. When I confronted them about the issue they blamed whoever did my last oil change. Maybe that plug was overtightened, but it is absolutely NEGLIGENT to use that much brute force repeatedly without stopping, assessing the situation, and informing the customer BEFORE damage is done, and definitely before FURTHER damage is done after a second round of hammering. After much back and forth, they begrudgingly handed me an incident report deflecting blame to whoever did the previous oil change, knowing very well I drove in there with a working vehicle and had to have it towed away due to THEIR DAMAGE. I was sent me on my way with no recourse other than to talk to whoever tightened the plug. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere competent that actually respects your vehicle.
