So happy I did:) Small counter only bakery and food spot...think like a Cuban bakery...no indoor seating...customer service was outstanding and they asked me if it was my first visit. I said yes and they recommended a Pastelito de Carne, in addition to the Cream Horn and mocha latte I ordered. They also recommended their rewards program, obviously signed up and they mentioned they are available on a couple of food delivery apps. Based off reviews it was basically mandatory to order a Cream Horn pastry. It's amazingly flaky and the cream is to die for...sweet but not overbearingly so. The latte was good...I ordered a small...a bit pricey overall if you ask my opinion but alas, that is what vegan spots have to charge since vegan supplies are usually more expensive to buy. Saving the Pastelito de Carne for later but I have no doubts it is delish as well! read more

Standout vegan deli. This tiny, unassuming star of a vegan spot is worth the 35 min drive from Miami. The friendly staff was patient and helped me choose the best menu items. Oh how I've missed the classic Cuban cafe treats. Vegan Delights bring me right back to my childhood with classic flavors in a vegan way. The vegan beef bocadillo is my favorite! They also have other sweet and savory pastries, pockets, subs and other dishes which can be enjoyed as a breakfast or lunch meals. Or do what I did, order a few for later on in the evening. We also ordered some items to eat on the spot. The chickpea Indian Gyro to be exact and yes it was delicious and came with a special sauce on the side . The kids tried the ham and cheese lunch pastry, it was kind of like a sandwich, and they really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the spinach and cheese pocket, that was also good. They have packaged snacks if that something you might want to run out the door with, like chips to add with your sub, and a lot of beverages. As a matter of fact they have an entire bottled beverage section or you can purchase cafés and other hot or cold beverages from behind the counter. I have been following this business since the yellow and green farmers market and I was so excited when they opened their store front.
