Vegas Best Pizza: Still Holding It Down After 7 Years! My last review was seven years ago and I'm happy to report they're still here, still crushing it in Vegas. Today's pie was solid. Not a toasted crust, which I liked, I'm a fan of that classic floppy undercarriage. The flavor hit just right and definitely satisfied the craving. Tried the chicken parm wings too yes, they were a bit oily, but man, they were great. Crispy edges, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Shoutout to the guy working the register and oven dude was friendly and on point, even with just 30 minutes left before closing. That's rare these days. Left my Singapore $2 bill on the wall this time felt good to leave a little piece of myself behind. The lighting in the store has changed a bit since my last visit, but it's still super clean and has that same solid vibe. Glad Vegas Best Pizza is still around. First slice was fresh out of the oven and kind of hot and soggy. My fault, can't blame the restaurant too much for wanting to serve me quickly. Would have been better with a little more flavor on the pizza. It's think crust and lots of cheese. It did the job and kept me full. The worker was very nice and friendly. This was the second time I have had their pizza since we have stayed at blue green club 36. I do enjoy the pizza here and it convenient while we stay here. It's made in the brick oven but doesn't have that brick over taste to it. The crust is not too thin and is more bready than the usual brick oven style. It's not bad, just really didn't believe it was brick oven until I saw the oven with my own two eyes. They were out of wings this last visit. A mild mozzarella across the top and you're ready for toppings. We had a cheese only on day one of our trip. It mimicked an authentic NY city style pie as well as any I've tried. They offer a nice $5 lunch special that includes two slices and a drink. The menu also boasts a terrific 12 piece wing platter, gyros, lasagna and specialty pies. Ours friends had salad and claimed it was great. We didn't try any desserts. Pick up or delivery, they're attached to Bluegreen Club 36. Our flight landed at 10:30pm and by the time we got to our motel, and walked a mile to get here, it was nearly 1 am. The pizza was kinda overpriced and just about the quality of a frozen pizza. The sauce had a nice little kick. My crust was not cardboard-y as some have described. It was pretty fast and hot. The young lady who waited on me lacked communication skills, but was nice. By the time you have read this, they will have brought back the two slice lunch special. Good idea. She said they are under new management. I liked the self proclaimed Vegas Best and had to try it out. We came in and got the meat pizza and we were all pleased with it. The prices are good and they prepped/made it quickly.
