Good product but paint scratches very easily so you have to be super careful during assembly. Also, I wish they would have separated nuts, bolts and screws separately instead of all in one package. It took me some time to identify them all and separate them in piles before assembly. Other than that, I love my garden and I am hoping to buy another in the future. read more

My garden club ordered six raised beds from Vego Garden. That was three weeks ago. We were given an order number, but when we heard nothing for two weeks, I started calling. The customer service folks sound very nice, but either they or their accounting department is incompetent. Voice mail boxes that aren't set up; reps who promise action and don't follow through. Others who don't return phone calls. This has been a very frustrating experience. The company seems to spend a lot of money on advertising and promotion, but if they can't deliver the product, why bother? read more

I really like the raised beds. My only criticism at this time is that you have to be very careful not to scratch them, because the paint scratched off easily. Would be good to have a little paint sample tube to touch up as needed. read more

I bought EIGHT of the Vego Garden Seed Starting Bundle - 10 in. x 20 in. to go with the seedling racks, grow lights and heat mats that I purchased from another website. The Seed Starting Bundle - 10 in. x 20 in. is the perfect size for the racks, lights and heat mats. The trays and seedling cells are much sturdier than the cheaper plastic ones that are for sale all over the web. What I especially like about the seedling starters are the dome covers, which act like the French, old-fashioned, glass cloches. The Vego Garden dome covers have a reservoir that one can fill with water and will drip irrigate the seedling cells, making seed starting even easier! I ordered over $500 of vego garden items (a planter and wall trellis) on March 6, 2022. It is now August 15, 2022. I only have received the planter. I have had to reach out every month to get information on the rest of my shipment; they keep delaying and delaying, and delaying. The new shipment dates pass by with no communication from them. In the meantime, they sent me a mug for my troubles. I am now thinking of canceling the order because I'm not sure if this business is even legitimate. Also, I hope credit card companies are extending chargeback periods because of these delays; typically, it's only 60 days in California. read more

I invested a lot in the Vego raised beds back in February only to get a notice last Monday that my order which was supposed to arrive last week is delayed until the end of August. I requested a refund on that order 5 days ago but no response. Buyer Beware! They are selling items they don't have in stock and I'm worried they may never fulfill my orders. Then I looked up their BBB ratings and everyone gave BAD ratings saying these folks took their money and don't fulfill. They also said they don't answer their phone or emails and delete any negative reviews they get. They seem to be spending all their time on social media self-promoting but not fulfilling orders and taking people's hard-earned money. This company is detined for failure. Buyer Beware! read more

These are easy to assemble very nice looking vegetable beds. We discovered that the attaching pieces with the nuts make great attachments for hardware cloth at the bottom of the bed if you fold the hardware cloth up along the inside walls of the bed to make a secure anti-gopher barrier. I bought 8 of them for a massive re-do of the vegetable garden after my old wooden ones separated so much that the stupid gophers just crawled right through the open corners. Looks great. Waiting a few more weeks before I plant them but we got the Netafim irrigation system in as well and where able to feed the black distribution tubing up inside the bin as well through the hardware cloth which gives it better protection against winter freezing (unlike when that water line came up on the exterior and over the edge of the bed. read more

I absolutely love this garden bed! It wasn't too difficult to get the shrink wrap off (made husband do it) and got it put together in no time. This size definitely takes a lot to fill up, but I used the Hugulkultur method so it wasn't too bad. Soon as I can I'll buy more they look so nice in the garden and so much easier on my back. read more

I 100% love my garden beds. They were a challenge to get the coverings off, but that is definitely NOT a deal breaker. I'm pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and flexible they seem to be. I built them to fit the space I have and it's amazing so see what we have accomplished so far. I have had one of my most prolific gardens ever. Im excited to see how it will grow in the future. The advertised set up simplicity is a bit overstated. I assembled my 6 in 1 alone and found it to be a little more complicated that I thought it would be. There were also a few places on the curved sections that were scratched removing the protective paint. It remains to be seen as to whether or not the exposed surfaces will begin rusting before the rest of the structure. These are my initial reactions. I will know more as the years go by. Sorry to say I had a poor experience with Vego. It has to do with their website inventory system, not the product. I spent easily an hour trying to order on the site, but it wasn't working, so I called customer service to order it. We spent 20 minutes on that, verifying everything was in stock, but she told me to place the order the next day as it might be cheaper due to a sale about to start. She assured me the invoice would still be valid. So I called back, placed the order (although there was no sale so I could have done it the day before), and then learned that the item was now out of stock and I'd have to wait 6 months for it. (!!!!) It took a week to get the refund. However, I thought I lucked out by finding the product on Amazon, which had plenty of stock, and I placed an order for three garden beds. I then get an email from the seller (Vego) saying they're not caught up on inventory and in fact Amazon didn't have any either, and would I please cancel the order with Amazon. Crazy experience dealing with this company. The first rep I talked with (when I had to call to place the order because the website wasn't working well) said they do have trouble keeping inventory up to date on the website. It's been a complete waste of time trying to order this product, and they don't appear very dedicated to improving their website so it's accurate re: inventory. read more

Meet expectations. Like the green and assembling was fairly easy. Peeling the plastic off the sides was impossible however. Other than that problem, nice quality and the 4 of them look good in the garden off the pool. I especially like the fact they are so high off the ground so I don't have to get on my knees to work in the garden! read more

I purchased a seed starting 10x20 tray set and jumbo upgrade pots for seedlings from Vego Garden. I did have some issues with delayed shipping and notification but the company came through and made everything right. I wanted a system I could keep re using and was ideal for optimal performance. The tray set is high quality thick plastic. The roots of the seedlings grew in really healthy and when it came time to pop out the seedling to up pot it was incredibly easy. I did like the dome design for watering with out having to remove lid kept a consistent humidity during germination. I also like that the big hole made it more accessible for bottom watering. I just wish the trays were higher because it would help with bottom watering process. I had to use another company's tray because you have to fill water half way up the pots in order to get the ideal soak. The jumbo set was the perfect size to upgrade to and performed quite well. I would highly suggest these products. read more

The planters are nice - once you put them together. Mine were back ordered and took about 4 months to arrive. Once they arrived I realized I had to put them together AND the metal side pieces were slightly damaged from transport. The green coating was also majorly scratched in several places on the top 3 layers of the metal side pieces that were stacked together. I had to get my husband to help me put them together since the metal side pieces were slightly bent - which meant the pre-drilled holes did not line up correctly. read more

The White Vego ring was dented on the side lip during shipment. I had to perform minor fabrication to get the panels to line up. Appears to have been drop on delivery. read more

These covers are amazing!!! I would have given 5 starts, but my only gripe is some of the lids were next to impossible to separate from the stack. I had to wedge the stack between my knees and pry one apart at a time. read more

Bought 3 round Vego raised gardens. Product is non toxic. Have lots of tomatoes and zucchini growing. Love it!

one box was damaged. was still able to assemble the raised bed but it was bent and scratched. otherwise I am very happy with the product.

It took a little longer to put together than I expected, but I think it will work well for the garden next year.
